(2) The adopted portable wall surface grinding machine is provided with the hard frame and the rib plate 43, so that the dust cover 4 is firmly connected with the shell of the drive motor, and the stability of the dust cover 4 is improved; the transparent plate 42 is arranged, so that the real-time polishing condition of the inner wall body of the dust cover 4 can be observed conveniently; through setting up rubber cover 44, dust catcher and dust collection box, can prevent that the in-process dust of polishing from spilling over, play the dust fall effect.
Example two
The present embodiment provides a construction method for accurately controlling a wall surface polishing depth, which is further described with reference to fig. 11 to 13 and fig. 1 to 10 by using the dust suction type wall surface polishing system with an adjustable polishing depth in the first embodiment. The construction method comprises the following steps:
step one, determining the depth of a wall surface to be polished, adjusting the position of a stepped limiting clamp 61 through an adjusting button 62, and setting all polishing depth adjusting components 6 of the portable wall surface polishing machine to be the required polishing depth;
step two, as shown in fig. 11, starting the portable wall surface polisher and starting the dust collector to gradually press the polishing cutter head to the wall surface 8 to polish a circular groove, as shown in fig. 12, when the polishing depth reaches the maximum, moving the portable wall surface polisher downwards along the wall surface 8 to polish and form a vertical strip-shaped groove; in the wall surface polishing process, the dust collector sucks dust into the dust collection box 300;
step three, as shown in fig. 13, the portable wall surface grinding machine is moved to the adjacent to-be-ground area, the universal wheel of the hydraulic buffer assembly at one side of the grinding cutter head 3 is supported in the ground area 81, the other side of the hydraulic buffer assembly is supported in the to-be-ground area, the adjusting button of the hydraulic buffer assembly in the ground area is adjusted, the maximum moving depth of the universal wheel is adjusted to be flush with the surface of the grinding cutter head, and the position of the adjusting button in the to-be-ground area is unchanged; repeating the second step to form a second strip-shaped groove;
and step four, repeating the step three until finishing the surface layer polishing construction of the wall surface. During the wall surface grinding process, the wall surface grinding can be performed in sequence according to the construction path 82 in fig. 13.
The criterion of "when the polishing depth reaches the maximum" in the second step is that the polishing cutter head is pressed to the wall surface by force, and the inner shell 52 and the outer shell 51 of the hydraulic buffer assembly 5 do not move any more, that is, the end of the inner shell 52 is already abutted against the stepped limiting clamp 61. In a more preferable embodiment, the outer shell 51 is provided with an indicator lamp 64, and the contact part of the wall plate of the inner shell 52 and the stepped limit card 61 is provided with a touch switch 65 for controlling the indicator lamp 64; in the second step, the criterion of "when the polishing depth reaches the maximum" is that the inner shell 52 moves to the stepped limit card 61 to trigger the touch switch 65 and turn on the indicator lamp 64 or perform color conversion, for example, the indicator lamp may be changed from red to green. The portable wall polisher moves down, and the indicator lamp 64 is always kept on or green when the vertical strip-shaped grooves are polished.
Further, the grinding depth adjusting assembly 6 further comprises a positioning pin box 68, a positioning pin 67 and a sawtooth-shaped limiting clamp 66, the positioning pin box 68 is arranged on one side of the stepped limiting clamp 61, an opening is formed in the positioning pin box 68, the positioning pin 67 is fixed in the positioning pin box 68 through an elastic device, the positioning pin 67 extends out of the opening under the elastic force of the elastic device and can retract into the positioning pin box 68 under the external force; the sawtooth-shaped limiting clamp 66 is arranged on the inner side of the end part of the shell 51, and a sawtooth-shaped structure matched with the positioning pin 67 is arranged on the sawtooth-shaped limiting clamp 66; a dial 70 is arranged beside the strip-shaped hole 511 on the outer side of the shell 51, and scales on the dial 70 correspond to the grinding depth allowed by the stepped limiting clamp 61; the adjusting button 62 is provided with a pointer 71 matched with the dial 70;
the depth of the sanding depth adjustment assembly 6 in step one is set by pushing the adjustment button 62 so that the dial 70 indicated by the pointer 71 reads the desired sanding depth.
In the third step, "the maximum moving depth of the universal wheel 54 is adjusted to be flush with the surface of the polishing cutterhead 3", specifically, the adjusting button 62 is pushed to make the reading on the dial 70 indicated by the pointer 71 be zero. The reading 0 on the dial 70 corresponds to that when the end part of the inner shell 52 is pressed against the stepped limiting clamp 61, the end part of the universal wheel 54 is flush with the grinding cutterhead 3. The reading H on the dial 70 corresponds to the distance H that the grinding cutterhead 3 exceeds the end part of the universal wheel 54 when the end part of the inner shell 52 is abutted against the stepped limiting clamp 61.
Further, a rubber cover 44 is arranged on the hard outer frame around the grinding cutter head 3, dust suction holes are formed in the rubber cover at the bottom, and air inlet holes are formed in the top of the rubber cover.

