Abstract
The invention discloses a packaging material and a packaging bag, and relates to the technical field of packaging bags. The main technical scheme of the invention is as follows: a packaging material, comprising: the substrate layer, the reinforcing layer and the bacteriostatic layer are sequentially stacked; when the packaging bag is made of the packaging material, the antibacterial layer is located on the inner layer of the packaging bag and can volatilize substances for inhibiting the growth of bacteria. When the packaging bag is manufactured by using the packaging material provided by the embodiment of the invention, the antibacterial layer of the packaging material can be arranged on the inner layer of the packaging bag, and the packaging bag is used for containing grains or feeds, so that the growth of aspergillus flavus in the grains and the feeds can be effectively inhibited, the quality guarantee period of the grains and the feeds is prolonged, and the waste of the grains or the feeds caused by mildew is avoided.

Technical Field

Background
At present, human grain and animal feed are transported and stored after being packaged by a packaging bag, the grain and feed are more conveniently transported and carried by the packaging bag, and meanwhile, the food and feed can be protected to prevent pollution.

Thymol is monoterpene, is a phenol derivative of p-cymene (p-cymene), has a molecular formula of C10H14O, is an isomer with carvacrol, is named after being found in thyme, is a white crystalline solid obtained by extraction, has pleasant aromatic odor and strong bactericidal action, and has negligible influence on human and organisms due to trace amount of thymol, so that thymol can be used as an antibacterial agent, the bacteriostatic layer 3 mixed with thymol can inhibit the growth of bacteria through volatilization of thymol, and particularly when food and feed are contained in a packaging bag containing the bacteriostatic layer 3 containing thymol, the thymol can inhibit the growth of aspergillus flavus which causes the mildew of the food and feed, and further the food and the feed can be stored for a long time. In addition, the overall thickness of the bacteriostatic layer 3 can be set according to specific use requirements, for example, the thickness of the built-in film layer of the packaging material can be referred to. In addition, the thymol sustained-release capsule can delay the release of thymol, and the structure of the sustained-release capsule can refer to the structure of a sustained-release capsule in medicine.
As shown in fig. 1, further, it is preferable that the mass percentage of the polyolefin in the antibacterial layer 3 is 92% to 98%, for example, 96%; the mass percentage of the thymol and the thymol slow-release capsule added together is 2-8%, for example, the mass percentage is 4%.
Specifically, the percentage content can ensure that the antibacterial layer 3 has certain strength and toughness, and simultaneously ensure that the amount of the volatile antibacterial substance is in a proper range, so that grains or feeds cannot be polluted due to too high content, and the antibacterial performance cannot be reduced due to too low content. In addition, through specific experimental verification, the packaging bag manufactured by using the packaging material with the content of thymol is found to store food or feed without mildewing within 45 days.
As shown in fig. 1, it is further preferable that the mass of the thymol sustained release capsule is 30 to 60% of the total mass of the thymol and the thymol sustained release capsule, for example, the mass of the thymol sustained release capsule is 40% of the total mass of the thymol and the thymol sustained release capsule.
In particular implementations, as shown in fig. 1, the polyolefin in the bacteriostatic layer 3 is preferably polypropylene or polyethylene.
In particular, polypropylene or polyethylene has good flowability, can be made into a plastic film and is suitable for being used as a built-in film layer of a packaging material, and polypropylene or polyethylene is preferably used as a matrix material of the antibacterial layer 3.
In specific implementation, the thymol sustained-release capsule is a structure in which a layer of cyclodextrin and a cyclodextrin derivative layer is wrapped on the surface of thymol particles.
Specifically, the slow-release thymol capsule can be prepared by a volatilization method, a deposition method or a grinding method. The volatilization method comprises mixing thymol with cyclodextrin and cyclodextrin derivatives with solvent such as alcohol, stirring, and volatilizing alcohol to obtain thymol sustained-release capsule structure; the deposition method comprises the steps of mixing thymol, cyclodextrin and cyclodextrin derivatives, adding a deposition agent into the mixture, and depositing a thymol slow-release capsule structure on the bottom layer of the mixture to obtain the thymol slow-release capsule structure; the grinding method is to wrap the cyclodextrin and the cyclodextrin derivative on the surface of the thymol by grinding the thymol, the cyclodextrin and the cyclodextrin derivative, so as to obtain the thymol sustained-release capsule structure.

Specifically, polymer film layer can be the polyethylene film, and it sets up to netted when guaranteeing that volatilization of thymol is not influenced, can also protect strong antibacterial layer 3, makes antibacterial layer 3 avoid wearing and tearing.
