One end of the left shaft sleeve spring 4 acts on the left combined arm 6, and the other end of the left shaft sleeve spring 4 acts on the storage box body 9. One end of the right shaft sleeve spring 13 acts on the right combined arm 11, and the other end of the right shaft sleeve spring 13 acts on the storage box body 9. The left shaft sleeve spring 4 and the right shaft sleeve spring 13 are used for providing acting force for the storage box cover plate when the storage box cover plate is opened, so that the storage box cover plate can be automatically opened.
