Therefore, the historical hospitalizing request data can be comprehensively analyzed and mined, and the target medical system can be accurately determined.
In a specific implementation, in order to ensure that the medical record is completely imported into the target medical system, the medical record of the intelligent terminal stored in the current medical system corresponding to the information to be checked corresponding to the current item tag described in step S260 is imported into the target medical system, which may specifically include the contents described in steps S2606 to S2608 below.
Step S2606, acquiring a medical record importing instruction sent by the intelligent terminal; the medical record importing instruction is used for representing that the intelligent terminal requests to import the medical record.

acquiring a plurality of groups of filed medical data information sets; each filed medical data information set corresponds to target user identity information;
respectively converting each medical data record in each group of filed medical data information set into medical detection item information; the medical detection item information can be completely recorded and displayed by different medical systems, the detection result corresponding to the medical detection item information converted from each medical data record is consistent with the detection result corresponding to the corresponding medical data record, and each piece of medical detection item information is provided with an item label used for uniquely determining the medical detection item information;
constructing a mapping relation between the identity code corresponding to each medical data record and the item label of the medical detection item information obtained by conversion based on each medical data record;
the intelligent terminal is used for:
sending hospitalizing request data to the medical data sharing platform;
the medical data sharing platform is configured to:
identifying the received hospitalizing request data to extract the current target user identity information and the current item label included in the intelligent terminal;
screening out second inspection information, which is obtained by comparing the first inspection information to be inspected in the current target user identity information relative to the current item label and is not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item label, of the marked item label in the intelligent terminal, so as to serve as the information to be inspected corresponding to the current item label;
and determining a target medical system corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data of the intelligent terminal based on the current target user identity information, the current project label and the mapping relation, and importing the hospitalizing record of the intelligent terminal stored in the current medical system corresponding to the information to be inspected corresponding to the current project label into the target medical system.
In an alternative embodiment, the medical data sharing platform is specifically configured to:
determining initial identity information corresponding to the identity codes corresponding to the medical data records;
acquiring a project label of medical detection project information acquired by a user corresponding to a to-be-detected project in each medical data record based on the initial identity information;
matching the item label with the initial identity information to obtain a matching association diagram;
if the matching association diagram indicates whether the matching track of the item label and the initial identity information is consistent with a preset track, if so, determining that the medical detection item information obtained through conversion according to the medical data records is qualified; constructing a mapping relation between the identity codes corresponding to the medical data records and the item labels of the medical detection item information obtained by converting the medical data records based on the matching association diagram;
and if not, optimizing the matching association diagram to obtain an optimization result, and constructing a mapping relation between the identity code corresponding to each medical data record and the item label of the medical detection item information obtained based on the conversion of each medical data record according to the optimization result.
In an alternative embodiment, the medical data sharing platform is specifically configured to:
counting the received hospitalizing request data in advance; the medical seeking request data comprises medical seeking progress data and medical seeking attention information;
acquiring a medical treatment time point corresponding to the medical treatment progress data and a record list corresponding to the medical treatment attention information;
determining prompt information according to the medical treatment time point and the record list;
acquiring identity set information and inspection items included in the intelligent terminal based on the prompt information; the identity set information is used for representing all identity information in the intelligent terminal; the inspection items are used for representing items which need to be inspected by a user;
and extracting the identity information of the current target user and the current item label from the intelligent terminal based on the identity set information and the check item.
In an alternative embodiment, the medical data sharing platform is specifically configured to:
marking the identity information of the current target user relative to the information field with the unchanged current project label, acquiring a label field corresponding to the current project label and a label form corresponding to the current project label, and generating project operation information based on the label form;
in the process of checking the current item label, obtaining checked item information and obtaining item key information of the current item label in the checked item information;
acquiring a tag field corresponding to the current item tag and first checking information corresponding to the current item tag according to item key information in checked item information in the current item tag, and judging whether the first checking information is consistent with the item operation information;
if the item labels are consistent with the item labels, screening out second checking information that the marked item labels in the intelligent terminal are not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item labels;
and if the item operation information is inconsistent with the item operation information, correcting the item operation information, acquiring the item type of the checked item information according to the corrected item operation information, and screening out second checking information, wherein the marked item labels in the intelligent terminal are not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item labels, according to the item type.
In an alternative embodiment, the medical data sharing platform is specifically configured to:
listing the corresponding operation authority of the intelligent terminal based on the identity information of the current target user, the current item label and the mapping relation, picking out historical hospitalizing request data based on the operation authority and creating a historical hospitalizing report table corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data;
analyzing the diagnosis information category corresponding to the identity information of the current target user based on the historical hospitalizing report table; extracting medical record data information in at least one historical hospitalizing report table contained in the diagnosis information category corresponding to the current target user identity information;
establishing a corresponding relation between the current item label and the historical hospitalizing report table, and establishing an identified examination item library according to the corresponding relation;
and determining a target medical system based on the historical hospitalizing request data contained in the diagnosis information category corresponding to the current target user identity information and the identified examination item library.
