The control unit 52 controls the driving of the winding device 34 based on the determined detection point, and moves the detection device 32 and the lifting device 36 to the detection point (S14). The control unit 52 controls the driving of the elevating device 36 at the detection point, and lowers the detection device 32 to the root side of the tree (S16).
The detection unit 54 detects information about the tree including the root of the tree based on the instruction signal from the control unit 52 (S18). The detection device 32 may detect the movement of the elevator 36 in the middle of the movement. The control unit 52 controls the driving of the lifting device 36 to lift the detection device 32 above the tree (S20).
The control unit 52 determines whether or not the detection of trees is completed at all the detection points (S22). If the tree detection is not completed at all the detection sites (no in S22), the control of S14 to S20 is repeated. When the detection of the trees is completed at all the detection points (yes at S22), the present process is ended. After detecting the detection data of the tree, the processing device 30 performs processing of generating tree information.
The detection system 2 may be used for purposes other than the detection of trees, for example for ecological investigation of animals in forests. In this case, the object to be detected is an animal or a nest, and the detection system 2 may cyclically detect nests provided in a plurality of trees.
Felling system for felling trees
The stringing system 1 can be used as a felling system for felling trees. In this felling system, by installing a felling device capable of gripping trees instead of the detection device 32 shown in fig. 2, felling and conveying of trees can be performed simultaneously.
Fig. 6 is a perspective view of harvesting device 64 with tree 99 held. Fig. 7 is a front view of the harvesting device 64 with the tree 99 gripped. The harvester 64 is attached in a state suspended from the lifting device 36 shown in fig. 2, and can receive an instruction signal wirelessly. The felling device 64 is suspended from the lifting device 36 by the lifting wire 15, and moves up and down by winding and unwinding the lifting wire 15 by the lifting device 36. The harvester 64 includes a grip portion 80, a manipulator 82, a pruning portion 84, a cutting portion 86, a delivery portion 88, and a camera 89.
The grip portion 80 is capable of gripping a tree and includes a pair of grip bodies 80a and 80 b. The pair of gripping bodies 80a and 80b are formed in a substantially arc shape in a plan view orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the tree 99, are provided rotatably, grip the tree 99 by rotating so that the distal ends approach each other, and release the grip by rotating so that the distal ends separate from each other. The gripping bodies 80a, 80b have rollers 85 at portions abutting the trees 99, that is, at the inner peripheral sides of the gripping bodies 80a, 80b in the plan view. The roller 85 has a rotation axis in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the tree 99, and rotates when the tree 99 moves in the longitudinal direction, so that the tree 99 can move in the longitudinal direction with the holding portion 80 sandwiching the tree 99. The grip portion 80 may grip the tree 99 with 2 stages of force of the weak grip state and the strong grip state. The roller 85 is rotatable in a weak grip state and is not rotated in a strong grip state.
The feeding portion 88 is provided in each of the pair of gripping bodies 80a and 80b, and is driven to rotate like a conveyor. The sending section 88 is pressed against the surface of the tree 99 in a weak grip state, and sends out the tree in the longitudinal direction when driven. The delivery section 88 enables the harvester 64 holding the tree 99 to move along the tree 99. The feeding unit 88 may have a stopper, and may be configured not to rotate when the tree 99 is gripped and conveyed.
The pruning section 84 has a plurality of cutters (84 a, 84 b) provided to the pair of holders 80a, 80b, respectively, and can prune the tree 99. The plurality of cutters 84a, 84b are positioned around the tree 99 in the gripped state of the tree 99 and press against the surface of the tree, and cut off the bark and branches by scraping off the bark and branches when the feeder 88 is driven to move the felling device 64 along the tree 99.
The cutting section 86 is provided on a side surface of the gripping section 80, and cuts the tree 99 in a state where the tree 99 is gripped. The cutting portion 86 functions as a chain saw and cuts the tree 99 by rotating the blade toward the tree 99. The cutting section 86 is located below the harvester 64 in the gripped state of the tree 99.
The robot 82 has a function of grasping the tree 99 to bring the felling device 64 close to the tree 99, and a function of supporting the lift line 15 on the upper portion of the tree 99. The robot 82 includes an arm 90, a hook 92, a detachable portion 94, a ring 96, and a connecting wire 98.
