Preferably, in the present application, the manufacturer may give the kit, the shoe body, the sizing mold 4, the second last making component, and the lubricant to a customizer (for example, a customizer by express delivery), and the instructions of the use method of the sizing powder are attached, the instructions of the use method of the present application are obtained by two-dimensional code scanning, the customizer opens the kit, prepares the sizing mold according to the above steps 1-3, attaches the plastic film, closes the kit, and sends back to the manufacturer; the manufacturer prepares a gypsum shoe last according to step 4 and delivers the finished shoe to the custom-made person after the finished shoe is made according to the gypsum shoe last.
The beneficial effects of the above technical scheme are: the shoe tree manufacturing method is simple, and the specific foot type data of the customized person does not need to be measured by using a tool, so that the shoe tree is more convenient to manufacture; compared with the prior art that only simple size test is adopted for manual customization, the method has more comprehensive feedback foot type data;
according to the human body principle, the shoes of foot dress, because of the high difference of heel, the foot type is also different, and above-mentioned technical scheme prepares the shoe tree on through setting up the basis of the shoes body of above-mentioned different height, and the heel of the different height that can be as required makes corresponding shoe tree, and is more reliable.
The foot is stretched into the box body and is stepped on the shoe body, so that how the weight is distributed on the shoe sole (the top view 5) of the customization person can be known, the manufactured shoe tree is more suitable for the actual use state of the human body and is more reliable (therefore, the shoe tree design needs to be based on the foot type, but cannot be simply the same as the foot type, because the shape, the size, the stress and the like of the foot are different or changed under different states of rest and movement; the shoe tree corresponding to the stepping movement (the stepping state) is prepared by the technical scheme, and is more reliable).
At present, the middle-aged and elderly people are quite behind in the aspect of shoe making, the living state of the middle-aged and elderly people is completely different from the living state of the middle-aged and elderly people before the middle-aged and elderly people use foot rules, and therefore the past foot type data is greatly different from the current actual situation. At present, foot diseases of middle-aged and old people in China are more frequent, many middle-aged and old people have foot diseases, the diseases can not only cause foot pain and discomfort, but also can cause ankle joints, knee joints, hip joints and lumbar vertebrae, no clear shoe last standard for the middle-aged and old people exists in the current shoe last manufacturing standard in the shoe manufacturing industry, and the shoe last standard made by a young person as a foot type sample is adopted, so that middle-aged and old people are difficult to buy proper shoes, and the implementation of the invention has a certain promotion effect on the improvement of the foot health index of the middle-aged and old people.
In conclusion, the invention solves the following problems: at present, the manual shoe customization mode only adopts simple size test and cannot comprehensively feed back the foot shape of a user; and the problem of high cost in the prior art of shoe making through 3D scanning of shoe type data and according to the 3D scanning of shoe type data.

The working principle and the beneficial effects of the technical scheme are as follows: the method for manufacturing the shoe tree by the manufacturer comprises the following two steps: the shoe tree manufactured in the first step is used for manufacturing shoes, and can be filed after the shoes are manufactured, so that the shoe tree can be manufactured and used by a specific person again, and the manufacturing cost is reduced; the last made in the second step is used for maintaining shoes, such as: when the season changes, the shoe can be placed in the shoe to play the roles of shaping, deodorizing and the like.
The addition of epoxy resin can increase the density.
The shoe type protection shoe is characterized in that the gypsum is calcium sulfate dihydrate, needs to be gently shaken to discharge air, is used for protecting shoe types in future (due to the fact that the gypsum has deodorization and dehumidification functions, when the shoe is not worn in season, the shoe type protection shoe is sleeved in the shoe, the shoe type protection shoe is not changed, smellless and dry, and the shoe type protection shoe plays a role in protecting the shoe), and preferably, gypsum powder and essence can be added, and the gypsum powder is added with water-soluble resin and the essence (the strength and the aromatic smell are increased).
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 8-9, the invention further provides a customized shoe, which comprises a slipper body (slipper) and a plurality of massage pieces, wherein the slipper body is prepared by a method comprising the following steps: scanning (such as bottom scanning) and collecting data of the shoe tree manufactured by the customization method by using a scanner, and manufacturing a slipper body by using a carving machine according to the data;

the step 41 includes: preparing a second molding solution, uniformly stirring, injecting the second molding solution into a molding hole (41) of the shaping mold (4), and adding a second shoe tree handle (5); removing the shaping mold (4) after the second molding solution is completely solidified, wherein the solidified product left after the shaping mold (4) is removed is a second shoe tree (6), and the second shoe tree is used for shaping; the second molding solution composition includes: gypsum powder and water;
the shaping solution in the step 1 is prepared by adding water into shaping powder and uniformly stirring, wherein the shaping powder and the water are in parts by weight: the ratio of water is 1:5, and the components of the shaping powder comprise, by weight: 20 parts of alginate, 60 parts of gypsum powder and 20 parts of diatomite.

A customized shoe is characterized by comprising a slipper body and a plurality of massage pieces, wherein the preparation method of the slipper body comprises the following steps: scanning and collecting data of the shoe tree manufactured by the customization method according to claim 8 or 9 by using a scanner, and manufacturing a slipper body by using an engraving machine according to the data;
