The invention discloses a preparation process of a composite foam adhesive paper sheet on the surface of a paper-surface gypsum board, which specifically comprises the following steps: placing a paper-surface gypsum board on the table top of the hot press, and then placing a foam adhesive paper sheet on the paper-surface gypsum board; setting the pressure value, temperature, hot pressing time and the like of the hot press steel membrane according to requirements; when the temperature of the steel film reaches the set temperature, the table top of the hot press rises to enable the rubber foam paper sheet to contact with the steel film to start hot pressing; and after the hot pressing is finished, naturally cooling to obtain a finished product. The processed gypsum plaster board does not need to be polished and coated in the later period, is molded once in a factory, and has low cost and no dust pollution; the surface formed by the characteristics of the foam paper sheet can be cleaned and wiped; after hot pressing, the outer layer of the foam adhesive paper sheet is hardened, textured and easy to clean.

Background
The paper-surface gypsum board is frequently used in the home decoration industry, and the paper-surface gypsum board is usually required to be coated, polished and brushed on the surface for many times after being installed for beautification, so that a large amount of manpower and material resources are required, a large amount of dust pollution is produced during polishing, the damage to constructors is large, the paper-surface gypsum board is easy to stain, and the renovation is frequent.

The invention aims to provide a preparation process for compounding a foam adhesive paper sheet on the surface of a paper-surface gypsum board, which compounds the foam adhesive paper sheet on the surface of the paper-surface gypsum board by using a unique hot pressing process, and omits the later-stage layer polishing process, thereby solving the problems in the background technology. step 2, setting the pressure value, the temperature, the hot pressing time and the like of the hot pressing steel membrane according to requirements, wherein the range of the pressure value is 288 tons-540 tons, the temperature is 160 ℃ -220 ℃, and the hot pressing time is 8 seconds-30 seconds;
step 3, starting a hot press to heat the steel film, driving the paper-surface gypsum board and the foam adhesive paper sheet to ascend by the table-board of the hot press when the temperature of the steel film reaches a set temperature, slowly and uniformly moving the table-board of the hot press upwards at a speed of 32 mm/s when the paper-surface gypsum board and the foam adhesive paper sheet covered on the paper-surface gypsum board are close to the steel film at a high temperature, pressing for 3 seconds after the two surfaces are contacted and closed to enable the two surfaces to be contacted more compactly, and then starting the calculation of hot pressing time until separation;
and 4, after the hot pressing is finished, naturally cooling to obtain a finished product.
Preferably, the pressure value in the step 2 is 360 tons, the temperature is 180 ℃, and the hot pressing time is 20 seconds.
Preferably, the color and the pattern of the bubble gummed paper sheet in the step 1 are numerous and can be selected according to the requirements of different customer groups.
Preferably, the hot press in the step 1 is a high-temperature high-pressure hot press.
The invention has the technical effects and advantages that: the processed gypsum plaster board does not need to be polished and coated in the later period, is molded once in a factory, and has low cost and no dust pollution; the surface formed by the characteristics of the foam paper sheet can be cleaned and wiped; after hot pressing, the outer layer of the foam adhesive paper sheet is hardened, textured and easy to clean.

step 3, starting a hot press to heat the steel film, driving the paper-surface gypsum board and the foam adhesive paper sheet to ascend by the table-board of the hot press when the temperature of the steel film reaches a set temperature, slowly and uniformly moving the table-board of the hot press upwards at a speed of 32 mm/s when the paper-surface gypsum board and the foam adhesive paper sheet covered on the paper-surface gypsum board are close to the steel film at a high temperature, pressing for 3 seconds after the two surfaces are contacted and closed to enable the two surfaces to be contacted more compactly, and then starting the calculation of hot pressing time until separation;
and 4, after the hot pressing is finished, naturally cooling to obtain a finished product.

and 4, after the hot pressing is finished, naturally cooling to obtain a finished product.
