Detailed Description
In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for recovering a terminal state, a base station and a terminal, which solve the problem that the process of recovering the terminal from an inactive state to a dual-connection state is time-consuming.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for recovering a terminal state, which is applied to a base station, and includes:
step 101: when the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual-connection state, indicating the common configuration information of the SCG to the terminal, wherein the common configuration information comprises common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the common radio bearer configuration.
The base station is specifically a main base station MN, in the dual connectivity state in the embodiment of the present invention, the main base station MN is a 4G base station or a 5G base station, and the secondary base station SN is a 5G base station. The terminal entering the inactive state from the dual connection state may be implemented by a network initiated manner, for example, by the base station sending a Suspend message to the terminal.
Further, after the common configuration information of the secondary cell group SCG is indicated to the terminal, the method further includes:
and indicating the public radio bearer configuration in the public configuration information to a source SN.
The source SN refers to an SN connected when the terminal is in a dual connection state. The common radio bearer configuration comprises packet data convergence protocol PDCP configuration and radio link control RLC configuration which are applicable to the NR cell group, and when the common radio bearer configuration is used, the MAC (media access control) layer and the physical layer adopt default configuration.
By indicating the public configuration information of the SCG of the auxiliary cell group to the terminal and the source SN, when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover to the double-connection state, the terminal and the source SN can recover to the double-connection state according to the public radio bearer configuration indicated by the base station, so that the recovery of the double-connection state is accelerated, the response time of high-speed data service is shortened, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, in this embodiment of the present invention, indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the terminal or the source SN includes:
and indicating the public radio bearer configuration in the public configuration information to the terminal or the source SN according to the service transmitted before the terminal enters the inactive state from the dual-connection state or the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal.
Here, the common configuration information may be indicated to the terminal through an RRC connection suspend message, and the common radio bearer configuration may be indicated to the source SN through a suspend message.
Specifically, if the terminal does not transmit a predetermined service before entering an inactive state from a dual connectivity state or a service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal is a service other than the predetermined service, determining the common radio bearer configuration according to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal and indicating the common radio bearer configuration to the terminal or the source SN; and if the terminal transmits a preset service before entering the inactive state from the double-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal comprises the preset service, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the terminal or the source SN, and storing the public configuration information.
The predetermined service may specifically be a service that requires non-common bearer configuration, such as an occasional service whose frequency of occurrence is lower than a preset threshold.
In the method for recovering the terminal state of the embodiment of the invention, if the terminal does not receive and transmit the predetermined service before recovering the dual connection state or the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal is directed to the common services except the predetermined service, the MN indicates the UE and the SN to store the PDCP and RLC parts (common radio bearer configuration) in the original radio bearer configuration and indicates the applicable cell group of the common configuration to the UE. The determination of the common configuration applicable cell group depends on the implementation. If the terminal receives and transmits the predetermined service before the dual connectivity state is recovered (which indicates that the current radio bearer configuration may not be suitable for the common service), or the current radio bearer configuration of the UE is directed to the predetermined service, the MN sends a set of common radio bearer configurations (including PDCP and RLC configurations) to the UE and the SN, and indicates an applicable cell group of the common configuration to the UE. At this time, the MN side saves this common configuration.
According to the method for recovering the terminal state, when the terminal enters the non-active state from the double-connection state, the radio bearer configuration suitable for a group of NR cells is saved for SCG. The UE may use the stored common configuration information when reverting to the connected state within the coverage of the group of cells to reduce the time consumed to revert to the dual-connectivity state.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, the method for recovering a terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 102: and when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN.
And if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
Specifically, whether the target service is a service other than a predetermined service is judged; if the target service is a service except a predetermined service, judging whether the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group; and if the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
Step 103: and if the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG, indicating the terminal and the target SN to recover to a dual-connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration.
Wherein, if the common configuration information is applicable to the target SCG, indicating that the terminal recovers to a dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration includes:
and if the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG, sending a preset control instruction to the terminal to indicate that the terminal recovers to a dual connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration.