On the basis, please refer to fig. 3 in combination, the present invention further provides a medical data interconnection apparatus 400, which is applied to a medical data sharing platform, and the apparatus includes:
a data acquisition module 410 for acquiring a plurality of sets of archived medical data information; each filed medical data information set corresponds to target user identity information;
a data conversion module 420, configured to convert each medical data record in each set of archived medical data information into medical examination item information respectively; the medical detection item information can be completely recorded and displayed by different medical systems, the detection result corresponding to the medical detection item information converted from each medical data record is consistent with the detection result corresponding to the corresponding medical data record, and each piece of medical detection item information is provided with an item label used for uniquely determining the medical detection item information;
the mapping establishing module 430 is configured to establish a mapping relationship between the identity code corresponding to each medical data record and the item tag of the medical detection item information obtained based on conversion of each medical data record;
the data identification module 440 is configured to receive medical care request data of the intelligent terminal, and identify the received medical care request data to extract current target user identity information and a current item tag included in the intelligent terminal;
the information screening module 450 is configured to screen out, by comparing the obtained current target user identity information with first inspection information that needs to be inspected with respect to the current item tag, second inspection information that the marked item tag in the intelligent terminal is not updated with the update times of the tag list corresponding to the current item tag, so as to serve as to-be-inspected information corresponding to the current item tag;
a record importing module 460, configured to determine, based on the current target user identity information, the current item tag, and the mapping relationship, a target medical system corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data of the intelligent terminal, and import, into the target medical system, a hospitalizing record of the intelligent terminal stored in the current medical system corresponding to the information to be checked corresponding to the current item tag.
On the basis of the above, please refer to fig. 4 in combination, which provides a medical data sharing platform 200, including a processor 211, a memory 212 and a bus 213 connected to the processor 211; wherein, the processor 211 and the memory 212 complete the communication with each other through the bus 213; the processor 211 is configured to call the program instructions in the memory 212 to execute the above-mentioned method. Further, a readable storage medium is provided, on which a program is stored, which when executed by a processor implements the method described above.
It will be understood that the invention is not limited to the precise arrangements described above and shown in the drawings and that various modifications and changes may be made without departing from the scope thereof. The scope of the invention is limited only by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A medical data interconnection and intercommunication method is applied to a medical data sharing platform and comprises the following steps:
acquiring a plurality of groups of filed medical data information sets; each filed medical data information set corresponds to target user identity information;
respectively converting each medical data record in each group of filed medical data information set into medical detection item information; the medical detection item information can be completely recorded and displayed by different medical systems, the detection result corresponding to the medical detection item information converted from each medical data record is consistent with the detection result corresponding to the corresponding medical data record, and each piece of medical detection item information is provided with an item label used for uniquely determining the medical detection item information;
constructing a mapping relation between the identity code corresponding to each medical data record and the item label of the medical detection item information obtained by conversion based on each medical data record;
receiving medical treatment request data of an intelligent terminal, and identifying the received medical treatment request data so as to extract current target user identity information and a current item label included in the intelligent terminal;
screening out second inspection information, which is obtained by comparing the first inspection information to be inspected in the current target user identity information relative to the current item label and is not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item label, of the marked item label in the intelligent terminal, so as to serve as the information to be inspected corresponding to the current item label;
and determining a target medical system corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data of the intelligent terminal based on the current target user identity information, the current project label and the mapping relation, and importing the hospitalizing record of the intelligent terminal stored in the current medical system corresponding to the information to be inspected corresponding to the current project label into the target medical system.
2. The medical data interconnection and interworking method according to claim 1, wherein the constructing a mapping relationship between an identity code corresponding to each medical data record and an item tag of medical examination item information obtained based on conversion of each medical data record specifically comprises:
determining initial identity information corresponding to the identity codes corresponding to the medical data records;
acquiring a project label of medical detection project information acquired by a user corresponding to a to-be-detected project in each medical data record based on the initial identity information;
matching the item label with the initial identity information to obtain a matching association diagram;
if the matching association diagram indicates whether the matching track of the item label and the initial identity information is consistent with a preset track, if so, determining that the medical detection item information obtained through conversion according to the medical data records is qualified; constructing a mapping relation between the identity codes corresponding to the medical data records and the item labels of the medical detection item information obtained by converting the medical data records based on the matching association diagram;
and if not, optimizing the matching association diagram to obtain an optimization result, and constructing a mapping relation between the identity code corresponding to each medical data record and the item label of the medical detection item information obtained based on the conversion of each medical data record according to the optimization result.
3. The medical data interconnection and interworking method according to claim 1, wherein the identifying the received hospitalization request data to extract the current target user identity information and the current item tag included in the intelligent terminal specifically comprises:
counting the received hospitalizing request data in advance; the medical seeking request data comprises medical seeking progress data and medical seeking attention information;
acquiring a medical treatment time point corresponding to the medical treatment progress data and a record list corresponding to the medical treatment attention information;
determining prompt information according to the medical treatment time point and the record list;
acquiring identity set information and inspection items included in the intelligent terminal based on the prompt information; the identity set information is used for representing all identity information in the intelligent terminal; the inspection items are used for representing items which need to be inspected by a user;
and extracting the identity information of the current target user and the current item label from the intelligent terminal based on the identity set information and the check item.

