Abstract

In a preferable scheme, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 4, a plurality of flexible ribs 7 are arranged between the inner wall of the suction head 4 and the flexible sealing head 6, the bottoms of the ribs 7 are fixedly connected with the flexible sealing head 6, the side surfaces of the ribs 7 are fixedly connected with the inner wall of the suction head 4, the ribs 7 are distributed along the circumference, the drainage holes 5 are positioned between the ribs 7, and the top ends of the inner sides of the arranged ribs 7 are combined into a conical or circular-arc structure so as to guide the insertion of the drip pipe 8. The ribs 7, in addition to having the effect of connecting the suction head 4 to the flexible closure head 6, can also be used to resist deformation of the flexible closure head 6. It is further preferred that the ribs 7 are arranged to deform the ribs 7 when the drip tube 8 is inserted, the deformed ribs 7 blocking the drainage holes 5 to some extent, thereby improving the drainage effect from the opening.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the opening in the middle of the flexible end socket 6 is a radiation port 61. The radial opening 61 is formed by radially cutting at the opening, so that the drip pipe 8 can pass through the radial opening, and the radial opening 61 is closed by itself after the drip pipe 8 is retracted. Preferably, the diameter of the radiation opening 61 is smaller than the diameter of the flexible closure 6. The diameter of the radiation opening 61 is 1/4-2/3 of the diameter of the flexible seal head 6.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the drip pipe 8 penetrates into the pipe body 1 from the side wall of the pipe body 1, an insertion hole 9 is formed in the side wall of the pipe body 1, and a gap is formed between the insertion hole 9 and the drip pipe 8 and used for an operator to adjust the negative pressure in the pipe body 1 by plugging. Preferably, a back groove 91 is further provided at an upper end of the insertion hole 9, and a diameter of the back groove 91 is substantially the same as an outer diameter of the drip pipe 8, so that the drip pipe 8 is easily inserted into the back groove 91, thereby facilitating an operator to block the insertion hole 9 with fingers.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, an enlarged portion 81 is further provided on the outer wall of the drip pipe 8 for blocking the insertion hole 9 to limit the penetration length of the drip pipe 8. The holding of the drip tube 8 is also facilitated.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 4 and 5, a plurality of optical fibers 2 are further disposed on the outer wall of the tube 1, the optical fibers 2 are bundled to lead out an optical fiber bundle 3 from the side wall of the tube 1, and the optical fiber bundle 3 is used for connecting with a light source 10 or a part of the optical fibers and the light source 10 and a part of the optical fibers and an image acquisition device. With this configuration, illumination can be provided easily or the acquisition of a microscopic image of the surgical field can be facilitated.
As an example, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the diameter of the pipe body is 2 to 5mm, and the outer diameter of the drip pipe 8 is 0.2 to 3 mm. When the device is used, the tube body is connected with the negative pressure suction device, the drip tube 8 is connected with the flushing device, and the optical fiber 2 is connected with the light source 10 and the image acquisition device. The drip pipe 8 penetrates into the pipe body. After the test is correct, the surgical part is entered, when suction is needed, the negative pressure suction device is started, and the negative pressure is used for sucking the effusion in the surgical field. The size of the negative pressure is controlled by plugging the insertion hole 9 by fingers. When the accumulated liquid at the position of the flexible end enclosure 6 needs to be sucked, the drip pipe 8 slightly presses the rib 7 to deform, so that the sucking effect from the flexible end enclosure 6 is improved. When the operation part needs to be washed, the washing device is started, and the end of the drip pipe 8 penetrates out of the flexible seal head 6, so that the operation part can be washed. When it is necessary to remove a nerve or a blood vessel, the drip tube 8 is completely inserted into the tube body 1 until the enlarged portion 81 comes into contact with the insertion hole 9. Then the end of the dripping pipe 8 is operated to pull the nerves and blood vessels away, and the dripping pipe 8 has enough flexibility to avoid damaging the nerves, blood vessels and brain tissues due to the fact that the middle position of the dripping pipe 8 is held by the flexible sealing head 6 and the rib 7 and matched with the composite structure of the dripping pipe 8. The invention realizes the effect of avoiding damaging nerves, blood vessels and brain tissues by a compact structure, can conveniently realize the operations of flushing, sucking and poking away the nerves and the blood vessels by one tool, and is very convenient to use.

The protection scope of the present invention is defined by the claims, and includes equivalents of technical features of the claims. I.e., equivalent alterations and modifications within the scope hereof, are also intended to be within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A neurosurgical catheter comprises a catheter body (1), and is characterized in that: the end of the tube body (1) is provided with a suction head (4), the end of the suction head (4) is provided with a flexible seal head (6), the side wall of the suction head (4) close to the flexible seal head (6) is provided with a plurality of drainage holes (5), and the drainage holes (5) are communicated with the inner cavity of the tube body (1);
the pipe body (1) is used for being connected with a negative pressure adsorption device.
2. A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 1 wherein: the flexible sealing head (6) is made of flexible micropore materials, the flexible sealing head (6) is provided with a plurality of micropores, and the outer wall and the inner cavity of the suction head (4) are communicated with each other through each micropore.
3. A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 2 wherein: the flexible seal head (6) is made of flexible porous rubber, flexible porous silica gel, flexible porous plastic or a combination of one or more of the materials.
4. A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 1 wherein: the flexible seal head (6) is a convex curved surface.
5. A neurosurgical catheter according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein: a water dropping pipe (8) is also arranged in the pipe body (1), and the water dropping pipe (8) is used for being connected with a flushing device;
an opening is formed in the middle of the flexible sealing head (6), the opening is used for allowing the water dripping pipe (8) to pass through, and when the water dripping pipe (8) does not pass through, the opening is in a closed state.
6. A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 5 wherein: the suction head (4) is connected with the end of the tube body (1) through threads, buckles or welding.
7. A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 5 wherein: be equipped with a plurality of flexible muscle pieces (7) between the inner wall of attracting head (4) and flexible head (6), muscle piece (7) bottom and flexible head (6) fixed connection, the side of muscle piece (7) and the inner wall fixed connection who attracts head (4), muscle piece (7) distribute along the circumference, drainage hole (5) are located between muscle piece (7), and the opening in flexible head (6) middle part is radiation mouth (61).

A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 5 wherein: the side wall of body (1) is penetrated to interior from body (1) to drip (8), is equipped with patchhole (9) at the lateral wall of body (1), is equipped with the space between patchhole (9) and drip (8), the space is used for operating personnel to utilize the shutoff to adjust the negative pressure in body (1).
9. A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 8, wherein: the outer wall of the drip pipe (8) is also provided with an expansion part (81) for plugging the insertion hole (9) so as to limit the penetrating length of the drip pipe (8);
the front end of the drip pipe (8) is of a round head or a chamfered pointed structure.

A neurosurgical catheter according to claim 1 wherein: the outer wall of the tube body (1) is further provided with a plurality of strands of optical fibers (2), the optical fiber bundles (3) are led out from the side wall of the tube body (1) after the optical fibers (2) are collected, and the optical fiber bundles (3) are used for being connected with the light source (10) or the light source (10) and the image acquisition device.