Wherein, if the common rb configuration is applicable to the target SCG, indicating that the target SN recovers to the dual connectivity state using the common rb configuration comprises:
judging whether the source SN is the same as the target SN or not; if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, indicating the target SN to acquire the public radio bearer configuration from the source SN; if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN; if the target SN is the same as the source SN, the source SN is instructed to use the common radio bearer configuration stored by the source SN.
Further, if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station does not store the common rb configuration, an optional implementation manner for instructing the target SN to obtain the common rb configuration from the source SN is as follows:
the terminal sends a measurement report to the MN; the MN indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SN in an SN increasing request message sent to the target SN, but the SN increasing request message does not contain the public radio bearer configuration; after receiving SN increasing request information from MN, target SN includes public wireless bearing configuration obtaining request in context obtaining request information sent to source SN; after receiving the context acquisition request message sent by the target SN, the source SN adds the public radio bearer configuration in the context acquisition response message fed back to the target SN.
Further, if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station itself stores the public radio bearer configuration, an optional implementation manner of sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN is as follows:
and carrying the public radio bearer configuration in an SN increase request message sent to a target SN.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the common radio bearer configuration is not applicable to the target SCG, the MN is not required to transmit the common configuration to the target SN. The target SN determines the SCG configuration by itself or according to the measurement result received from the MN, and the SCG configuration is sent to the UE by the MN (through an RRC connection reconfiguration message, an RRC connection recovery message or other modes), so that the common radio bearer configuration stored by the UE is covered, or the common radio bearer configuration is suspended and the newly obtained SCG configuration is used.
In addition, in this embodiment of the present invention, a terminal side may also determine whether the common radio bearer configuration information is applicable to the target SN, and at this time, the method for recovering a terminal state in the embodiment of the present invention further includes, after indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the source SN:
receiving a preset indication message sent by the terminal;
if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, according to the preset indication message, the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG in a process of sending an SN addition request message to the target SN;
if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to the target SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN; and if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is not applicable to the target SN, indicating the target SN to determine new SCG configuration information.
The preset indication message in the embodiment of the present invention may specifically be a measurement report.
An optional implementation manner of indicating the target SN to determine new SCG configuration information is as follows:
the target SN determines the SCG configuration by itself or according to the measurement result received from the MN, and the SCG configuration is sent to the UE by the MN (through an RRC connection reconfiguration message, an RRC connection recovery message or other modes), so that the common radio bearer configuration stored by the UE is covered, or the common radio bearer configuration is suspended and the newly obtained SCG configuration is used.
Preferably, in order to prolong the valid time of the common radio bearer configuration as much as possible and reduce the reconfiguration of the common radio bearer, a timer may be added to control the valid time of the common radio bearer configuration, and based on this, the method for recovering the terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, after the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information is indicated to the source SN:
indicating the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration and starting a preset timer;
and when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double connection state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective time length, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN, indicating the terminal and the target SN to recover the double connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and resetting the preset timer.
Further, the method for recovering the terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target SN, suspending the public radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information;
and when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the effective duration, discarding the common radio bearer configuration.
Further, after suspending the common radio bearer configuration and acquiring the new SCG configuration information, the method further includes:
and when the common radio bearer configuration is judged to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN again and the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, the suspended common radio bearer configuration is recovered.
According to the method for recovering the terminal state, the common radio bearer configuration is adopted for the radio bearer configuration of a group of cells in the network, the SCG initial radio bearer configuration process required when double connection is established in the process of transferring from the inactive state to the double connection state each time is accelerated, the double connection recovery process is accelerated, the response time of high-speed data service is shortened for double connection with eNB or gNB as MN and gNB as SN, and further user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for recovering a terminal state, which is applied to a terminal, and includes:
step 301: the method comprises the steps of obtaining common configuration information of an auxiliary cell group SCG indicated by a base station, wherein the common configuration information comprises common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the common radio bearer configuration, and the common configuration information is indicated by the base station when a terminal enters an inactive state from a dual-connection state.
Specifically, the common configuration information indicated by the base station may be acquired through an RRC connection suspend message sent by the base station. The common radio bearer configuration includes: the method is applicable to configuration of a packet data convergence protocol PDCP and configuration of a radio link control RLC of an NR cell group, and when public radio bearer configuration is used, a media access control layer MAC and a physical layer adopt default configuration.
