Here, after receiving the handover preparation response sent by the target base station of the non-public network, the source base station sends a handover command to the terminal, and the handover command carries target information, so that the terminal in the non-public network mode measures the frequency points of the cell of the non-public network or the non-public network without measuring all the measurement frequency points or cells, thereby reducing the measurement overhead of the terminal and reducing the interface or air interface load.
And when the terminal is in the non-public network only mode, the source network side does not send the switching request to any node of the public network, but only sends the switching request to the non-public network, thereby avoiding the failure of the switching request caused by the access control of the target network side of the public network aiming at the UE in the non-public network only mode, reducing the unnecessary interface signaling overhead and shortening the switching time delay.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a transmission method applied to a terminal, including:
step 301: and sending terminal working mode indication information, wherein the terminal working mode indication information is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode or a public network mode.
Here, the terminal operation mode indication information is used to indicate that the current operation mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode or a public network mode.
The terminal working mode indication information is N-bit indication information;
and when the value of the N bit is a second value, the method is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a public network mode, wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
For example, the terminal operation mode indication information is 1-bit indication information. When the value of the indication information is a first value, such as true, the value is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is the non-public network mode, and when the value of the indication information is a second value, such as false, the value is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is the public network mode.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can preset message sending terminal working mode indication information;
the preset message is a radio resource control RRC establishment completion message, an RRC reestablishment completion message, an RRC recovery completion message, an RRC reconfiguration completion message or a measurement report.
Here, it should be noted that the RRC setup complete message may be an RRC connection setup complete message in the NR system, the RRC reestablishment complete message may be an RRC connection reestablishment complete message in the NR system, the RRC recovery complete message may be an RRC connection recovery complete message in the NR system, and the RRC reconfiguration complete message may be an RRC connection reconfiguration complete message in the NR system.
Step 302: receiving target information sent by network equipment, wherein the target information comprises at least one of a frequency point where a non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network, and the target information is sent by the network equipment according to the terminal working mode indication information.
Here, in the terminal in the non-public network mode, the network device configures at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network for the terminal, so that the terminal in the non-public network mode measures the frequency points of the cell of the non-public network or the non-public network without measuring all the measurement frequency points or cells, thereby reducing the measurement overhead of the terminal and reducing the interface or air interface load.
Further, the sending of the terminal operating mode indication information includes:
an access AS layer of the terminal receives terminal working mode change indication information sent by a non-access NAS layer of the terminal;
and sending the terminal working mode indication information according to the terminal working mode change indication information.
The terminal operation mode change instruction information is transmitted when the operation mode of the terminal is changed from the public network mode allowing operation to the non-public network mode only allowing operation, or is changed from the non-public network mode only allowing operation to the public network mode allowing operation. The terminal operation mode change indication information may be indication information with preset bits, for example, 1-bit indication information.
Further, the sending the terminal operating mode indication information according to the terminal operating mode change indication information includes:

The transmission method of the present invention will be described with reference to specific embodiments.
The first embodiment is as follows: and optimizing the measurement configuration.
As shown in fig. 4, the method includes:
step 401: the terminal sends RRC (connection) establishment completion information to the service base station, wherein the RRC (connection) establishment completion information carries the indication information of the working mode of the terminal.
For example, the 1-bit terminal operation mode indication information may be carried through an RRC (connection) setup complete message.
When a UE with non-public network (NPN) access capability initiates connection establishment to a network, the connection establishment completion message may carry relevant parameters of the non-public network. The UE sets a parameter indicating whether to allow the UE to operate in a Non-public network only in a Non-Access Stratum (NAC) layer, and indicates to the network side after the AS layer (Access Stratum) of the UE acquires the parameter. The indication mode is that 1bit indication is carried in RRC (connection) establishment completion message. According to the different expression modes of the indicated parameter names, the following two modes can be adopted:

