Claims (11)

1. A vehicle trunk opening system based on major baggage identification, comprising:
activating the signal transmitting device;
the controller is in data connection with the activation signal sending device, and when the controller receives the activation signal sent by the activation signal sending device, the trunk opening system is converted into an activation state from an initial sleep state;
the image acquisition device is in data connection with the controller, is arranged behind a vehicle, and acquires image data behind the vehicle in real time in the activated state, wherein the image data comprises luggage image data;
the trunk opening executing mechanism is in data connection with the controller;
the controller identifies the large luggage based on the image data transmitted by the image acquisition device and sends an opening signal to the luggage opening executing mechanism based on the opening identification result so as to automatically open the vehicle luggage; wherein the opening recognition result at least includes the presence of a large piece of luggage behind the vehicle.
2. The vehicle trunk opening system of claim 1, wherein the controller comprises:
the image detection and processing unit comprises a large luggage detection module, the image detection and processing module acquires the size of luggage based on the luggage image data, compares the size of the luggage with a preset size threshold value, and outputs an opening recognition result that the large luggage exists behind the vehicle when the size of the luggage is larger than the preset size threshold value;
a CAN transceiver module transmitting the opening signal to the trunk opening actuator only based on an opening recognition result that a large luggage exists behind the vehicle.
3. The vehicle trunk opening system of claim 1, wherein the image data further comprises an image of a person standing behind the vehicle.
4. The vehicle trunk opening system of claim 3, wherein the controller comprises:
the image detection and processing unit comprises a large luggage detection module, the image detection and processing module acquires the size of luggage based on the luggage image data, compares the size of the luggage with a preset size threshold value, and outputs an opening recognition result that the large luggage exists behind the vehicle when the size of the luggage is larger than the preset size threshold value; the image detection and processing unit also comprises a user ID identification module which compares the personnel image with prestored image information of authorized personnel to identify whether the personnel in the personnel image is authorized personnel who are authorized to open the trunk of the vehicle or not and outputs an opening identification result of the authorized personnel standing behind the vehicle based on the comparison result;
and the CAN transceiving module is used for sending the opening signal to the trunk opening actuating mechanism based on the opening identification results of the large luggage at the rear part of the vehicle and the authorized person standing behind the vehicle.
5. The vehicle trunk opening system of claim 4, wherein the user ID recognition module identifies whether the person in the person image is an authorized person having authority to open a vehicle trunk based on face recognition.
6. The vehicle trunk opening system of claim 1, wherein the activation signaling device comprises a keyless start system.
7. A vehicle trunk opening method based on large luggage identification is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the trunk opening system is converted into an active state from an initial sleep state after receiving the active signal;
acquiring image data behind a vehicle in real time in the activated state, the image data including baggage image data;
and detecting whether a large piece of luggage exists behind the vehicle or not based on the acquired luggage image data, and automatically opening a trunk of the vehicle under the condition that the large piece of luggage exists behind the vehicle at least.
8. The vehicle trunk opening method of claim 7, wherein the activation signal comprises an unlock signal of a keyless start system to the vehicle.
9. The vehicle trunk opening method according to claim 7, wherein the image data further includes an image of a person standing behind the vehicle; the vehicle trunk opening method further includes the steps of: whether an authorized person stands behind the vehicle is identified based on the person image, and a trunk of the vehicle is automatically opened in a case where the authorized person stands behind the vehicle and a large piece of luggage exists behind the vehicle.
10. The vehicle trunk opening method as claimed in claim 7, further comprising the steps of: detecting whether a sleep state logic is available, and in the case of the sleep state logic, transferring the trunk opening system from an active state to a sleep state.
11. The vehicle trunk opening method of claim 10, wherein the sleep state logic comprises a vehicle beginning to move.