If the terminal does not transmit the predetermined service before entering the inactive state from the dual-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal is a service except the predetermined service, the base station indicates the public radio bearer configuration to be the PDCP and RLC configuration in the original radio bearer configuration; and if the terminal transmits a preset service before entering the inactive state from the double-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal comprises the preset service, acquiring the public radio bearer configuration sent by the base station.
According to the method for recovering the terminal state, when the terminal in the non-active state needs to be recovered to the double connection state, the double connection state can be recovered according to the public configuration information indicated by the base station, so that the recovery of the double connection state is accelerated, the response time of high-speed data service is reduced, and the user experience is further improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the method for recovering a terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step 302: and when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN.
And if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
Specifically, whether the target service is a service other than a predetermined service is judged; if the target service is a service except a predetermined service, judging whether the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group; and if the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
The predetermined service may specifically be a service that requires non-common bearer configuration, such as an occasional service whose frequency of occurrence is lower than a preset threshold.
In addition, when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the UE recovers from the inactive state to the dual connectivity state, and performs the connectivity measurement, where the measurement result is used for the radio resource configuration. Measuring execution time includes, but is not limited to, the following:
after MCG is recovered;
during an RRC inactive state;
in the process of transferring from the RRC inactive state to the dual connected state.
Step 303: and if the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG, indicating the public radio bearer configuration to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN to the base station, and recovering to a double-connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration.
Wherein the restoring to the dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration comprises:
and recovering the public radio bearer configuration to a dual connection state by using a preset control instruction sent by a base station, wherein the preset control instruction is sent when the base station judges that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG.
Wherein indicating to the base station that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target SN comprises:
judging whether the source SN is the same as the target SN or not; if the target SN is different from the source SN, sending a preset indication message to the base station, and indicating that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to the target SN in the preset indication message; if the target SN is the same as the source SN, the source SN is instructed to use the common radio bearer configuration stored by the source SN.
Further, if the target SN is different from the source SN, a preset indication message is sent to the base station, and an optional implementation manner that indicates that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SN in the preset indication message is as follows:
if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, at this moment, the terminal indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SN in a preset indication message sent to the MN; after receiving the preset indication message, the MN indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SN in an SN increase request message sent to the target SN, but the SN increase request message does not contain the public radio bearer configuration; after receiving SN increasing request information from MN, target SN includes public wireless bearing configuration obtaining request in context obtaining request information sent to source SN; after receiving the context acquisition request message sent by the target SN, the source SN adds the public radio bearer configuration in the context acquisition response message fed back to the target SN.
Further, if the target SN is different from the source SN, another optional implementation manner that a preset indication message is sent to the base station and indicates that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SN in the preset indication message is as follows:
if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, the terminal sends a preset indication message to the MN; after receiving the preset indication message sent by the terminal, the MN determines a target SN, sends an SN increase request message to the target SN, and carries the public radio bearer configuration in the SN increase request message.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, if the common rb configuration is not applicable to the target SCG, the SN is changed, but the target SN does not need to acquire the common rb configuration from the source SN. Specifically, the indication may be forwarded to the target SN by the MN to avoid unnecessary signaling overhead and the time delay caused thereby. One way of implementation is as follows:
the terminal indicates that the common radio bearer configuration is not applicable to the target SN in the measurement report sent to the MN; after receiving the measurement report, the MN indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for the target SN in an SN increase request message sent to the target SN; after receiving the SN increase request message sent by the MN, the target SN determines the SCG configuration by itself or according to the measurement result received from the MN. The MN carries new SCG configuration in the feedback message sent to the UE, covers the public radio bearer configuration stored by the UE, or suspends the public radio bearer configuration and uses the newly obtained SCG configuration.
Preferably, in order to prolong the valid time of the common radio bearer configuration as much as possible and reduce the reconfiguration of the common radio bearer, a timer may be added to control the valid time of the common radio bearer configuration, and based on this, the method for recovering the terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes, after the step of acquiring the common configuration information of the SCGs of the secondary cell group indicated by the base station:
determining the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration, and starting a preset timer; when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target secondary base station SN, indicating to the base station that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target SN, recovering to the dual connectivity state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and resetting the preset timer.
