本发明涉及化妆品技术领域,特指一种耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜配方及其制备工艺。
背景技术
传统的水包油型润体霜在沐浴完擦干身体后涂抹于全身,达到滋润身体皮肤的效果,但防水性能较差,经过如流汗,淋雨,水洗等方式作用下。身体表面的膏体被大部分冲洗掉,大大降低了滋润的效果。而使用油包水型润体霜,虽能提高防水效果,却因其较粘腻的肤感使皮肤处于封闭状态,及影响透气效果又因过于油腻使人感觉不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种的耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
本发明所述的一种耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜,水25-35份,甘油10-15份,双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷3-6份,PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷4-6份,PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯0.3-0.8份,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯5-7份,甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5-8份,牛油果树果脂3-5份,霍霍巴酯类2.5-3.5份,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇3-4份,油橄榄果油2-5份,氢化甜杏仁油2-5份,鲸蜡硬脂醇2-4份,双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2为3-5份,蜂蜡1-2份,维生素E0.5-1.5份,PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份,苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇0.5-1份和香精0.2-0.5份。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:包括如下步骤:
a)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴酯类、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇、油橄榄果油、氢化甜杏仁油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2、蜂蜡、生育酚(维生素E)和PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯一起投入搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至85-90℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为30-40/min,直至各成分溶解均匀,备用;
b)将预定量的水、甘油、双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷、PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯一起投入搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至80-85℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为30-40r/min,直至各成分溶解均匀;备用;
c)将步骤a中制备的混合液和步骤b中制备的混合液一起加入到真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内保持真空环境,并且锅内以35-45r/min的转速进行搅拌10-15分钟;
d)步骤c中的混合液做均质处理,均质速度为2500-3000r/min,均质时间为3-5分钟;
e)步骤d中均质处理完的混合液降温至45℃时,加入苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和香精,并且在30-35r/min的速度下搅拌均匀;
f)步骤e中搅拌均匀后的混合液温度降至30-35℃,即可出料,得到本水包油型润体霜。
进一步地,所述搅拌乳化锅为真空搅拌乳化锅。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
1)配方中添加双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,成分使得本润体霜具有防水,耐洗涤的能力和耐水冲洗能力;
2)配方中添加PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和甘油三(乙基己酸)酯以及霍霍巴酯类使得本润体霜既滋润又滑爽不油腻的肤感;
3)配方中添加牛油果树果脂,油橄榄果油,氢化甜杏仁油,双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷,甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,霍霍巴酯类使得皮肤更加滋润。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,下述实施例及说明仅用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
实施例1:
配备本发明耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜配方,由以下重量的组分配制而成:
30份水,15份甘油,3份双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,6份PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.3份PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯,6份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,8份甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,3份牛油果树果脂,3.5份霍霍巴酯类,3份鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇,3份油橄榄果油,5份氢化甜杏仁油,4份鲸蜡硬脂醇,3份双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,1.5份蜂蜡,1份维生素,1.5份PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯,1份苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和0.5份香精。
以下成分中每一份的重量均为1kg;
配备本发明耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜,通过以下制备工艺实现:包括如下步骤:
a)将6份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,8份甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,3份牛油果树果脂,3.5份霍霍巴酯类,3份鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇,3份油橄榄果油,5份氢化甜杏仁油,4份鲸蜡硬脂醇,3份双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,1.5份蜂蜡,1份维生素和1.5份PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯一起投入真空搅拌乳化锅,(真空搅拌乳化锅与现有技术无本质区别,故此不详说)锅内升温加热至85℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为40/min,直至各成分溶解均匀,备用;
b)将30份水,15份甘油,3份双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,6份PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.3份PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯一起投入真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至85℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为40r/min,直至各成分溶解均匀;备用;
c)将步骤a中制备的混合液和步骤b中制备的混合液一起加入到真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内保持真空环境,并且锅内以45r/min的转速搅拌13分钟;
d)步骤c中的混合液做均质处理,均质速度为2500r/min,均质时间为5分钟;
e)步骤d中均质处理完的混合液降温至45℃时,加入苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和香精,并且在35r/min的速度下搅拌均匀;
f)步骤e中搅拌均匀后的混合液温度降至35℃,即可出料,得到本水包油型润体霜。

a)将5份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,7份甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,4份牛油果树果脂,3份霍霍巴酯类,3.5份鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇,3.5份油橄榄果油,2份氢化甜杏仁油,3份鲸蜡硬脂醇,4份双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,1份蜂蜡,0.5份维生素和0.5份PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯一起投入真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至90℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为35/min,直至各成分溶解均匀,备用;
