Abstract
The invention relates to a multi-layer casing windowing milling shoe, which consists of a milling shoe body, a pressure transmission sleeve, a pressure transmission plug, a copper pipe and a collarband milling shoe, wherein the upper part of the milling shoe body is in a drill rod buckle type and is connected with an upper drilling tool. The unique pressure generation design of the multi-layer casing windowing mill shoe ensures that the inside and the outside of a drill string are communicated by fluid in the drilling process, ensures the well control safety due to the inside and the outside of a drilling tool are communicated, and is convenient for the treatment of a circulating isobaric well even if a well control dangerous condition exists. The unique design of the pilot milling shoe and the flexible milling shoe not only improves the milling speed, but also enhances the milling stability.

The working condition of double-layer and multi-layer sleeve windowing is frequently met in the windowing operation process, due to the influences of the size, the wall thickness, the steel-grade strength of each layer of sleeve, the distance between two adjacent layers of sleeves and the like, the length of a double-layer multi-layer sleeve windowing window is increased, the window forming difficulty is increased, accidents of technical sleeves cannot be frequently caused by sidetracking, and the windowing efficiency and the success rate of the conventional mill shoe windowing of the sleeves are low, so that the required windowing standard cannot be met.

The invention relates to a multi-layer casing windowing grind shoe, which consists of a grind shoe body, a pressure transmission sleeve, a pressure transmission plug, a copper pipe and a pilot grind shoe, wherein the upper part of the grind shoe body is in a drill rod buckle type and is connected with an upper drilling tool; the upper end of the mill shoe body is provided with a pressure plug hole which penetrates through the mill shoe body and is communicated with the annular groove, a pressure transfer plug is arranged in the pressure plug hole, the outer end of the pressure transfer plug is communicated with a copper pipe, and the other end of the copper pipe is anchored and connected with the windowing; the periphery of the outer surface of the lower end of the mill shoe body is fixed with a flexible mill shoe, and the bottom of the mill shoe body is fixed with a collarband mill shoe.
As a further improvement of the invention, locating pins pass through the mill casing to secure the outer wall of the pressure transfer sleeve to the mill casing.
As a further improvement of the invention, three pressure transmission holes are uniformly distributed on the circumference of the pressure transmission sleeve.