In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal can determine the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration according to the indication of the base station, and can also determine the effective duration according to the setting of the terminal to the radio bearer configuration duration.
Further, the recovery method further includes:
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN, suspending the public radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information;
and when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the effective duration, discarding the common radio bearer configuration.
Further, after suspending the common radio bearer configuration and acquiring the new SCG configuration information, the method further includes:
and when the common radio bearer configuration is judged to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN again and the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, the suspended common radio bearer configuration is recovered.
In the specific embodiment of the present invention, when the terminal transitions from the RRC inactive state to the dual connectivity state, it is determined whether a timer corresponding to the common radio bearer configuration is overtime (whether the timer count exceeds the aforementioned valid time) to determine whether the common radio bearer configuration is valid; if the timer is overtime, discarding the public configuration information; if the timer is not overtime, judging that the stored public configuration is applicable to the determined target SN; if the stored common configuration is applicable to the determined target SN, resetting the timer, further, if the common configuration is suspended, resuming the common radio bearer configuration; if the stored common configuration is not suitable for the determined target SN, the common radio bearer configuration is suspended and the newly obtained SCG configuration is used.
According to the method for recovering the terminal state, the common radio bearer configuration is adopted for the radio bearer configuration of a group of cells in the network, the SCG initial radio bearer configuration process required when double connection is established in the process of transferring from the inactive state to the double connection state each time is accelerated, the double connection recovery process is accelerated, the response time of high-speed data service is shortened for double connection with eNB or gNB as MN and gNB as SN, and further user experience is improved.
As shown in fig. 5, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a base station, which includes a memory 520, a processor 500, a transceiver 510, a bus interface, and a computer program stored on the memory 520 and executable on the processor 500, wherein the processor 500 is configured to read the program in the memory 520 and execute the following processes: a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of:
when the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual-connection state, indicating the common configuration information of the SCG to the terminal through the transceiver, wherein the common configuration information comprises common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the common radio bearer configuration.

a first judging module, configured to, when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, judge whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN;
a second indicating module, configured to indicate the terminal and the target SN to recover to a dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG.
In the apparatus for recovering a terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention, the first determining module is configured to determine that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to the target secondary base station SN if a target service requested by the terminal is a service other than a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group.
In the apparatus for recovering a terminal state according to the embodiment of the present invention, the second indication module is configured to, if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, send a preset control instruction to the terminal to indicate that the terminal recovers to a dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration.

a fourth processing module, configured to suspend the common radio bearer configuration and acquire new SCG configuration information when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the valid duration, and the common radio bearer configuration is not applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN;
a fifth processing module, configured to discard the common radio bearer configuration when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the valid duration.

a seventh processing module, configured to discard the common radio bearer configuration when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the valid duration.

Claims (47)

1. A method for recovering a terminal state is applied to a base station, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when the terminal enters an inactive state from a double-connection state, indicating the public configuration information of the auxiliary cell group SCG to the terminal so as to recover the double-connection state by utilizing the public radio bearer configuration when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the double-connection state, wherein the public configuration information comprises the public radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the public radio bearer configuration.
2. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 1, wherein after the common configuration information of the secondary cell group SCG is indicated to the terminal, the method further comprises:
and indicating the public radio bearer configuration in the public configuration information to a source auxiliary base station SN, wherein the source SN is the SN connected when the terminal is in a double-connection state.
3. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 2, wherein indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the terminal or the source SN comprises:
and indicating the public radio bearer configuration in the public configuration information to the terminal or the source SN according to the service transmitted before the terminal enters the inactive state from the dual-connection state or the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal.

The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 3, wherein the step of indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the terminal or the source SN according to the service transmitted by the terminal before entering the inactive state from the dual connectivity state or the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal comprises:
if the terminal does not transmit the predetermined service before entering the inactive state from the dual-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal is a service except the predetermined service, determining the public radio bearer configuration according to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal and indicating the public radio bearer configuration to the terminal or the source SN;
and if the terminal transmits a preset service before entering the inactive state from the double-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal comprises the preset service, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the terminal or the source SN, and storing the public radio bearer configuration.
5. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 2, wherein after indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the source SN, the method further comprises:
when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN;
if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, indicating the terminal and the target SN to recover to a dual connectivity state by using the common radio bearer configuration;
the determining whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN includes:
and if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
6. The method according to claim 5, wherein if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, instructing the terminal to recover to the dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration comprises:
and if the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG, sending a preset control instruction to the terminal to indicate that the terminal recovers to a dual connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration.
7. The method of claim 5, wherein if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, instructing the target SN to recover to the dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration comprises:
judging whether the source SN is the same as the target SN or not;
if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, indicating the target SN to acquire the public radio bearer configuration from the source SN;
if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN;
if the target SN is the same as the source SN, the source SN is instructed to use the common radio bearer configuration stored by the source SN.
8. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 2, wherein after indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the source SN, the method further comprises:
receiving a preset indication message sent by the terminal;
if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, according to the preset indication message, the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG in a process of sending an SN addition request message to the target SN;
if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to the target SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN;
and if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is not applicable to the target SN, indicating the target SN to determine new SCG configuration information.
9. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 2, wherein after indicating the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the source SN, the method further comprises:
indicating the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration and starting a preset timer;
and when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double connection state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective time length, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN, indicating the terminal and the target SN to recover the double connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and resetting the preset timer.
10. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 9, wherein the method further comprises:
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target SN, suspending the public radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information;
and when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the effective duration, discarding the common radio bearer configuration.
11. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 10, wherein after suspending the common radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information, further comprising:
and when the common radio bearer configuration is judged to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN again and the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, the suspended common radio bearer configuration is recovered.
12. The method of recovering the terminal state according to claim 1, wherein the common radio bearer configuration comprises a packet data convergence protocol, PDCP, configuration and a radio link control, RLC, configuration applicable to a group of NR cells.
13. A method for recovering a terminal state is applied to a terminal, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
obtaining common configuration information of an auxiliary cell group SCG indicated by a base station, wherein the common configuration information comprises common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the common radio bearer configuration, and the common configuration information is indicated by the base station when the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual-connection state;
when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN;
if the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, indicating the public radio bearer configuration to be applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN to the base station, and recovering to a dual-connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration;
the determining whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN includes:
and if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
14. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 13, wherein the recovering to the dual connectivity status using the common radio bearer configuration comprises:
and recovering the public radio bearer configuration to a dual connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration according to a preset control instruction sent by the base station, wherein the preset control instruction is sent when the base station judges that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG.
15. The method of claim 13, wherein indicating to the base station that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN comprises:
judging whether the source SN is the same as the target SN or not;
if the target SN is different from the source SN, sending a preset indication message to the base station, and indicating that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to the target SN in the preset indication message;
if the target SN is the same as the source SN, the source SN is instructed to use the common radio bearer configuration stored by the source SN.
16. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 13, wherein the step of obtaining the common configuration information of the SCGs of the secondary cell group indicated by the base station further comprises:
determining the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration, and starting a preset timer;
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target secondary base station SN, indicating to the base station that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target SN, recovering to the dual connectivity state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and resetting the preset timer.
17. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 16, wherein the method further comprises:
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN, suspending the public radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information;
and when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the effective duration, discarding the common radio bearer configuration.
18. The method for recovering the terminal status according to claim 17, wherein after suspending the common radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information, further comprising:
and when the common radio bearer configuration is judged to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN again and the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, the suspended common radio bearer configuration is recovered.
19. The method of recovering the terminal state according to claim 13, wherein the common radio bearer configuration comprises a packet data convergence protocol, PDCP, configuration and a radio link control, RLC, configuration applicable to a group of NR cells.
20. A base station, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of:
when a terminal enters an inactive state from a double-connection state, indicating public configuration information of an auxiliary cell group SCG to the terminal through a transceiver, so that when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the double-connection state, the terminal recovers to the double-connection state by utilizing public radio bearer configuration, wherein the public configuration information comprises the public radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the public radio bearer configuration.