In the above table 1, the "True" of the first mode is the same as the "False" of the second mode (hereinafter, referred to as "non-public network only" mode), and the "False" of the first mode is the same as the "True" of the second mode (hereinafter, referred to as "public network allowed" mode). Only for NPN capable UEs. For a UE without NPN capability, there is no possibility to allow access to a non-public network, and the network side does not refer to the above indication.
Step 402: and under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, configuring at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network, and sending the frequency point and the cell identification information to the terminal.
When the network side receives the indication and the UE is in the mode of 'non-public network only', the measurement configuration optimization can be carried out aiming at the UE. The configuration mode is as follows:
(1) only configuring the frequency point of the non-public network to the UE;
(2) based on the frequency point information, giving cell identification information used by a non-public network, such as PCI range information of a cell;
(3) a combination of the two.
After receiving the measurement configuration, the UE in the 'non-public network only' mode only measures on the frequency points and cells configured by the network, thereby avoiding the waste of UE power consumption and air interface overhead possibly caused by the measurement on the public network which can not be accessed.
In addition, in addition to sending the indication in the RRC (connection) setup complete message, the indication may also be carried in an RRC (connection) reestablishment complete or RRC (connection) recovery complete or RRC (connection) reconfiguration complete message. The method can be used for informing the network side of the change of the UE mode or indicating the current mode of the UE to the network when the UE enters a non-public network from a public network.
Example two: and (6) switching judgment optimization.
As shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 501: and the terminal sends a measurement report to the source base station, wherein the measurement report carries the indication information of the working mode of the terminal.
Step 502: and the source base station performs switching judgment optimization processing according to the measurement report, excludes the public network base station, and sends a switching preparation message to the non-public network target base station.
Step 503: and the non-public network target base station sends a switching preparation response to the source base station through access control, wherein the switching preparation response comprises at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network.
Step 504: and the source base station sends a switching command to the terminal, wherein the switching command carries at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network.
In this embodiment, when the terminal is in the non-public network only mode, the source network side does not send the handover request to any node of the public network, but only sends the handover request to the non-public network, thereby avoiding the handover request failure caused by the access control of the target network side of the public network for the UE in the non-public network only mode, reducing unnecessary interface signaling overhead, and shortening the handover delay.
And in the switching process, the target network side organizes the content of the switching command based on the information carried in the switching preparation message given by the source network side. In order for the target network side to send the optimized measurement configuration directly to the UE in the handover command, the information of whether the UE is "allowed to operate only in the non-public network" mode needs to be transferred between nodes. The non-public network target base station configures measurement in the handover command for the UE according to the indication, and the specific configuration mode refers to the first embodiment.
Example three: mode change of the UE.
The UE's "non-public network" mode is typically maintained above the AS layer (typically the NAS layer). After the UE mode is changed, the NAS layer of the UE may notify the AS layer of the UE and report to the network side:
1) if the idle state or inactive state UE has mode change of "allowing only operation in the non-public network", the UE mode change may be indicated to the network side when subsequently establishing/restoring connection.
2) If the connected UE has mode change of 'allowing only to work in a non-public network', the change indication can be immediately sent to the network side, and the change indication can be transmitted in the UE uplink auxiliary information.
The change indication is an indication of the mode in which the UE is currently actually located, and may be 1-bit indication information.
It should be noted that the UE may change between modes "allowing only to operate in a non-public network" and "allowing to operate in a public network", or may only perform one of the modes without changing.
According to the transmission method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the terminal in the non-public network mode only measures the frequency points of the cells of the non-public network or the non-public network, and does not need to measure all the measurement frequency points or cells, so that the measurement overhead of the terminal can be reduced, and the interface or air interface load can be reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a network device, which may be specifically a base station, and includes a memory 620, a processor 600, a transceiver 610, a bus interface, and a program stored in the memory 620 and executable on the processor 600, where the processor 600 is configured to read the program in the memory 620 and execute the following processes:
receiving terminal working mode indication information through a transceiver;
under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, target information is obtained, wherein the target information comprises at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network;
and sending the target information to a terminal through a transceiver.
Where in fig. 6, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with various circuits being linked together, particularly one or more processors represented by processor 600 and memory represented by memory 620. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. The bus interface provides an interface. The transceiver 610 may be a number of elements including a transmitter and a transceiver providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 600 is responsible for managing the bus architecture and general processing, and the memory 620 may store data used by the processor 600 in performing operations.
Optionally, the processor 600 executes a program for receiving the terminal operating mode indication information, and the steps of the program are as follows:
receiving terminal working mode indication information through a preset message;
the preset message is a radio resource control RRC establishment completion message, an RRC reestablishment completion message, an RRC recovery completion message, an RRC reconfiguration completion message or a measurement report.

Where in fig. 8, the bus architecture may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, with various circuits being linked together, particularly one or more processors represented by processor 800 and memory represented by memory 820. The bus architecture may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. an access AS layer of the terminal receives terminal working mode change indication information sent by a non-access NAS layer of the terminal;

1. A transmission method applied to a network device is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving terminal working mode indication information;
under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, target information is obtained, wherein the target information comprises at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network;
and sending the target information to a terminal, wherein the target information is used for indicating the terminal to measure the frequency points of the cells of the non-public network or the non-public network.
2. The transmission method according to claim 1, wherein the receiving the terminal operating mode indication information includes:
receiving terminal working mode indication information through a preset message;
the preset message is a radio resource control RRC establishment completion message, an RRC reestablishment completion message, an RRC recovery completion message, an RRC reconfiguration completion message or a measurement report.
3. The transmission method according to claim 2, wherein the predetermined message is a radio resource control RRC establishment complete message, an RRC reestablishment complete message, an RRC recovery complete message, or an RRC reconfiguration complete message;
the obtaining of the target information under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode includes:

receiving a handover preparation response, wherein the handover preparation response comprises the target information, and the handover preparation response is sent by the non-public network target base station according to the handover preparation message.
5. The transmission method according to claim 4, wherein sending the target information to a terminal comprises:

7. A transmission method applied to a terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
sending terminal working mode indication information, wherein the terminal working mode indication information is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode or a public network mode;
receiving target information sent by network equipment, wherein the target information comprises at least one of a frequency point where a non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network, and the target information is sent by the network equipment according to the terminal working mode indication information;
and measuring the frequency points of the cells of the non-public network or the non-public network according to the target information.
8. The transmission method according to claim 7, wherein the sending the terminal operating mode indication information includes:
an access AS layer of the terminal receives terminal working mode change indication information sent by a non-access NAS layer of the terminal;
and sending the terminal working mode indication information according to the terminal working mode change indication information.
9. The transmission method according to claim 8, wherein the sending the indication information of the terminal operating mode according to the indication information of the change of the terminal operating mode includes:
when the terminal working mode change indication information indicates that the working mode of the terminal in the idle state or the non-active state is changed from the public network mode allowed to work to the non-public network mode only, or when the terminal working mode change indication information indicates that the working mode of the terminal in the idle state or the non-active state is changed from the non-public network mode only allowed to work to the public network mode allowed to work, the terminal working mode indication information is sent through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) establishment completion message or an RRC recovery completion message;
or, when the terminal operating mode change instruction information indicates that the operating mode of the terminal in the connected state is changed from the public network mode allowed to operate to the non-public network mode only, or when the terminal operating mode change instruction information indicates that the operating mode of the terminal in the connected state is changed from the non-public network mode only allowed to operate to the public network mode only allowed to operate, the terminal operating mode instruction information is sent through a measurement report, an RRC reestablishment completion message, an RRC reconfiguration completion message or uplink auxiliary information.
10. A network device, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of:
receiving terminal working mode indication information through a transceiver;
under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, target information is obtained, wherein the target information comprises at least one of a frequency point where the non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network;
and sending the target information to a terminal through a transceiver, wherein the target information is used for indicating the terminal to measure the frequency point of a cell of a non-public network or the non-public network.
11. The network device of claim 10, wherein the processor executes the program for receiving the terminal operation mode indication information according to the following steps:
receiving terminal working mode indication information through a preset message;
the preset message is a radio resource control RRC establishment completion message, an RRC reestablishment completion message, an RRC recovery completion message, an RRC reconfiguration completion message or a measurement report.
12. The network device of claim 11, wherein the preset message is a Radio Resource Control (RRC) setup complete message, an RRC reestablishment complete message, an RRC recovery complete message, or an RRC reconfiguration complete message;
the processor executes the program for acquiring the target information under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, and the steps of the program are as follows:
and under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, the network equipment configures the target information.
13. The network device of claim 11, wherein the predetermined message is a measurement report;
the processor executes the program for acquiring the target information under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, and the steps of the program are as follows:
under the condition that the terminal working mode indication information indicates that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, selecting a non-public network target base station according to the measurement report, and sending a switching preparation message to the non-public network target base station through a transceiver, wherein the switching preparation message comprises the terminal working mode indication information;
receiving, by a transceiver, a handover preparation response including the target information, the handover preparation response being sent by the non-public network target base station according to the handover preparation message.
14. The network device of claim 13, wherein the processor executes the program for sending the target information to the terminal by:
and sending a switching command to a terminal through a transceiver, wherein the switching command comprises the target information.
15. The network device according to claim 10, wherein the terminal operation mode indication information is N-bit indication information;
when the value of the N bit is a first value, the method is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode, and when the value of the N bit is a second value, the method is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a public network mode;
wherein N is an integer greater than or equal to 1.
16. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the transmission method according to one of claims 1 to 6.
17. A terminal, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the program performs the steps of:
sending terminal working mode indication information through a transceiver, wherein the terminal working mode indication information is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode or a public network mode;
receiving target information sent by network equipment through a transceiver, wherein the target information comprises at least one of a frequency point where a non-public network is located and cell identification information used by the non-public network, and the target information is sent by the network equipment according to the terminal working mode indication information;
and measuring the frequency points of the cells of the non-public network or the non-public network according to the target information.
18. The terminal of claim 17, wherein the processor executes the program for sending the indication of the operating mode of the terminal by:
an access AS layer of the terminal receives terminal working mode change indication information sent by a non-access NAS layer of the terminal;
and sending the terminal working mode indication information through the transceiver according to the terminal working mode change indication information.
19. The terminal of claim 18, wherein the processor executes a program for transmitting the terminal operation mode indication information according to the terminal operation mode change indication information, and the program comprises the steps of:
when the terminal working mode change indication information indicates that the working mode of the terminal in the idle state or the non-active state is changed from the public network mode allowed to work to the non-public network mode only, or when the terminal working mode change indication information indicates that the working mode of the terminal in the idle state or the non-active state is changed from the non-public network mode only allowed to work to the public network mode allowed to work, the terminal working mode indication information is sent through a Radio Resource Control (RRC) establishment completion message or an RRC recovery completion message;

and the first sending module is used for sending the target information to a terminal, and the target information is used for indicating the terminal to measure the frequency point of a cell of a non-public network or the non-public network.

the second sending module is used for sending terminal working mode indication information, and the terminal working mode indication information is used for indicating that the current working mode of the terminal is a non-public network mode or a public network mode;
