The method mainly comprises the steps of grasping the conditions of students in real time through the interaction between the mobile equipment terminals held by the students and the school management terminal, judging the safety indexes of the students in the school according to the school return time, route and transportation means appointed by the students by combining the specific conditions of the local epidemic situations obtained from the Internet, and strictly checking the students after the school return to reject the epidemic situations out of the school. The invention can effectively monitor and arrange the school return of students during the epidemic situation prevention and control period, avoids the adverse consequences possibly caused by blind school return of students, provides data support and scientific basis for making corresponding administrative management measures by collecting and summarizing specific data, can shorten the processing response time, realizes accurate enforcement and prevents the epidemic situation from spreading in the campus.
