Specifically, the device is provided with a frame 310, a coating roller assembly 320 mounted on the frame 310, a glue roller assembly 330 mounted on the frame 310 and located below the coating roller assembly, an adjusting assembly 340 mounted on the frame 310 for adjusting the lifting of the glue roller assembly 330, a first driving assembly 350 mounted on the frame 310 and in driving connection with the coating roller assembly 320, and a second driving assembly 360 mounted on the frame 310 for driving the glue roller assembly 330; the coating roller assembly 320 is driven at a faster speed ratio than the glue roller assembly 330 and the coating roller assembly 320 is driven in the opposite direction to the glue roller assembly 330. The speed ratio of the two can be adjusted through different drives, so that the stability and the reliability of transmission are ensured, and meanwhile, the adjustment and the control are convenient.

Claims (10)

1. A coating apparatus, characterized in that: the coating device comprises a rack, a coating roller assembly arranged on the rack, a rubber roller assembly arranged on the rack and positioned below the coating roller assembly, an adjusting assembly arranged on the rack and used for adjusting the rubber roller assembly to lift, a first driving assembly arranged on the rack and connected with the coating roller assembly in a driving way, and a second driving assembly arranged on the rack and used for driving the rubber roller assembly;
the transmission speed ratio of the coating roller assembly is faster than that of the rubber roller assembly, and the transmission directions of the coating roller assembly and the rubber roller assembly are opposite.
2. The coating apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the rack comprises a bottom plate and two groups of supporting plates which are vertically arranged on the bottom plate and correspond to each other, and a plurality of cross beams are arranged between the two groups of supporting plates for connection;
the coating roller assembly and the rubber roller assembly are both arranged between the two supporting plates, and the adjusting assembly is arranged on the bottom plate and connected with the rubber roller assembly;
and the two supporting plates are provided with heat insulation plates close to the coating roller assembly.
3. The coating apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the coating roller component comprises a coating round roller and a material guide module which is positioned on one side of the coating round roller and is used for guiding the coating to the outer diameter of the coating round roller;
the coating round roller comprises a roller coating part and coating connecting parts arranged at two ends of the roller coating part, wherein one end of each coating connecting part is connected with a first driving assembly.

A coating apparatus as in claim 3, wherein: the material guide module comprises a swing shaft which can be arranged on the rack in a swinging mode, a swing seat connected with the swing shaft and a guide seat connected with the swing seat, and material guide pieces are arranged on the guide seat and are symmetrically and obliquely arranged in two groups;
the swing seat is provided with a guide-in port and a guide-out port, the guide-in port and the guide-out port are connected with a water pipe and a water pump, and the guide-in port and the guide-out port are communicated to the guide-in seat;
the guide piece is arranged by a metal elastic sheet.

The coating apparatus of claim 4, wherein: the rubber roller assembly comprises a transmission plate, a circular rubber roller arranged on the transmission plate, a brush roller tangent to the outer diameter of the circular rubber roller, a water tank positioned on the lower side of the circular rubber roller and a scraper module positioned on one side of the circular rubber roller;
the supporting plate is provided with a transmission groove, and the transmission plate can be movably arranged in the transmission groove;
the scraper module comprises a scraper shaft, a scraper which is arranged on the scraper shaft and corresponds to the circular rubber roll, and an adjusting block for adjusting the scraper shaft.
6. The coating apparatus of claim 5, wherein: one end of the round rubber roll is connected with the second driving assembly, the other end of the round rubber roll is connected with a linkage module, and the linkage module is in driving connection with the brush roll;
the linkage module is driven by a synchronous wheel matched with a synchronous belt.

The coating apparatus of claim 6, wherein: the adjusting assembly comprises an adjusting motor and a linkage seat in driving connection with the adjusting motor, driving shafts extend towards two sides of the linkage seat, the driving shafts on the two sides are connected with jacking seats, the jacking seats are connected with jacking screws, the jacking screws are connected with jacking plates, and the jacking plates are connected with the transmission plate;
the adjusting motor is a servo motor;
and a coupler is arranged between the driving shaft and the jacking seat and is in synchronous transmission connection.

The coating apparatus of claim 7, wherein: the first driving assembly comprises a first connecting frame arranged on the rack, a first transmission seat arranged on the first connecting frame and a first driving motor connected with the first transmission seat, and the first transmission seat is connected with the coating roller assembly;
the second driving assembly comprises a second connecting frame arranged on the driving plate, a second driving seat arranged on the second connecting frame, and a second driving motor connected with the second driving seat, and the second driving seat is connected with the rubber roller assembly.
9. A coater, characterized in that: a coating apparatus comprising the coating apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A coater according to claim 9, wherein: the coating device is arranged between the drying device and the powder removing device.