A construction method for accurately controlling the polishing depth of a wall surface is characterized in that a dust-absorption type wall surface polishing system capable of adjusting the polishing depth is adopted, the dust-absorption type wall surface polishing system comprises a portable wall surface polishing machine, a dust absorption pipe, a dust absorption machine and a dust collection box, and the portable wall surface polishing machine comprises a holding handle, a driving motor, a polishing cutter head, a dust cover, a plurality of hydraulic buffer assemblies and a polishing depth adjusting assembly;
the back surface of the dust cover is fixed on the shell of the driving motor, and the polishing cutter head is positioned on the front surface of the dust cover and is fixedly connected with a transmission shaft of the driving motor;
the hydraulic buffer assembly is arranged on the front surface of the dust cover and comprises an outer shell, an inner shell, a hydraulic damper and universal wheels; one end of the inner shell is embedded in the outer shell and can slide relative to the outer shell along the axial direction; one end of the outer shell is fixed on the front surface of the dust cover, and the universal wheel is arranged at the other end of the inner shell; the hydraulic damper is arranged in the inner shell and the outer shell, and two ends of the hydraulic damper are respectively fixedly connected with the outer shell and the inner shell;
the polishing depth adjusting assembly comprises a stepped limiting clamp, an adjusting button and a connecting rod; the end part of the shell is provided with a strip-shaped hole, the connecting rod is positioned in the strip-shaped hole and can move along the length direction of the strip-shaped hole, and the stepped limiting clamp and the adjusting button are respectively positioned at the two ends of the connecting rod; a notch is formed in the end part of the inner shell at the position corresponding to the stepped limiting clamp, and when the hydraulic damper contracts, the stepped limiting clamp can be abutted against the inner shell wall plate at the notch;
the front surface of the dust cover is provided with a dust absorption hole, one end of the dust absorption pipe is connected with the dust absorption hole, the other end of the dust absorption pipe is connected with a dust collector, and the dust collector is used for absorbing dust into the dust collection box;
the construction method comprises the following steps:
step one, determining the depth of a wall surface to be polished, adjusting the position of a stepped limiting clamp through an adjusting button, and setting all polishing depth adjusting components of the portable wall surface polisher to be the required polishing depth;
step two, starting the portable wall surface grinding machine, starting the dust collector, gradually pressing the grinding cutter head to the wall surface to grind a circular groove, and moving the portable wall surface grinding machine downwards along the wall surface when the grinding depth reaches the maximum, so as to grind and form a vertical strip-shaped groove; in the wall surface polishing process, a dust collector sucks dust into a dust collecting box;
moving the portable wall surface grinding machine to an adjacent area to be ground, supporting a universal wheel of a hydraulic buffer assembly on one side of the grinding cutter head in the ground area, and adjusting an adjusting button of the hydraulic buffer assembly in the ground area to enable the maximum moving depth of the universal wheel to be adjusted to be flush with the surface of the grinding cutter head; repeating the second step to form a second strip-shaped groove;
and step four, repeating the step three until finishing the surface layer polishing construction of the wall surface.
2. The construction method according to claim 1, wherein an indicator light is arranged on the outer shell, and a touch switch for controlling the indicator light is arranged on a contact part of the inner shell wall plate and the stepped limiting card.

in the second step, the judgment standard of the polishing depth reaching the maximum is that the inner shell moves to the stepped limiting card to trigger the touch switch and enable the indicator lamp to be lightened or to have color conversion.

the depth of the polishing depth adjusting assembly in the first step is set in a mode that an adjusting button is pushed to enable the reading on a dial disc indicated by a pointer to be the required polishing depth;
in the third step, "the maximum moving depth of the universal wheel is adjusted to be flush with the surface of the polishing cutter head", specifically, the adjusting button is pushed, so that the reading on the dial indicated by the pointer is zero.