21. The base station of claim 20, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and indicating the public radio bearer configuration in the public configuration information to a source auxiliary base station SN through a transceiver, wherein the source SN is the SN connected when the terminal is in a double-connection state.
22. The base station of claim 21, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:

23. The base station of claim 22, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
if the terminal does not transmit the predetermined service before entering the inactive state from the dual-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal is a service except the predetermined service, determining the public radio bearer configuration according to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal and indicating the public radio bearer configuration to the terminal or the source SN through a transceiver;
and if the terminal transmits a preset service before entering the inactive state from the double-connection state or the service corresponding to the current radio bearer configuration of the terminal comprises the preset service, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the terminal or the source SN through a transceiver, and storing the public radio bearer configuration.
24. The base station of claim 21, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN;
if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, indicating the terminal and the target SN to recover to a dual connectivity state by using the common radio bearer configuration through the transceiver;
the processor, when executing the computer program, may further perform the steps of:
and if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
25. The base station of claim 24, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and if the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG, sending a preset control instruction to the terminal through the transceiver to indicate that the terminal recovers to a dual-connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration.
26. The base station of claim 24, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
judging whether the source SN is the same as the target SN or not;
if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, indicating the target SN to acquire the public radio bearer configuration from the source SN through a transceiver;
if the target SN is different from the source SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN through a transceiver;
if the target SN is the same as the source SN, the source SN is instructed by the transceiver to use the common radio bearer configuration saved by the source SN.
27. The base station of claim 21, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
receiving a preset indication message sent by the terminal through a transceiver;
if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN and the base station does not store the public radio bearer configuration, according to the preset indication message, the public radio bearer configuration is indicated to be applicable to the target SCG in a SN addition request message sent to the target SN by a transceiver;
if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target SN and the base station stores the public radio bearer configuration, sending the public radio bearer configuration to the target SN through a transceiver;
and if the preset indication message indicates that the public radio bearer configuration is not applicable to the target SN, indicating the target SN to determine new SCG configuration information through a transceiver.
28. The base station of claim 21, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
indicating the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration through a transceiver, and starting a preset timer;
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target secondary base station SN, the terminal and the target SN are instructed by the transceiver to recover the dual connectivity state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and the preset timer is reset.
29. The base station of claim 28, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target SN, suspending the public radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information;
and when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the effective duration, discarding the common radio bearer configuration.
30. The base station of claim 29, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and when the common radio bearer configuration is judged to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN again and the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, the suspended common radio bearer configuration is recovered.
31. The base station of claim 20, wherein the common radio bearer configuration comprises a packet data convergence protocol, PDCP, configuration and a radio link control, RLC, configuration applicable to a group of NR cells.
32. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
when the terminal enters an inactive state from a double-connection state, indicating the public configuration information of the auxiliary cell group SCG to the terminal so as to recover the double-connection state by utilizing the public radio bearer configuration when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the double-connection state, wherein the public configuration information comprises the public radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the public radio bearer configuration.
33. A terminal, comprising: a transceiver, a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor when executing the computer program implements the steps of:
acquiring common configuration information of an auxiliary cell group SCG (secondary cell group) indicated by a base station through a transceiver, wherein the common configuration information comprises common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR (non-random access) cell group applicable to the common radio bearer configuration, and the common configuration information is indicated by the base station when the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual-connection state;
when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN;
if the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, indicating the public radio bearer configuration to be applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN to the base station, and recovering to a dual-connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration;
the determining whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN includes:
and if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
34. The terminal of claim 33, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and recovering the public radio bearer configuration to a dual connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration according to a preset control instruction sent by the base station, wherein the preset control instruction is sent when the base station judges that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG.
35. The terminal of claim 33, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
judging whether the source SN is the same as the target SN or not;
if the target SN is different from the source SN, sending a preset indication message to the base station through a transceiver, and indicating that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SN in the preset indication message;
if the target SN is the same as the source SN, the source SN is instructed by the transceiver to use the common radio bearer configuration saved by the source SN.
