Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a construction method for a lower chord beam of an arched beam combined type continuous rigid frame bridge.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
a construction method for a lower chord beam of an arched beam combined type continuous rigid frame bridge comprises the following steps:
hanging the cradle on the lower chord beam;
and controlling the hanging basket to walk on the lower chord beam to finish the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam in sequence.
Further, the hanging basket includes:
a hanging basket body;
the two hanging legs are oppositely arranged on the two transverse sides of the hanging basket body, and the bottom of each hanging leg is fixedly connected to the middle of the transverse side edge of the hanging basket body;
the two walking units are transversely and relatively fixedly arranged on the top surface of the poured lower chord beam, and the output ends of the two walking units are respectively and fixedly connected with the tops of the two hanging legs;
the two jacking oil cylinders are transversely and oppositely arranged on the cradle body, and the output parts of the jacking oil cylinders can operatively abut against the bottom of the poured lower chord beam;
the two thrust units are oppositely arranged on the hanging basket body along the transverse direction and are operably separated from the bottom of the cast lower chord beam;
the basket is hung in control walking on lower chord member, specifically includes:
separating a thrust unit from the bottom of the lower chord beam;
starting the traveling unit, and driving the cradle body to move to a preset position by the traveling unit;
the walking unit stops working, the output end of the jacking oil cylinder extends to abut against the bottom of the lower chord beam, and the angle of the cradle body is adjusted to adapt to the bottom gradient of the lower chord beam;
operating the thrust unit to connect the thrust unit with the bottom of the lower chord beam;
and temporarily connecting the hanging basket body with the lower chord beam.
Further, the hanging basket body includes:
the two main longitudinal beams are oppositely arranged along the transverse direction, the bottoms of the two hanging legs are respectively fixedly arranged in the middle of the tops of the two main longitudinal beams, the two main longitudinal beams are connected through a plurality of connecting cross beams, a plurality of supporting beams are further arranged on the two main longitudinal beams, and the supporting beams are positioned on the upper sides of the two hanging legs;
the truss structure is arranged transversely and oppositely, the truss structure and the main longitudinal beam are arranged correspondingly, the truss structure is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the corresponding main longitudinal beam, and the bottoms of the truss structures are connected through a plurality of connecting beams.

the two rows of the traveling rails are oppositely arranged and are fixedly arranged at the top of the lower chord beam;
the device comprises a counter-force seat, a walking trolley and hydraulic oil cylinders, wherein the counter-force seat, the walking trolley, the hydraulic oil cylinders and the walking rails are correspondingly arranged, the counter-force seat and the walking trolley are arranged on the corresponding walking rails at intervals, the counter-force seat is detachably arranged on the corresponding walking rails, the walking trolley is movably arranged on the corresponding walking rails, one end of each hydraulic oil cylinder is rotatably connected with the corresponding counter-force seat, the other end of each hydraulic oil cylinder is rotatably connected with the corresponding walking trolley, and the two walking trolleys on the walking rails are respectively rotatably connected with the tops of the hanging legs.
Furthermore, a plurality of anchoring beams are arranged on each walking track at intervals along the length direction of the walking track, each anchoring beam is perpendicular to the walking track and is connected with the lower chord beam through two first finish-rolled deformed steel bars, the two first finish-rolled deformed steel bars are oppositely arranged on two sides of the corresponding walking track, the upper ends of the two first finish-rolled deformed steel bars respectively penetrate through two ends of each anchoring beam and are locked through bolts, and the lower ends of the two first finish-rolled deformed steel bars respectively penetrate through the lower chord beam and are locked through bolts.

the thrust unit further comprises a fastening assembly comprising a fastening ring and a fastening nut, wherein:
the fastening ring is fixedly arranged at the second end of the fixing piece, the thrust rod can movably penetrate through the fastening ring, and a spigot is arranged on the inner wall of one end, far away from the fastening assembly, of the fastening ring;
the fastening nut is sleeved on the thrust rod in a threaded mode, the fastening nut is arranged on the outer side of the fastening ring, an annular bulge is arranged at one end, facing the fastening ring, of the fastening nut, and the annular bulge can be arranged in the spigot in a threaded mode.
Still further, the fastening assembly further includes a plurality of fastening screws provided on the fastening ring at intervals in a circumferential direction of the fastening ring, and heads of the plurality of fastening screws are operable to penetrate the fastening ring and abut against a circumferential surface of the thrust rod.