The medical data interconnection and interworking method according to claim 1, wherein screening out second examination information in which a labeled item tag in the intelligent terminal is not updated with the number of updates of a tag list corresponding to the current item tag by comparing the obtained first examination information to be examined in the current target user identity information with respect to the current item tag specifically comprises:
marking the identity information of the current target user relative to the information field with the unchanged current project label, acquiring a label field corresponding to the current project label and a label form corresponding to the current project label, and generating project operation information based on the label form;
in the process of checking the current item label, obtaining checked item information and obtaining item key information of the current item label in the checked item information;
acquiring a tag field corresponding to the current item tag and first checking information corresponding to the current item tag according to item key information in checked item information in the current item tag, and judging whether the first checking information is consistent with the item operation information;
if the item labels are consistent with the item labels, screening out second checking information that the marked item labels in the intelligent terminal are not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item labels;
and if the item operation information is inconsistent with the item operation information, correcting the item operation information, acquiring the item type of the checked item information according to the corrected item operation information, and screening out second checking information, wherein the marked item labels in the intelligent terminal are not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item labels, according to the item type.

The medical data interconnection and intercommunication method according to claim 1, wherein determining the target medical system corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data of the intelligent terminal based on the current target user identity information, the current item tag and the mapping relationship specifically comprises:
listing the corresponding operation authority of the intelligent terminal based on the identity information of the current target user, the current item label and the mapping relation, picking out historical hospitalizing request data based on the operation authority and creating a historical hospitalizing report table corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data;
analyzing the diagnosis information category corresponding to the identity information of the current target user based on the historical hospitalizing report table; extracting medical record data information in at least one historical hospitalizing report table contained in the diagnosis information category corresponding to the current target user identity information;
establishing a corresponding relation between the current item label and the historical hospitalizing report table, and establishing an identified examination item library according to the corresponding relation;
and determining a target medical system based on the historical hospitalizing request data contained in the diagnosis information category corresponding to the current target user identity information and the identified examination item library.
6. A medical data interconnection and intercommunication system is characterized by comprising a medical data sharing platform and an intelligent terminal;
the medical data sharing platform is configured to:
acquiring a plurality of groups of filed medical data information sets; each filed medical data information set corresponds to target user identity information;
respectively converting each medical data record in each group of filed medical data information set into medical detection item information; the medical detection item information can be completely recorded and displayed by different medical systems, the detection result corresponding to the medical detection item information converted from each medical data record is consistent with the detection result corresponding to the corresponding medical data record, and each piece of medical detection item information is provided with an item label used for uniquely determining the medical detection item information;
constructing a mapping relation between the identity code corresponding to each medical data record and the item label of the medical detection item information obtained by conversion based on each medical data record;
the intelligent terminal is used for:
sending hospitalizing request data to the medical data sharing platform;
the medical data sharing platform is configured to:
identifying the received hospitalizing request data to extract the current target user identity information and the current item label included in the intelligent terminal;
screening out second inspection information, which is obtained by comparing the first inspection information to be inspected in the current target user identity information relative to the current item label and is not updated along with the updating times of the label list corresponding to the current item label, of the marked item label in the intelligent terminal, so as to serve as the information to be inspected corresponding to the current item label;
and determining a target medical system corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data of the intelligent terminal based on the current target user identity information, the current project label and the mapping relation, and importing the hospitalizing record of the intelligent terminal stored in the current medical system corresponding to the information to be inspected corresponding to the current project label into the target medical system.
7. The medical data interconnection and interworking system according to claim 6, wherein the medical data sharing platform is specifically configured to:
determining initial identity information corresponding to the identity codes corresponding to the medical data records;
acquiring a project label of medical detection project information acquired by a user corresponding to a to-be-detected project in each medical data record based on the initial identity information;
matching the item label with the initial identity information to obtain a matching association diagram;

10. The medical data interconnection and interworking system according to claim 6, wherein the medical data sharing platform is specifically configured to:
listing the corresponding operation authority of the intelligent terminal based on the identity information of the current target user, the current item label and the mapping relation, picking out historical hospitalizing request data based on the operation authority and creating a historical hospitalizing report table corresponding to the historical hospitalizing request data;
analyzing the diagnosis information category corresponding to the identity information of the current target user based on the historical hospitalizing report table; extracting medical record data information in at least one historical hospitalizing report table contained in the diagnosis information category corresponding to the current target user identity information;
establishing a corresponding relation between the current item label and the historical hospitalizing report table, and establishing an identified examination item library according to the corresponding relation;
and determining a target medical system based on the historical hospitalizing request data contained in the diagnosis information category corresponding to the current target user identity information and the identified examination item library.