b)将25份水,10份甘油,4.5份双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,5份PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.5份PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯一起投入真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至83℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为30r/min,直至各成分溶解均匀;备用;
c)将步骤a中制备的混合液和步骤b中制备的混合液一起加入到真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内保持真空环境,并且锅内以35r/min的转速进行搅拌10分钟;
d)步骤c中的混合液做均质处理,均质速度为3000r/min,均质时间为4分钟;
e)步骤d中均质处理完的混合液降温至45℃时,加入苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和香精,并且在32r/min的速度下搅拌均匀;
f)步骤e中搅拌均匀后的混合液温度降至30℃,即可出料,得到本水包油型润体霜。
实施例3:
配备本发明耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜配方,由以下重量的组分配制而成:
35份水,12.5份甘油,6份双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,4份PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷,0.8份PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯,7份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,5份甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,5份牛油果树果脂,2.5份霍霍巴酯类,4份鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇,4份油橄榄果油,3.5份氢化甜杏仁油,2份鲸蜡硬脂醇,5份双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,2份蜂蜡,1.5份维生素,1份PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯,0.5份苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和0.2份香精。
以下成分中每一份的重量均为1kg;
配备本发明耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜,通过以下制备工艺实现:包括如下步骤:
a)将7份环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,5份甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,5份牛油果树果脂,2.5份霍霍巴酯类,4份鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇,4份油橄榄果油,3.5份氢化甜杏仁油,2份鲸蜡硬脂醇,5份双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,2份蜂蜡,1.5份维生素和1份PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯一起投入真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至87℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为30/min,直至各成分溶解均匀,备用;
b)将35份水,12.5份甘油,6份双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,4份PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和0.8份PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯一起投入真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至80℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为35r/min,直至各成分溶解均匀;备用;
c)将步骤a中制备的混合液和步骤b中制备的混合液一起加入到真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内保持真空环境,并且锅内以30r/min的转速进行搅拌15分钟;
d)步骤c中的混合液做均质处理,均质速度为2700r/min,均质时间为3分钟;
e)步骤d中均质处理完的混合液降温至45℃时,加入苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和香精,并且在30r/min的速度下搅拌均匀;
f)步骤e中搅拌均匀后的混合液温度降至32℃,即可出料,得到本水包油型润体霜。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:
1)配方中添加双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷,和环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯,成分使得本润体霜具有防水,耐洗涤的能力和耐水冲洗能力;
2)配方中添加PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和甘油三(乙基己酸)酯以及霍霍巴酯类使得本润体霜既滋润又滑爽不油腻的肤感;
3)配方中添加牛油果树果脂,油橄榄果油,氢化甜杏仁油,双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2,PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷,甘油三(乙基己酸)酯,霍霍巴酯类使得皮肤更加滋润。
以上所述仅用以方便说明本发明,在不脱离本发明创作的精神范畴内,熟悉此技术的本领域的技术人员所做的各种简单的变相与修饰应当属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (3)
1.一种耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜配方,其特征在于:所述润体霜由下述重量百分含量的组分组成,
水25-35份,甘油10-15份,双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷3-6份,PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷4-6份,PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯0.3-0.8份,环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯5-7份,甘油三(乙基己酸)酯5-8份,牛油果树果脂3-5份,霍霍巴酯类2.5-3.5份,鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇3-4份,油橄榄果油2-5份,氢化甜杏仁油2-5份,鲸蜡硬脂醇2-4份,-2为3-5份,蜂蜡1-2份,维生素E0.5-1.5份,PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯0.5-1.5份,苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇0.5-1份和香精0.2-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜制备工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
a)将环五聚二甲基硅氧烷(和)三甲基硅烷氧基硅酸酯、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、牛油果树果脂、霍霍巴酯类、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷(和)鲸蜡硬脂醇、油橄榄果油、氢化甜杏仁油、鲸蜡硬脂醇、双-二甘油多酰基己二酸酯-2、蜂蜡、生育酚(维生素E)和PEG-100硬脂酸酯(和)甘油硬脂酸酯一起投入搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至85-90℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为30-40/min,直至各成分溶解均匀,备用;
b)将预定量的水、甘油、双-PEG-18甲基醚二甲基硅烷、PEG-12聚二甲基硅氧烷和PEG-60失水山梨醇硬脂酸酯一起投入搅拌乳化锅,锅内升温加热至80-85℃,同时开启搅拌,搅拌速度为30-40r/min,直至各成分溶解均匀;备用;
c)将步骤a中制备的混合液和步骤b中制备的混合液一起加入到真空搅拌乳化锅,锅内保持真空环境,并且锅内以35-45r/min的转速进行搅拌10-15分钟;
d)步骤c中的混合液做均质处理,均质速度为2500-3000r/min,均质时间为3-5分钟;
e)步骤d中均质处理完的混合液降温至45℃时,加入苯氧乙醇(和)辛甘醇和香精,并且在30-35r/min的速度下搅拌均匀;
f)步骤e中搅拌均匀后的混合液温度降至30-35℃,即可出料,得到本水包油型润体霜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐水冲洗的水包油型润体霜制备工艺,其特征在于:所述搅拌乳化锅为真空搅拌乳化锅。