Further, the cradle further comprises guide trolleys, each main longitudinal beam is provided with one guide trolley, each guide trolley comprises a fixed seat and a guide seat, the fixed seats are fixedly arranged on the corresponding main longitudinal beams, the guide seats are rotatably connected with the fixed seats, and the guide seats are slidably arranged on the bottoms of the lower chord beams.
Furthermore, the guide trolley further comprises a connecting rod, the length of the connecting rod is adjustable, and two ends of the connecting rod are respectively and rotatably connected with the corresponding fixing seat and the main longitudinal beam.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the construction method of the lower chord beam of the arched beam combined type continuous rigid frame bridge, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the hanging baskets for completing the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam are hung on the lower chord beam, and the hanging baskets are controlled to walk on the lower chord beam, so that the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam can be completed in sequence, the construction space of the lower chord beam in the next step can be effectively utilized, the problems of cracking and downwarping caused by insufficient bearing capacity of the upper chord beam can be avoided, and the construction method has a good popularization space.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a construction method of a lower chord beam of an arched beam combined continuous rigid frame bridge provided by an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 1, the construction method includes:
hanging the cradle on the lower chord beam;
and controlling the hanging basket to walk on the lower chord beam to finish the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam in sequence.
According to the construction method of the lower chord beam of the arched beam combined type continuous rigid frame bridge, disclosed by the embodiment of the invention, the hanging baskets for completing the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam are hung on the lower chord beam, and the hanging baskets are controlled to walk on the lower chord beam, so that the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam can be completed in sequence, the construction space of the lower chord beam in the next step can be effectively utilized, the problems of cracking and downwarping caused by insufficient bearing capacity of the upper chord beam can be avoided, and the construction method has a good popularization space.
Fig. 2 is a schematic construction view of a lower chord beam according to an embodiment of the present invention, and with reference to fig. 2, a cradle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cradle body a, a hanging leg b, a traveling unit c, a jacking cylinder d, and a thrust unit e.
With reference to fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, two hanging legs b, two walking units c, two jacking cylinders d and two thrust units e are provided, the two hanging legs b are oppositely disposed on two lateral sides of a hanging basket body a, the bottom of each hanging leg b is fixedly connected to the middle of a lateral side of the hanging basket body a, the two walking units c are transversely and relatively fixedly disposed on the top surface of a poured lower chord beam 1, and output ends of the two walking units c are respectively and fixedly connected to the tops of the two hanging legs b; the two jacking oil cylinders d are transversely and oppositely arranged on the cradle body a, and the output parts of the jacking oil cylinders d can operatively abut against the bottom of the poured lower chord beam 1; two thrust units e are arranged on the cradle body a along the transverse direction, and the two thrust units e are separated from the bottom of the poured lower chord beam 1 in an operable mode.
Walk on the lower chord beam through controlling above-mentioned string basket, specifically include:
separating the thrust unit e from the bottom of the lower chord beam 1;
starting the traveling unit c, and driving the hanging basket body a to move to a preset position by the traveling unit c;
the walking unit c stops working, the output end of the jacking oil cylinder d extends to abut against the bottom of the lower chord beam 1, and the angle of the cradle body a is adjusted to adapt to the bottom gradient of the lower chord beam 1;
operating the thrust unit e to enable the thrust unit e to be connected with the bottom of the lower chord beam so as to lock the movement of the cradle body a;
and temporarily connecting the hanging basket body a with the lower chord beam 1 to perform pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam.
In the embodiment of the invention, the pouring work of each section of the lower chord beam is similar to the construction mode of utilizing the hanging basket hung on the upper chord beam, and no design point exists, and the embodiment of the invention does not need to describe any more.
Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of the basket body in fig. 2, fig. 4 is a schematic sectional view taken along a line a-a in fig. 3, and with reference to fig. 2, fig. 3 and fig. 4, a basket body a in an embodiment of the present invention includes main longitudinal beams 5 and a truss structure 2, wherein the two main longitudinal beams 5 are transversely disposed opposite to each other, bottoms of two hanging legs b are respectively fixedly disposed at middle portions of tops of the two main longitudinal beams 5, the two main longitudinal beams 5 are connected by a plurality of connecting cross beams 3, the two main longitudinal beams 5 are further provided with a plurality of supporting beams 4, the plurality of supporting beams 4 are located at upper sides of the two hanging legs b, and the plurality of supporting beams 4 are used for supporting a formwork system for casting each section of the lower chord beam.
