Description

Surface guide type permeable pavement structure
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of water permeable pavement, in particular to a surface-oriented water permeable pavement structure.
Background
Facilities such as roads, squares, open parking lots, etc. are typically constructed using impervious asphalt or cement concrete materials. With the idea of sponge cities going deep into the heart, water permeable pavement or pavement is widely applied to the construction of the facilities. The permeable pavement is adopted, rainwater can directly permeate into a lower structure of the pavement or soil, and accordingly surface water accumulation and surface runoff caused by delayed rainfall are reduced, surface runoff is filtered, and groundwater is supplemented.
The pavement of the pervious concrete pavement is an important component of the pervious pavement and is widely applied to actual engineering. According to different section forms, the permeable concrete pavement mainly comprises a direct-permeation type, a guide permeation type and a rainwater collection type.
The direct-permeation type permeable concrete pavement mainly comprises a permeable surface layer, a permeable structure layer and a permeable base layer from top to bottom. The permeable surface layer is paved on the surface of a road or other paving structures, and needs to have certain structural strength, can bear load, and resist deformation and surface abrasion. In addition, the surface layer has a decorative effect and a predetermined flatness. The permeable structure layer is a main bearing layer and plays a role in permeating water of the permeable surface layer to the permeable base layer. The permeable base course is paved on the soil base course and mainly formed by rolling and compacting graded broken stones or recycled concrete aggregates, and the permeable base course has the main function of containing water or serving as a drainage channel and can also play a role in blocking soil from entering a permeable structure layer.
The water which permeates the road surface and is paved by the guide permeable concrete is discharged out of the roadbed and then permeates into the underground guide structure. This structure is known as a guided permeable concrete pavement and its main purpose is to reduce the erosion of the roadbed by water. Usually, a permeable concrete surface layer is additionally built on an old common concrete pavement, and water is led out through the surface of the middle layer and then permeates into the ground.
The rainwater collection type pervious concrete pavement is characterized in that the pervious water is collected by a rainwater integration system, and then the water is purified by a technical means and then is recycled.
However, the three types of permeable concrete pavement still have various defects, and mainly comprise the following four aspects:
the strength is low: the pervious concrete has large porosity and cellular surface, so that the compressive strength and the flexural strength of the pervious concrete are relatively low, and the application scene is very limited.
Easy corrosion: the large porosity makes the concrete more accessible to water, air and sunshine, and the car oil leak simultaneously, when meeting with the circumstances such as acid rain, the corruption of pollutant to the concrete can be more serious.
Easy blockage: the holes in the pervious concrete structure are convenient for draining water and are easy to be blocked by pollutants. Along with the aggravation of the blocking degree, the water permeability effect of the pervious concrete is greatly reduced.
Difficult maintenance: at present, no specific and feasible maintenance method exists for paving the pervious concrete, and particularly when the pervious concrete is paved in regions with much wind and sand, pores are easy to be blocked by granular substances, so that the pervious concrete is difficult to maintain.
