The wearable voice device 310 is used for receiving voice information of a user and sending the voice information to the electronic device 320.
The electronic device 320 is configured to send the received voice information to the voice recognition system 330.
The speech recognition system 330 is configured to convert the received speech information into text information and transmit the text information to the electronic device 320.
The electronic device 320 is further configured to generate a control instruction based on the text information and send the control instruction to the logistics distribution system 340.
The logistics distribution system 340 is used for completing the specified operation based on the control instruction.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the electronic device 320 is further configured to determine whether the voice information satisfies a preset condition, where the preset condition includes a keyword, and send the voice information to the voice recognition system 330 when the voice information satisfies the preset condition.
The logistics distribution system 340 is further configured to generate a return voice message and send the return voice message to the electronic device 320 according to the embodiment of the disclosure. Electronic device 320 is also used to send the received return voice information to wearable voice device 310. Wearable voice device 310 is also used to play back voice information.
The intelligent system 300 of the embodiment of the present disclosure includes the wearable voice device 310, the electronic device 320, the voice recognition system 330, and the logistics distribution system 340, so that a distributor can interact with the logistics distribution system 340 through voice information, so that the logistics distribution system 340 completes corresponding operations, a tedious process that the distributor manually operates the logistics distribution system 340 through the electronic device 320 is reduced, work efficiency is improved, and safety during work can be improved.
Fig. 4 schematically illustrates a block diagram of an intelligent system 400 according to another embodiment of the disclosure.
As shown in fig. 4, the intelligent system 400 includes a wearable voice device 310, an electronic device 320, a voice recognition system 330, a logistics distribution system 340, and a telephone call center 350. The wearable voice device 310 is connected to the electronic device 320, the electronic device 320 is connected to the voice recognition system 330 and the logistics distribution system 340, and the logistics distribution system 340 is connected to the telephone call center 350.
The wearable voice device 310 is used for receiving voice information of a user and sending the voice information to the electronic device 320.
The electronic device 320 is configured to send the received voice information to the voice recognition system 330.
The speech recognition system 330 is configured to convert the received speech information into text information and transmit the text information to the electronic device 320.
The electronic device 320 is further configured to generate a control instruction based on the text information and send the control instruction to the logistics distribution system 340.
The logistics distribution system 340 is used for completing the specified operation based on the control instruction.
The logistics distribution system 340 is further configured to send the telephone number corresponding to the control instruction to the telephone call center 350.
The phone call center 350 is used for establishing a call connection between the electronic device 320 and the electronic device corresponding to the phone number.
The intelligent system of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a telephone call center 350, and the logistics distribution system 340 can control the telephone call center 350 to establish a call connection between a distributor and an order user based on a control instruction, so as to reduce the tedious operation of the distributor to find an order and obtain a call to dial, and improve the distribution efficiency.
Fig. 5 schematically illustrates a block diagram of an intelligent system 500 according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 5, the intelligent system 500 includes a wearable voice device 310, an electronic device 320, a voice recognition system 330, a logistics distribution system 340, a phone call center 350, and a telephony device 360. The wearable voice device 310 is connected with the electronic device 320 and the communication device 360, the electronic device 320 is connected with the voice recognition system 330 and the logistics distribution system 340, and the logistics distribution system 340 is connected with the telephone call center 350.
The wearable voice device 310 is used for receiving voice information of a user and sending the voice information to the electronic device 320.
The electronic device 320 is configured to send the received voice information to the voice recognition system 330.
The speech recognition system 330 is configured to convert the received speech information into text information and transmit the text information to the electronic device 320.
The electronic device 320 is further configured to generate a control instruction based on the text information and send the control instruction to the logistics distribution system 340.
The logistics distribution system 340 is used for completing the specified operation based on the control instruction.
The logistics distribution system 340 is further configured to send the telephone number corresponding to the control instruction and the telephone number of the telephony device 360 to the telephone call center 350.
The phone call center 350 is used to establish a call connection between the telephony device 360 and the electronic device corresponding to the phone number.
The intelligent system of the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a telephone call center 350 and a call device 360 of the distributor, and the logistics distribution system 340 can control the telephone call center 350 to establish a call connection between the distributor and the order user based on the control instruction, thereby reducing the tedious operation of the distributor to find the order and obtain the call to dial again, and improving the distribution efficiency.