Further, with reference to fig. 2 to 4, two truss structures 2 are arranged in the embodiment of the present invention, the two truss structures 2 are transversely arranged oppositely, the truss structures 2 and the main longitudinal beams 5 are arranged correspondingly, the truss structures 2 are fixedly arranged at the bottoms of the corresponding main longitudinal beams 5, and the bottoms of the two truss structures 2 are connected by a plurality of connecting beams, so that the cradle body a forms an integral structure.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the components constituting the basket body a may be connected into a whole in a welded manner, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
Further, with reference to fig. 3, in the embodiment of the present invention, the hanging legs b and the main longitudinal beams 5 on the same side can be connected by the reinforcing beam 6 to reinforce the connection therebetween.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view of the traveling unit in fig. 2, and with reference to fig. 2 and 5, the traveling unit according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a traveling rail 7, a reaction force base 8, a traveling carriage 9, and a hydraulic cylinder 10.
Referring to fig. 2, the two rows of running rails 7 are oppositely arranged, and the two rows of running rails 7 are fixedly arranged on the top of the lower chord beam 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 5, in the embodiment of the invention, the reaction force seat 8, the traveling trolley 9, the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 and the traveling rail 7 are correspondingly arranged, the reaction force seat 8 and the traveling trolley 9 are arranged on the corresponding traveling rail 7 at intervals, the reaction force seat 8 is detachably arranged on the corresponding traveling rail 7, the traveling trolley 9 is movably arranged on the corresponding traveling rail 7, one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 is rotatably connected with the corresponding reaction force seat 8, the other end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 is rotatably connected with the corresponding traveling trolley 9, and the traveling trolleys 9 on the two traveling rails 7 are connected with two sides of the lower string hanging basket 6.
When the walking unit disclosed by the embodiment of the invention is implemented, the two rows of walking tracks are relatively and fixedly arranged at the top of the lower chord beam, the counter-force seats are fixedly arranged on the corresponding walking tracks, the hydraulic cylinder works to drive the walking trolley to move on the walking tracks, and then the lower chord hanging basket connected with the walking trolley is driven to walk.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of the walking rail of fig. 5 on a lower chord beam, and referring to fig. 5 and fig. 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of anchor beams 11 are arranged on each walking rail 7 at intervals along the length direction thereof, each anchor beam 11 is arranged perpendicular to the walking rail 7, each anchor beam 7 is connected to the lower chord beam 1 through two first finish-rolled deformed bars 12, the two first finish-rolled deformed bars 12 are oppositely arranged on both sides of the corresponding walking rail 7, the upper ends of the two first finish-rolled deformed bars 12 respectively penetrate through both ends of the anchor beam 11 and are locked by bolts, and the lower ends of the two first finish-rolled deformed bars 12 respectively penetrate through the lower chord beam 1 and are locked by bolts, so that the walking rail 7 can be stably fixed to the lower chord beam 1 through the plurality of anchor beams 11.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the anchor beam may be in an i-beam form, and of course, may also be made of steel of other types.
In the embodiment of the invention, the walking track 7 can be an I-steel and comprises a top plate, a bottom plate and a connecting plate, wherein the top plate and the bottom plate are arranged oppositely, the middle part of the top plate is connected with the middle part of the bottom plate through the connecting plate, the connecting plate is provided with a plurality of first connecting holes at intervals along the length direction of the walking track 7, the bottom plate is arranged on the lower chord beam 1, and the bottom plate and the lower chord beam are in plane contact, so that the walking track 7 has good stability on the lower chord beam 1.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of the reaction force base in fig. 5, and with reference to fig. 5 and 7, in the embodiment of the present invention, each reaction force base 8 includes a base frame 8.1, a first clamping plate 8.2, a first locking bolt, and a first connecting ear plate 8.3, where the base frame 8.1 is square, an opening is disposed at the bottom of the base frame 8.1, a gap between the connecting plates of the traveling rail 7 is disposed in the opening, and a gap between the top plates of the traveling rail 7 is disposed in the base frame 8.1, when the reaction force base is installed, the base frame 8.1 can be slid to a position to be installed from an end of the traveling rail 7, which is convenient and fast, and the base frame 8.1 can be embedded in the traveling rail 7, which also has good stability.
Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, two first clamping plates 8.2 are respectively and relatively fixedly disposed at the lower side of the bottom of the base frame 8.1, the two first clamping plates 8.2 are respectively located at two sides of the traveling rail 7, each first clamping plate 8.2 is provided with a plurality of second connecting holes at intervals, and the distance between two adjacent second connecting holes is consistent with the distance between two adjacent first connecting holes; and the first locking bolt passes through the first connecting hole and two opposite second connecting holes, and then two first clamping plates 8.2 are fixedly connected with the connecting plate of the walking track 7, so that the fixed installation of the counter-force seat 8 on the walking track 7 is realized.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the counterforce seat 8 is arranged on the walking track 7 through the bolt, when the basket body a walks in place and walks again, the first locking bolt connected with the counterforce seat 8 and the walking track 7 can be detached, so that the counterforce seat 8 and the walking track 7 form sliding connection, the output end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 retracts to drive the counterforce seat 8 to move on the walking track 7, and after the counterforce seat 8 moves in place, the counterforce seat 8 and the walking track 7 are fixedly connected, so that the next section of the basket body a can walk.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the invention, the two first connecting lug plates 8.3 are relatively fixed on the top of the base frame 8.1, and one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 is connected between the two first connecting lug plates 8.3 through a pin shaft, so as to realize the rotatable connection between one end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 and the counterforce seat 8.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present invention, each reaction seat 8 further includes a first reinforcing plate 8.4, a plurality of first reinforcing plates 8.4 are disposed at intervals on both sides of each base frame 8.1, a groove is disposed in the middle of each first reinforcing plate 8.4, the side portion of the base frame is embedded in the groove in the middle of each first reinforcing plate 8.4, the upper side of each first reinforcing plate 8.4 is fixedly disposed on the outer side of the first connecting ear plate 8.3 on the same side, and the lower side of each first reinforcing plate 8.4 is fixedly disposed on the outer side of the first clamping plate 8.2 on the same side, so that the strength of the reaction seat 8 can be enhanced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the base frame 8.1, the first clamping plate 8.2, the first connecting ear plate 8.3, and the first reinforcing plate 8.4 may be assembled together by welding, or may be integrally formed, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of the traveling trolley in fig. 5, and with reference to fig. 5 and 8, in an embodiment of the present invention, the traveling trolley 9 includes a trolley body 9.1, a second clamping plate 9.2, and a second connecting ear plate 9.3, wherein the trolley body 9.1 is movably disposed on the corresponding traveling rail 7, the two second clamping plates 9.2 are respectively and fixedly disposed at the lower side of the bottom of the trolley body 9.1, and the two second clamping plates 9.2 are respectively and slidably disposed at two sides of the traveling rail 7. When the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 pushes the traveling trolley 9 to travel on the traveling rail 7, the two second clamping plates 9.2 can guide the traveling trolley 9 to move.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bottom of the trolley body 9.1 can be sequentially provided with a plurality of rollers 9.4 along the length direction of the walking track 7, the central shafts of the rollers 9.4 are arranged along the width direction of the walking track 7, and the rollers 9.4 are arranged on the corresponding walking track 7 in a rolling manner, so that the trolley body 9.1 can be arranged on the corresponding walking track 7 in a rolling manner, and the running smoothness of the walking trolley 9 on the walking track 7 is improved.
Furthermore, in the embodiment of the invention, the two second connecting lug plates 9.3 are relatively fixed at the top of the vehicle body 9.1, and the other end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 is connected between the two second connecting lug plates 9.3 through a pin shaft, so that the connection between the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 and the traveling trolley 9 is realized.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the other end of the hydraulic oil cylinder 10 is connected between one ends of the two second connecting lug plates 9.3, and the other ends of the two second connecting lug plates 9.3 are connected with the tops of the hanging legs b through pin shafts, so that the walking trolley 9 is connected with the hanging basket body a.
In addition, in the embodiment of the invention, the two second clamping plates 9.1 are symmetrically provided with third connecting holes, and the second connecting bolts can pass through the third connecting holes and the first connecting holes to fixedly connect the two second clamping plates 9.1 and the connecting plate 7.3 of the walking rail 7, when the lower chord beam 1 needs to walk to the next stroke, the walking trolley 9 can be fixed on the walking rail 7, the first connecting bolts connecting the counter-force seat 8 and the walking rail 7 are removed, the hydraulic oil cylinder is recovered, the counter-force seat 8 can be pulled to move on the corresponding walking rail 7, and after the lower chord beam 5 moves in place, the next stroke of the lower chord beam 5 can be moved.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the vehicle body 9.1, the second clamping plate 9.2, and the second connecting ear plate 9.3 may be assembled together by welding, and of course, they may also be integrally formed, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of the thrust unit in fig. 2, and in combination with fig. 9, the thrust unit of the embodiment of the invention mainly includes a connecting seat, a connecting member and a telescopic member.