Detailed Description
The invention relates to a multi-layer casing windowing milling shoe, which consists of a milling shoe body 1, a pressure transmitting sleeve 2, a pressure transmitting plug 10, a copper pipe 11 and a pilot milling shoe 14, wherein the upper part of the milling shoe body 1 is in a drill pipe buckle type and is connected with an upper drilling tool, the milling shoe body 1 is in a hollow structure, a shoulder is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall, the bottom of the pressure transmitting sleeve 2 is seated on the shoulder, the upper end and the lower end of the pressure transmitting sleeve 2 are tightly matched with the inner wall of the milling shoe body 1, an annular groove is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the milling shoe body 1 to form an annular gap 17 with the inner wall of the milling shoe body 1, so that fluid can be conveniently transmitted through pressure, the upper end and the lower end of the pressure transmitting sleeve 2 are respectively sealed with the contact surface of the milling shoe body 1 through an upper sealing ring 3 and. Four fetching and delivering holes 8 are uniformly formed in the same circumference of the outer wall of the upper end of the pressure transmission sleeve 2, so that a fetching and delivering tool can conveniently eat the holes and then install or take out the pressure transmission sleeve 2, three pressure transmission holes 6 uniformly distributed along the circumference and two longitudinal pressure transmission seams 7 are respectively formed in the sleeve body of the pressure transmission sleeve 2 and are communicated with the annular gap 17, a water hole I5 is formed in the lower end of the pressure transmission sleeve 2, and pressure drop can be generated when fluid passes through the water hole I5. The upper end of the mill shoe matrix 1 is provided with a pressure plug hole penetrating through the matrix, the pressure transfer plug 10 is inserted into the pressure plug hole on the mill shoe matrix 1, a shoulder is arranged on a cap of the pressure transfer plug 10, the area of the shoulder is designed according to requirements, the adjustment direction of the pressure transfer plug 10 can be met, the milling part of the blade is avoided, a nut of the fixing pin 12 is pressed on the shoulder of the pressure transfer plug 10 and used for fixing the pressure transfer plug 10 to prevent the pressure transfer plug from falling off, the outer end of the pressure transfer plug 10 is communicated with a copper pipe 11, and the other end of the copper pipe 11 is connected with the windowing anchoring and is used for fluid. The periphery of the outer surface of the lower end of the milling shoe body 1 is fixed with a flexible milling shoe 15 for stabilizing the window direction and expanding the inner diameter of the window, each blade of the flexible milling shoe 15 is provided with a back plate, the front cutting surface of the back plate is welded with hard alloy, the bottom of the milling shoe body 1 is fixed with a pilot milling shoe 14, the pilot milling shoe 14 is formed by arranging more than one blade in parallel to form a multi-blade pilot milling shoe, and the bottom of the milling shoe body 1 between adjacent blades is provided with a water eye II 16 communicated with the inner cavity of the milling shoe body 1. The outer diameter of the pilot grind shoe 14 is slightly smaller than the outer diameter of the flexible grind shoe 15, the sleeve can be rapidly windowed, after the pilot grind shoe 14 finishes cutting the sleeve, the flexible grind shoe 15 is smoothly transited to and continues windowing, the inner diameter of the window is enlarged, the flexible grind shoe 15 and the central shaft of the grind shoe matrix 1 form an included angle, rock debris can be cut and carried, hard alloy or crushed alloy is designed at the rear end of the blade, window repairing is facilitated, the smooth drilling of the grind shoe into the sleeve is ensured, the number of layers of the sleeve which can be windowed according to needs is designed, the type and the number of the hard alloy are designed, and the requirement of multi-layer windowing is met.
Claims (7)
1. A multi-layer casing windowing mill shoe comprises a mill shoe matrix (1), a pressure transmitting sleeve (2), a pressure transmitting plug (10), a copper pipe (11) and a pilot mill shoe (14), wherein the upper part of the mill shoe matrix (1) is in a drill pipe buckle type and is connected with an upper drilling tool, the multi-layer casing windowing mill shoe is characterized in that the mill shoe matrix (1) is in a hollow structure, a shoulder is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall, the bottom of the pressure transmitting sleeve (2) is seated on the shoulder, the upper end and the lower end of the pressure transmitting sleeve are tightly matched with the inner wall of the mill shoe matrix (1), an annular groove is arranged in the middle of the outer wall of the mill shoe matrix (1) to form an annular gap (17), a taking and delivering hole (8) is formed in the outer wall of the upper end of the pressure transmitting sleeve (2), a water hole I (5) is arranged at the lower end of the pressure transmitting sleeve body of the pressure transmitting sleeve (2), and a pressure transmitting; the upper end of the mill shoe matrix (1) is provided with a pressure plug hole which penetrates through the matrix and is communicated with the annular groove (17), a pressure transfer plug (10) is arranged in the pressure plug hole, the outer end of the pressure transfer plug (10) is communicated with a copper pipe (11), and the other end of the copper pipe (11) is anchored and connected with the windowing; the periphery of the outer surface of the lower end of the milling shoe body (1) is fixed with a flexible milling shoe (15), and the bottom is fixed with a pilot milling shoe (14).

5. The multi-layer casing windowing milling shoe as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the upper and lower ends of the pressure-transmitting casing (2) are sealed with the contact surface of the milling shoe carcass (1) by an upper sealing ring (3) and a lower sealing ring (4), respectively.

The multi-layer casing fenestration mill shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the cap of the pressure-transmitting closure (10) is provided with a shoulder, and the nut of the fixing pin (12) is pressed against the shoulder of the pressure-transmitting closure (10) and fixed to the mill shoe carcass (1).
7. The multi-layer sleeve fenestrated mill shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the outer diameter of the flexible mill shoe (15) is larger than the outer diameter of the pilot mill shoe (14).
