Abstract
The invention relates to a collector sorting device and a method, which are used for collector fault detection and sorting, and comprise the following steps: the system comprises a collector installation area, a concentrator installation area, a controllable voltage source, an electric energy meter simulation unit, a processor, an attenuator group, a harmonic interference unit, a code scanning unit and a network unit. The method comprises the following steps: the scanning unit scans the bar code of the collector; the processor acquires the information of the collector from the marketing system through the network unit according to the bar code information; the processor performs preliminary sorting on the collectors according to the acquired collector information; and performing function detection on the collectors passing the preliminary sorting, if the function detection is qualified, marking the collectors as qualified, otherwise, marking the collectors to be scrapped. The invention has the advantages that: the device is provided with an attenuator group, a harmonic interference unit and a controllable voltage source, and can simulate the field working condition of the collector, so that the detached and reused collector can stably operate on the field; the device can be used for the fault recurrence of the collector, and is convenient for the collector to be repaired; the wiring terminal is arranged, and the collector is convenient to connect.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of sorting of dismantling equipment, in particular to sorting equipment and a method for a collector.
Background
The II-type collector mainly adopts a low-voltage power line carrier communication technology to realize data reading and instruction forwarding of the electric energy meter by the concentrator, and is the most common collection mode used in rural scattered areas at present. The device has a relay function, can realize the forwarding of carrier signals, and has a maintenance-free function of a table address index table, thereby realizing the assembly from bottom to top.
After the II-type collector is put into operation on a large scale, faults such as unstable meter reading and the like often occur. Therefore, how to do the sorting and multiplexing management for disassembling the II-type collector is very important.

The invention mainly solves the problems that the sorting management is difficult when the collector is disassembled, the sheet surface is sorted, and the field working condition is not considered during sorting, also solves the problem that the fault of the collector is difficult to reproduce, and provides the collector sorting equipment and the method which can simulate the field working condition of the collector to automatically sort the collector.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problem is that the collector sorting equipment is used for collector fault detection and sorting and comprises the following components:
the concentrator is communicated with the collector and used for acquiring the information of the electric energy meter collected by the collector;
the controllable voltage source is connected with the concentrator and the collector and used for providing alternating-current voltages with different frequencies and different voltage values to realize carrier communication between the concentrator and the collector;
the electric energy meter simulation unit is connected with the concentrator and is used for simulating a plurality of different electric energy meters for the collector to collect data;
and the processor is connected with the electric energy meter simulation unit and the concentrator and used for comparing the data generated by the electric energy meter simulation unit with the data collected by the concentrator.
The meter reading communication function of the collector is tested through a system consisting of the electric energy meter simulation unit, the collector and the concentrator, the field working condition is simulated through adjusting the input voltage value and the voltage frequency of the collector through the controllable voltage source, the adaptability of the collector to the working condition is tested, and the sorting multiplexing collector can be ensured to normally run on the field.
As a preferable scheme of the scheme, the device is provided with a mounting bracket for fixing the collector, a wiring terminal is arranged near the mounting bracket, and the wiring terminal comprises a power line connected with a controllable voltage source and a communication line connected with an electric energy meter simulation unit.