36. The terminal of claim 33, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
determining the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration, and starting a preset timer;
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target secondary base station SN, indicating the public radio bearer configuration to be applicable to the SCG corresponding to the target SN to the base station through the transceiver, recovering the dual connectivity state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and resetting the preset timer.
37. The terminal according to claim 36, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is not suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN, suspending the public radio bearer configuration and acquiring new SCG configuration information;
and when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state and the timing time of the timer exceeds the effective duration, discarding the common radio bearer configuration.
38. The terminal according to claim 37, wherein the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
and when the common radio bearer configuration is judged to be suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target SN again and the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the effective duration, the suspended common radio bearer configuration is recovered.
39. The terminal of claim 33, wherein the common radio bearer configuration comprises a packet data convergence protocol, PDCP, configuration and a radio link control, RLC, configuration applicable to a group of NR cells.
40. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of:
obtaining common configuration information of an auxiliary cell group SCG indicated by a base station, wherein the common configuration information comprises common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group applicable to the common radio bearer configuration, and the common configuration information is indicated by the base station when a terminal enters an inactive state from a dual-connection state;
when the terminal in the non-active state needs to recover the double-connection state, judging whether the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for a target SCG corresponding to a target auxiliary base station SN;
if the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, indicating the public radio bearer configuration to be applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN to the base station, and recovering to a dual-connection state by using the public radio bearer configuration;
the determining whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN includes:
and if the target service requested by the terminal is a service except a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group, judging that the public radio bearer configuration is suitable for the target SCG corresponding to the target auxiliary base station SN.
41. A recovery device of terminal state is applied to a base station, and is characterized by comprising:
the first indication module is configured to indicate, when the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual connectivity state, common configuration information of the secondary cell group SCG to the terminal, so that the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, and the common configuration information is recovered to the dual connectivity state by using common radio bearer configuration, where the common configuration information includes the common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group to which the common radio bearer configuration is applicable.
42. The apparatus for recovering a terminal status according to claim 41, wherein the first indicating module is further configured to indicate the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to a source secondary base Station (SN), where the source SN is a SN connected when the terminal is in a dual connectivity state.
43. The apparatus for recovering a terminal status according to claim 42, wherein the first indicating module is configured to indicate the common radio bearer configuration in the common configuration information to the terminal or a source SN according to a service transmitted before the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual connectivity state or a current radio bearer configuration of the terminal.
44. The apparatus for recovering terminal status according to claim 42, further comprising:
a first judging module, configured to, when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, judge whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN;
a second indicating module, configured to indicate the terminal and the target SN to recover to a dual connectivity state using the common radio bearer configuration if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG.
45. The apparatus for recovering a terminal status as claimed in claim 44, wherein the first determining module is configured to determine that the common rb configuration is applicable to the target SCG corresponding to the target secondary bs SN, if the target service requested by the terminal is a service other than a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group.
46. A recovery device of terminal state is applied to a terminal, and is characterized by comprising:
an obtaining module, configured to obtain common configuration information of an auxiliary cell group SCG indicated by a base station, where the common configuration information includes a common radio bearer configuration and a new air interface NR cell group to which the common radio bearer configuration is applicable, and the common configuration information is indicated by the base station when the terminal enters an inactive state from a dual connectivity state;
a second determining module, configured to determine whether the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state;
a first processing module, configured to indicate, to the base station, that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target SN if the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to the target SCG, and recover to a dual connectivity state by using the common radio bearer configuration;
and the second judging module is configured to judge that the common radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to the target secondary base station SN if a target service requested by the terminal is a service other than a predetermined service and the target SCG belongs to the NR cell group.
47. The apparatus for recovering terminal status according to claim 46, further comprising:
the determining module is used for determining the effective duration of the public radio bearer configuration and starting a preset timer;
and the second processing module is configured to, when the terminal in the inactive state needs to recover the dual connectivity state, the timing time of the preset timer does not exceed the valid duration, and the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to a target SCG corresponding to a target secondary base station SN, indicate, to the base station, that the public radio bearer configuration is applicable to the SCG corresponding to the target SN, recover the dual connectivity state by using the public radio bearer configuration, and reset the preset timer.