With reference to fig. 2 and 9, the connecting seat according to the embodiment of the present invention is used for being fixed to the bottom of the lower chord beam 1, and includes a connecting plate 11 and a plurality of second finish-rolled deformed bars 12, the connecting plate 11 is attached to the bottom of the lower chord beam 1, the plurality of second finish-rolled deformed bars 12 all pass through the connecting plate 11, the plurality of finish-rolled deformed bars 12 are each provided with a first locking nut 13 and a second locking nut 14, and the first locking nut 13 and the second locking nut 14 on each of the second finish-rolled deformed bars 12 are respectively located on both sides of the connecting plate 11.
During specific implementation, with reference to fig. 2 and 9, each connecting plate 11 may be correspondingly provided with four second finish-rolled deformed bars 12, the lower chord beam 1 is provided with a prepared hole corresponding to the second finish-rolled deformed bar 12, the second finish-rolled deformed bar 12 passes through the corresponding prepared hole, the first locking nut 13 is fixed at the top of the lower chord beam 1, and the second locking nut 4 is located at the bottom of the connecting plate 11, so that the fixing of the connecting seat at the bottom of the lower chord beam 1 can be realized.
Further, with reference to fig. 2 and 9, a positioning column 15 is disposed at the top of the connecting plate 11 in the embodiment of the present invention, a positioning hole matched with the positioning column 15 is reserved in the lower chord beam 1, and when the connecting seat is fixed on the lower chord beam 1, the positioning column 15 can be disposed in the positioning hole to initially position the connecting seat, so as to facilitate subsequent operation and fixing of the connecting seat.
The connecting piece of the embodiment of the invention is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, and the first end of the connecting piece is rotatably connected with the connecting seat.
Specifically, referring to fig. 2 and 9, in the embodiment of the present invention, one side of the connecting plate 11 (specifically, the bottom side of the connecting plate 11 in the embodiment of the present invention) is provided with two opposite supporting plates 16, and the first end of the connecting member is located between the two supporting plates 16, and the first end of the connecting member is rotatably connected between the two supporting plates 16 through the second rotating shaft 17, so as to rotatably connect the first end of the connecting member and the connecting base.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member may have a box-shaped structure, but may also have a rod-shaped or cylindrical structure, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the connection seat in fig. 9 with the connection seat removed, and fig. 11 is a schematic sectional structural view of fig. 10. Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, the telescopic member according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a fixing member 18, a telescopic mechanism 19, a thrust rod 20 and a first rotating shaft 21, wherein the fixing member 18 according to the embodiment of the present invention has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end of the fixing member 18 is fixedly connected to the second end of the connecting member, specifically, the second end of the connecting member is provided with a first butt plate 22, the first end of the fixing member 18 is provided with a second butt plate 23, and the first butt plate 22 and the second butt plate 23 may be detachably connected by a plurality of screws, so as to facilitate assembly and maintenance of the rest of the components.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the fixing member 18 may have a box-shaped structure, but may also have a rod-shaped or cylindrical structure, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Referring to fig. 9, 10 and 11, the telescopic mechanism 19 of the embodiment of the present invention may be a telescopic cylinder having a fixed end and a telescopic end, the fixed end of the telescopic mechanism 19 is fixedly disposed in the fixing member, specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, the fixed end is fixedly disposed on the second butt plate 23 by welding, the telescopic end of the telescopic mechanism 19 is telescopic toward the other end of the fixing member, the thrust rod 20 has a first end and a second end opposite to each other, the first end of the thrust rod 20 is disposed in the fixing member, the second end of the thrust rod 20 is movably disposed through the second end of the fixing member under the pushing of the telescopic mechanism 19, and the thrust rod 20 is operatively locked to the second end of the fixing member, the first rotating shaft 21 is disposed at the second end of the thrust rod 20, and the first rotating shaft 21 is rotatably connected to the main longitudinal beam.
