Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motorcycles, in particular to a rear drive transmission system of a motorcycle and the motorcycle.
Background
The current motorcycle rear drive transmission mode mainly adopts chain transmission, and solves the driving problem of the motorcycle through the chain transmission between the output shaft of the engine and the rear wheel shaft.
In addition to the characteristics of simple and light chain transmission structure, low cost and easy maintenance, the design of the prior art has another important reason that the rear fork of the motorcycle provided with the driving wheel can vibrate in violent movement, and the chain can give a certain margin when the tightness is adjusted, so that the motorcycle rear fork can adapt to the vibration of the rear fork, and the transmission between an engine and the rear wheel is maintained.
However, the existing motorcycle chain transmission system shows more and more technical limitations along with the continuous development of the industry, and is specifically represented as follows:
with the increasing demands of motorcycles and high-end electric motorcycles in large-displacement travel, off-road, competition and the like, the traditional chain transmission is difficult to adapt to the requirements of severe vibration of the motorcycles, particularly, when the motorcycles move at high speed, the vibration amplitude of a rear fork is increased, when three points of a central shaft of the rear fork, a rear wheel shaft and the center of a small wheel driven by an engine are in a line, the center distance between a chain wheel of the engine and the chain wheel of the rear wheel reaches the maximum, and at the moment, the risk of sudden breakage of the chain is easily caused. If when the chain is installed, the excessive allowance of the tightness of the chain is reserved, the dangers that a speedometer sensor fails, a chain wheel of the chain is abraded, the chain is separated from the chain wheel and the like can be caused.

The invention discloses a rear drive transmission system of a motorcycle and the motorcycle, which have the following beneficial effects:
(1) the central wheel is arranged on the rotation central shaft of the rear fork, primary transmission is changed into secondary transmission, the central distances between the driving wheel and the central wheel and between the central wheel and the driven wheel are respectively unchanged, the chain transmission is stable in stress, and the hidden trouble that the chain is suddenly broken due to the increase of the central distance is eliminated.
(2) The invention can change the transmission ratio by adjusting the tooth number of the central wheel, the driving wheel and the driven wheel, and improve the efficiency, the smoothness and the durable service life of chain transmission.
(3) The invention can not only select the roller chain, the sleeve chain and the tooth-shaped chain to carry out chain transmission, but also select the tooth-shaped belt to carry out belt pulley transmission, and can also mesh and transmit the driving wheel and the transmission wheel B, and realize various selectable transmission modes through the arrangement of the central wheel, thereby improving the wear resistance, the fatigue resistance and the stability of transmission, reducing the transmission noise and realizing silent transmission.
