step S11: acquiring vibration information of the vending machine;
in the embodiment of the invention, the vibration information of the vending machine is firstly acquired, because the vibration of the vending machine is inevitably caused in the process of stealing the vending machine by a thief, a vibration sensor can be arranged on the vending machine, and the vibration information of the vending machine can be acquired.
Step S12: when the vending machine is in a vibration state, judging whether a camera of the vending machine is in a shooting state or not; if the camera is in a shooting state, continuing shooting;
after the vibration information of the vending machine is acquired, if the vending machine is in a vibration state, it is indicated that the vending machine may be stolen, and certainly, a normal user is in a use state.
Step S13: if the camera is not in a shooting state, acquiring the working state of the vending machine and starting the camera to shoot; the working state comprises: operation and maintenance state, shipment state, idle state and fault state;
of course, it is also possible that the camera is not in the shooting state, and the working state of the vending machine can be acquired and the camera can be turned on to shoot. Generally, the working state of the vending machine includes an operation and maintenance state, a shipment state, an idle state, and a fault state, and accordingly, a data identifier is available in an industrial control system of the vending machine, and the data identifier can be directly acquired so as to know the working state of the vending machine.
Step S14: and acquiring the vibration times within a first preset time, performing shooting control on the camera according to the vibration times and the working state, and uploading the shooting information to a vending machine server.
In practice, in order to avoid that the suspected head of the vending machine is opened due to unexpected vibration, the vibration times within the first preset time length can be counted, and if the vibration times exceed a preset value, the vending machine is indicated to be continuously operated. At this time, shooting can be carried out as far as possible and shot information can be uploaded to the server, so that the shot information can be conveniently used for reconnaissance in the follow-up process.
Further, in order to acquire vibration information of the vending machine, the following steps may be performed:
step S21: acquiring body vibration data in real time through a vibration sensor to obtain a body vibration value;
step S22: analyzing the fuselage vibration data by using an industrial control system, and judging whether the fuselage vibration value exceeds a set threshold value;
step S23: and if the vibration value of the machine body exceeds a set threshold value, determining that the vending machine vibrates, and enabling the machine body to vibrate for a +1 number of times effectively.
That is, the vibration sensor acquires the vibration data of the machine body in real time; the industrial control system analyzes the vibration data of the machine body; the vibration value of the machine body exceeds a set threshold value; when the vibration value of the machine body exceeds a set threshold value, the effective vibration times of the machine body is +1, namely, the vibration monitoring is realized once.
Further, when uploading the shot information to the server, the vibration may be uploaded to the server in synchronization, and in order to realize the correspondence between the shot information and the vibration information, the following may be performed: step S31: acquiring the corresponding relation between the vibration information and time; step S32: and uploading the vibration information and the corresponding relation and the shooting information to a vending machine server at the same time.
Furthermore, in order to acquire the vibration frequency within the first preset time, perform shooting control of the camera according to the vibration frequency and the working state, and upload shooting information to the vending machine server, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step S41: if the vibration times are less than or equal to the preset times, stopping shooting, and transmitting the shot video to a vending machine server;
step S42: if the vibration times are larger than the preset times, if the working state of the vending machine is a shipment state or an operation and maintenance state when the shooting is started, stopping the shooting when the process of waiting for the shipment state or the operation and maintenance state is finished, and uploading shooting information to a vending machine server;
step S43: and if the working state of the machine is not the shipment state or the operation and maintenance state when the shooting is started, waiting for the abnormal vibration to finish, continuing shooting for a second preset time, stopping shooting, and transmitting the shot information back to the vending machine server.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a further photographing control flow chart of a monitoring anti-theft method for a vending machine according to an embodiment of the present invention.
In an embodiment, specifically, if the fuselage vibration value exceeds a set threshold, the fuselage effective vibration times + 1; judging whether the machine is in a shooting state or not, if so, ending the process, and if not, recording the current working state of the machine (the value ranges of the working state are [ operation and maintenance ], [ shipment ], [ idle ], [ fault ]); starting a camera to carry out video shooting; waiting for 30 seconds (of course, the time length can be 20 seconds, 25 seconds and the like), and counting the effective vibration times; if the effective vibration times do not exceed eight times (of course, other times such as 9 times, 10 times and the like can be used), stopping shooting, uploading shooting information to the server, and ending the process; if the effective vibration times exceed eight times, checking the working state of the machine when shooting is started; if the working state is [ shipment ] or [ operation & maintenance ] when the shooting starts, waiting for the end of the [ shipment ] or [ operation & maintenance ] process, stopping shooting, uploading shooting information to return to the server, and ending the process; if the working state of the machine is not (shipment) or (maintenance) when the shooting is started, the shooting is stopped after waiting for the abnormal vibration to end and waiting for 5 minutes (of course, other time length is also possible). And transmitting the shot information back to the server.
