Abstract
The invention relates to a PT-NVH data acquisition microphone sensor fixing support which comprises a support rod main body, a threaded support rod and a threaded locking ring, wherein the support rod main body is provided with a support rod main body; the stay bar main body is in threaded connection with the threaded stay bar; the threaded locking ring is in threaded connection with the threaded support rod, and the threaded locking ring is adjusted in a rotating mode to enable the threaded locking ring to tightly press the support rod main body, so that the relative position of the support rod main body and the threaded support rod can be fixed. The microphone fixing bracket is suitable for fixing an 1/2-inch microphone, the whole fixing bracket can be shortened to a proper length by rotating and adjusting the threaded support rod, and the fixing bracket is supported between the headrest parts of the front driver seat and the front passenger seat, so that the microphone sensor is accurately fixed, the damage to a vehicle is small, and the microphone fixing bracket can be used for multiple times.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of fixed supports, and relates to a PT-NVH data acquisition microphone sensor fixed support.
Background
Under a traditional performance test, collection of noise (PT-NVH) of a power assembly transmitted from a cabin to a cab is difficult, and because a free field test microphone belongs to an instrument with high sensitivity, vibration of a sensor diaphragm caused by all sound and vibration in the environment can be recorded. It is therefore desirable to ensure that the microphone is stably fixed in the middle of the front two seats and should not be affected by in-road equipment and driving operations when recording powertrain noise data. And the bracket should be capable of being adapted to both conventional split-head-rest and one-piece sport seats.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a fixing bracket for a PT-NVH data acquisition microphone sensor, which can enable a microphone to be stably fixed at the middle position of two front seats.
In order to solve the technical problem, the fixing support for the PT-NVH data acquisition microphone sensor comprises a support rod main body, a threaded support rod and a threaded locking ring; the stay bar main body is in threaded connection with the threaded stay bar; the threaded locking ring is in threaded connection with the threaded support rod, and the threaded locking ring is adjusted in a rotating mode to enable the threaded locking ring to tightly press the support rod main body, so that the relative position of the support rod main body and the threaded support rod can be fixed.
The left side of the stay bar main body 1 is provided with an internal thread hole, and the end part of the right side is provided with a support table; the right side of the threaded support rod is provided with external threads, and the end part of the left side of the threaded support rod is provided with a support platform.

The invention is suitable for fixing an 1/2-inch microphone, and the stay bar main body is connected with the threaded stay bar through threads; the whole fixing support can be shortened to a proper length by rotating and adjusting the threaded support rod, and the fixing support is supported between headrest parts of a front driver seat and a front passenger seat; the extension length of the threaded stay bar can be fixed by rotating the adjusting threaded locking ring, so that the stability and firmness of the whole fixed support are ensured.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the mode of supporting among seats is adopted, so that the chair can be used for a traditional headrest separation type seat and an integrated sports seat.
2. Through the screw thread regulation, can ensure that microphone sensor arranges position, direction are correct, applicable in the motorcycle type of front row two headrest portion interval 410mm ~ 570 mm.
3. The microphone sensor is accurately fixed, the damage to the vehicle is small, and the microphone sensor can be used for multiple times.

The stay bar main body 1 is provided with a strip-shaped plane 11 suitable for clamping a microphone.
When the seat is installed, the fixing bracket is horizontally placed between the headrest parts of the driver seat and the front passenger seat; rotating the stay bar main body 1 to keep the microphone clamping plane 12 on the stay bar main body horizontal; then, under the condition that the stay bar main body 1 is ensured not to rotate, the threaded stay bar 2 is rotated to extend the fixed support until a right support platform of the stay bar main body 1 and a left support platform of the threaded stay bar 2 respectively support the headrest parts of the driver seat and the assistant driver seat; and then, the adjusting threaded locking ring 3 is rotated to tightly press the left end surface of the stay bar main body 1, so that the extension of the threaded stay bar 2 is locked. Through adjusting each cubic of screw vaulting pole 2 and screw locking ring 3, can guarantee that the fixed bolster is fixed in the middle of the headrest of two seats steadily, can look for the equidistant central point in fixed bolster both sides on vaulting pole main part 1, install microphone sensor in the position of rectangular shape plane 12.
After the test is finished, firstly, the threaded locking ring 3 is adjusted in a rotating mode, so that the threaded locking ring 3 and the strut main body 1 are not compressed; then the threaded stay bar 2 is rotated to shorten the whole length of the fixed support, and the fixed support is disassembled.