It should be noted that the implementation, solved technical problems, implemented functions, and achieved technical effects of each device/system and the like in the system part embodiment are respectively the same as or similar to the implementation, solved technical problems, implemented functions, and achieved technical effects of each corresponding step in the method part embodiment, and are not described herein again.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowchart or block diagrams may represent a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. It will also be noted that each block of the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, and combinations of blocks in the block diagrams or flowchart illustration, can be implemented by special purpose hardware-based systems which perform the specified functions or acts, or combinations of special purpose hardware and computer instructions.
As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable medium, which may be contained in the apparatus described in the above embodiments; or may be separate and not incorporated into the device. The computer readable medium carries one or more programs which, when executed by a device, cause the device to perform: obtaining a set of tool classes, the set of tool classes comprising at least one tool class, each tool class in the at least one tool class comprising a method, the method of each tool class configured to read data and convert a format of the data into a first format that satisfies requirements of a test framework; creating an object of a tool class corresponding to the test data based on the storage information of the test data and the tool class set; and calling a method of the tool class corresponding to the test data based on the object so as to read the test data and convert the format of the test data into a first format meeting the requirements of a test framework.

Claims (10)

1. An information processing method of an intelligent system, wherein the intelligent system comprises a wearable voice device, an electronic device, a voice recognition system and a logistics distribution system, the method comprising:
the wearable voice equipment receives voice information of a user and sends the voice information to the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment sends the received voice information to the voice recognition system;
the voice recognition system converts the received voice information into text information and sends the text information to the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment generates a control instruction based on the text information and sends the control instruction to the logistics distribution system; and
and the logistics distribution system completes specified operation based on the control instruction.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the electronic device sends the received voice information to the voice recognition system, comprising:
the electronic equipment judges whether the voice information meets a preset condition or not, wherein the preset condition comprises a keyword; and
and under the condition that the voice information meets the preset condition, the electronic equipment sends the voice information to the voice recognition system.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the logistics distribution system generates return voice information and sends the return voice information to the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment sends the received returned voice information to the wearable voice equipment;
and the wearable voice equipment plays the returned voice information.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein:
the intelligent system further comprises:
a telephone call center connected to the logistics distribution system; the logistics distribution system completes specified operations based on the control instruction, and the operations comprise:
and the logistics distribution system sends the telephone number corresponding to the control instruction to the telephone call center so that the telephone call center establishes a call connection between the electronic equipment and the electronic equipment corresponding to the telephone number.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein:
the intelligent system further comprises:
the communication equipment is connected with the wearable voice equipment; the logistics distribution system completes specified operations based on the control instruction, and the operations comprise:
and the logistics distribution system sends the telephone number corresponding to the control instruction and the telephone number of the communication equipment to the telephone call center so that the telephone call center establishes communication connection between the communication equipment and the electronic equipment corresponding to the telephone number.
6. An intelligent system, comprising a wearable voice device, an electronic device, a voice recognition system, and a logistics distribution system, wherein:
the wearable voice equipment is used for receiving voice information of a user and sending the voice information to the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment is used for sending the received voice information to the voice recognition system;
the voice recognition system is used for converting the received voice information into text information and sending the text information to the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment is also used for generating a control instruction based on the text information and sending the control instruction to the logistics distribution system; and
the logistics distribution system is used for completing specified operations based on the control instruction.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the electronic device is further configured to:
judging whether the voice information meets a preset condition or not, wherein the preset condition comprises a keyword; and
and under the condition that the voice information meets the preset condition, sending the voice information to the voice recognition system.
8. The system of claim 6, wherein:
the logistics distribution system is also used for generating return voice information and sending the return voice information to the electronic equipment;
the electronic equipment is also used for sending the received return voice information to the wearable voice equipment;
the wearable voice equipment is also used for playing the returned voice information.
9. The system of claim 6, wherein:
the intelligent system further comprises:
a telephone call center connected to the logistics distribution system;
the logistics distribution system is further configured to:
sending the telephone number corresponding to the control instruction to the telephone call center;
the telephone call center is configured to:
and establishing a call connection between the electronic equipment and the electronic equipment corresponding to the telephone number.
10. The system of claim 9, wherein:
the intelligent system further comprises:
the communication equipment is connected with the wearable voice equipment;
the logistics distribution system is further configured to:
sending the telephone number corresponding to the control instruction and the telephone number of the communication equipment to the telephone call center;
the telephone call center is further configured to:
and establishing a call connection between the call equipment and the electronic equipment corresponding to the telephone number.
