Abstract
The invention provides a belt tension adjusting device of a circuit board feeding line, which is provided with a mounting frame, conveying rollers, a belt body and a tension adjusting mechanism, wherein two opposite ends of the mounting frame are respectively connected with two driving parts and one conveying roller, the two opposite ends of the conveying rollers are respectively connected between the two driving parts which are symmetrically arranged, the belt body is wound on the two conveying rollers, a first end part of the tension adjusting mechanism is fixedly connected with the driving parts, a second end part of the tension adjusting mechanism is movably connected with the end part of the mounting frame, and the driving parts are close to or far away from the mounting frame under the adjusting action of the tension adjusting mechanism. Compared with the prior art, the belt body replacement device has the advantages that the tension adjusting mechanism is additionally arranged between the driving part and the mounting frame, the distance between the two conveying rollers is adjusted through the tension adjusting mechanism, the surface tension of the belt body is further adjusted, and the frequency of replacing the belt body due to insufficient tension is reduced.
