The problem of in traditional segmentation production the inconsistent, the front and back section difference of coloring that causes of the interior outer roll time difference of cold heap book and the volume of taking liquid nonconformity is solved, traditional segmentation production needs 10 operative employee, and intensity of work is great, and even quick-witted production only needs 5 operative employee, reduces half the labour, and intensity of labour is very light, and the space of advance cropping has been saved to equipment, has saved the space that the cold heap was piled, and improves site environment health greatly.

step five: after cold batch treatment, the grey cloth enters a prewashing process and is subjected to a pre-desizing process;
step six: after the desizing process is finished, performing an enzyme-oxygen one-bath scouring process;
step seven: after steaming is finished, a rinsing treatment process is carried out;
step eight: and finishing the pretreatment desizing, boiling and bleaching process through scutching, drying and cropping after bleaching.
8. The method for the dyeing and finishing singeing, scouring and bleaching integrated production device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the method for using the conduction band transmission type cold-stacking device (18) in the third step comprises the following steps:
introducing the treated gray cloth between a cold-pad-batch rolling press belt (10) and a guide belt (4);
after the gray cloth is introduced, the whole adjusting seat (9) is controlled to move up and down through the hydraulic connection effect of the adjusting motor (6) and the adjusting connecting rod (16) according to the difference of the required rolling depth and pressure of the gray cloth, and the connecting slide block (14) prevents movement deviation to adjust the rolling depth and pressure;
after the depth and the pressure are adjusted, the adjusting seat (9) can rotate in a certain range by taking the adjusting connecting rod (16) as an axis according to rolling requirements, and the adjusting rod and the adjusting sleeve (13) rotate in a matched manner by an elastic telescopic structure;
after the auxiliary agent is absorbed into the fiber, the equipment is introduced into the next procedure to complete the cold batch treatment.
