Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, the fixed point return mechanism with integrated holding function according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a base 1, a link 2 rotatably coupled to the base 1 around a first pivot axis, a cam 3 fixedly coupled to a side surface of the link 2 by a tapping screw 3a, a stopper 4 rotatably coupled to the base 1 around a second pivot axis and engaged with the cam 3 on a first plane, and a trigger 5 rotatably coupled to the base 1 around a second pivot axis and engaged with the link 2 on a second plane. In the present embodiment, the cam 3 is a plastic cam.
The base 1 includes a first cover plate 11, a second cover plate 12, a first rivet 13 and a second rivet 14, wherein the first cover plate 11 and the second cover plate 12 are spaced apart from each other to sandwich the link 2, the cam 3, the stopper 4 and the trigger 5 therebetween, the first rivet 13 for defining the first pivot axis and the second rivet 14 for defining the second pivot axis are spaced apart from each other, both ends of the first rivet 13 and the second rivet 14 are respectively connected to the first cover plate 11 and the second cover plate 12, the link 2 is rotatably fitted over the first rivet 13, and the stopper 4 and the trigger 5 are respectively rotatably fitted over the second rivet 14. In addition, the base 1 may also include rivets 15, 16 for riveting the base 1 (i.e., the pointing return mechanism) to an L-shaped mounting bracket (not shown).
The fixed point return mechanism further comprises a coil spring 6 for driving the stop block 4, specifically, a limit pin 4a is fixed at one end of the stop block 4, and two opposite ends of the coil spring 6 are respectively connected to the limit pin 4a and the first cover plate 11. In addition, the first cover plate 11 is also provided with a waist-shaped limiting hole 11a, and a limiting pin 4a is inserted into the limiting hole 11a and is matched with the limiting hole to limit the rotation limit of the stop 4 around the second pivot shaft. The fixed point return mechanism further comprises a bidirectional spring 7 for driving the trigger 5, and in particular, opposite ends of the bidirectional spring 7 are respectively connected to the trigger 5 and the second cover plate 12.
As shown in fig. 2, the stopper 4 is designed to have a counterclockwise tendency by the coil spring 6, and is not rotated counterclockwise since it is always pressed by the cam 3. The external force is applied to the link 2 to rotate the link 2 clockwise around the first rivet 13, and the rear end of the pressing stopper 4 of the cam 3 is lifted up until it is disengaged from the stopper 4, as shown in fig. 3, and the stopper 4 is rotated counterclockwise around the second rivet 14 by the coil spring 6. During the rotation of the link 2, the slide rail unlocking mechanism connected to the link 2 is unlocked and the seat can start to slide forward. During the forward movement of the seat, the bottom surface of the stop 4 contacts the vertex of the first stop point bracket 10, and the forward movement drives the stop 4 to rotate clockwise to avoid the first stop point bracket 10. In particular, the rear surface 10a of the first stop point bracket 10 is gradually raised toward the front, and the stopper 4 is always kept in contact with the first stop point bracket 10 by means of the coil spring 6 during the forward movement, avoiding the shaking and jumping phenomenon that may be generated thereby.
As shown in fig. 4, the trigger 5 is designed to be in a relatively rest state under the action of the bi-directional spring 7. In particular, the bi-directional spring 7 may provide a force to rotate the trigger 5 clockwise about the second pivot axis and may also provide a force to rotate the trigger 5 counterclockwise about the second pivot axis when the relative rest state is broken by an external force.
After the slide release mechanism is released, as the seat moves forward, the trigger 5 passes over the first and second stop supports 10, 20 in a relatively stationary state without interference, and then its front surface contacts the rear surface 30a of the third stop support 30, and further forward movement drives the trigger 5 to rotate counterclockwise around the second rivet 14 until it contacts the link 2, so that the link 2 is effectively and stably locked by the trigger 5 to maintain the interlock, ensuring that the slide remains released.
As shown in fig. 6, when the seat is moved to the forwardmost position, a flange 51 (see fig. 1) of the trigger 5 hits the fourth catch bracket 40, and the EZE stroke limit is achieved.
As shown in fig. 7, during rearward movement (return) of the seat, the trigger 5 passes over the third stop support 30 without interference, and then its flange 51 comes into contact with the front surface 201 of the second stop support 20, and continued rearward movement drives the trigger 5 to rotate clockwise about the second rivet 14, disengaging from the link 2, thereby releasing the interlock of the link 2. The seat continues to move backward, the rear surface of the stopper 4 strikes the front surface 102 of the first stop bracket 10, and the backward sliding of the seat is restricted so as to avoid striking the third row passenger. In particular, with reference to fig. 8, the front surface 102 of the first catch point support 10, which is gradually raised towards the rear, cooperates with the inclined rear surface of the catch 4.
Returning to fig. 7, an external force acts on the connecting rod 2 to make the connecting rod 2 go back clockwise around the first rivet 13, and the slide rail unlocking mechanism is driven, so that the slide rail has a tendency of locking (the lock plate and the tooth window are in a critical state), but at this time, because the first stop point bracket 10 and the stop block 4 are not separated yet, the seat cannot move backwards, and the slide rail also has no locking condition (10mm first stop). As shown in fig. 9, as the connecting rod 2 retracts counterclockwise, the cam 3 presses the stop 4 to rotate clockwise around the second rivet 14, the stop is separated from the first stop point bracket 10, the first stop point bracket is restored to the design position, the seat only needs to move backwards for a short displacement (within 10 mm), and the slide rail can be locked at the set memory position.
As shown in fig. 10 to 11, the cam 3 'of the fixed point return mechanism integrated with the holding function according to another preferred embodiment of the present invention is integrated on the side surface of the link 2', and the other parts which are the same as those of the previous embodiment will not be described again. The function of the connecting rod 2 'is realized by finely punching the profile of the cam 3', so that the number of parts and the assembly process can be reduced, the structural space can be reduced, and the product cost can be reduced.
The above embodiments are merely preferred embodiments of the present invention, which are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and various changes may be made in the above embodiments of the present invention. All simple and equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification of the present application fall within the scope of the claims of the present patent application. The invention has not been described in detail in order to avoid obscuring the invention.