The arm 90 is driven like a robot arm and by extension, the hook 92 approaches the tree 99. The hook 92 can be rotated to be opened, and can be operated like a hand of a person to grasp the tree 99.
The detachable portion 94 is detachable from the arm 90, and is detached from the arm 90 in response to a control signal to separate the hook 92 from the arm 90. The ring portion 96 is inserted with the lift wire 15 and is movable along the lift wire 15 while being connected to the lift wire 15. The connecting wire 98 connects the hook portion 92 to the lift wire 15 via the ring portion 96.
Fig. 8A to 8D show a flow of causing the felling device 64 to hold a tree. As shown in fig. 8A, the lifting device 36 and the felling device 64 are moved above the tree 99 to be felled by winding the work wire 14 by the winding device 34. The harvesting device 64 is suspended from the lifting device 36 by the lifting line 15.
In fig. 8B, elevator 36 pays out elevator wire 15 to lower harvester 64 near the root of tree 99. Thus, the harvesting device 64 is located in a portion of the tree 99 that has no branches. The robot 82 extends the arm 90 so that the hook 92 grips the trunk of the tree 99 as shown in fig. 8C. At this time, the camera 89 can check the position of the trunk and operate the arm 90.
After the tree 99 is gripped by the hook portion 92 of the manipulator 82, as shown in fig. 8D, the arm portion 90 is contracted, the felling device 64 is brought close to the trunk of the tree 99, and the gripping portion 80 of the felling device 64 grips the tree 99. Although the harvester 64 is suspended from the elevator 36 and is in an unstable state, the tree 99 can be easily gripped by approaching the tree 99 with the robot 82.
Fig. 9A to 9E show the flow of pruning and felling by the felling device 64. After the grip portion 80 of the felling device 64 grips the trunk of the tree 99, the delivery portion 88 is driven with the grip portion 80 in a weak grip state, and the felling device 64 is moved upward along the tree 99 to prune as shown in fig. 9A. In fig. 9B, the harvesting device 64 is moved to the upper part of the tree 99, completing the pruning.
As shown in fig. 9C, the hook portion 92 of the robot 82 grips the upper portion of the tree 99, the detachable portion 94 is detached from the arm portion 90, and the hook portion 92 is fixed to the upper portion of the tree 99 in a state of being connected to the raising/lowering line 15 via the ring portion 96. The hook portion 92 and the ring portion 96 function as a fixing member 91 through which the lift wire 15 is inserted and fixed to the upper portion of the tree 99. Fixing member 91 is fixed to the upper portion of tree 99 when felling device 64 is moved to the upper portion of tree 99 by delivery portion 88.
In fig. 9D, the felling device 64 is moved downward by the driving of the delivery portion 88. In fig. 9E, the felling device 64 is positioned below the tree 99, the grip portion 80 is in a strong grip state, and the cutting portion 86 is driven to cut the tree 99. At this time, the tree 99 is supported at 2 positions by the fixing member 91 and the felling device 64.
Fig. 10A to 10D show a flow of conveying the tree 99 in a state gripped by the felling device 64. In fig. 10A, since the tree 99 is supported at 2 positions of the fixing member 91 and the grip portion 80, the tree is not fallen down even if it is cut. When the tree 99 is felled, it is necessary to fall in a predetermined direction according to the positional relationship between adjacent trees, but by supporting the tree 99 by the fixing member 91 and the grip portion 80, it is possible to eliminate the need for falling. Thus, since the falling direction can be uncertain, it is not necessary to specify the direction in which the grip portion 80 grips the tree 99. Further, the load applied to the working wire 14 can be greatly reduced as compared with the case of performing the felling. Further, the tree 99 can be prevented from colliding with another tree and being damaged. In addition, there is no need to pre-harvest other trees in the felling direction.
Fig. 10B shows a state in which the lifting device 36 winds up the lifting wire 15 and lifts the tree 99 gripped by the gripping portion 80 upward to the upper space. Fig. 10C shows a state in which the operation wire 14 is wound by the winding device 34 and the cut tree 99 is conveyed above the forest.
In fig. 10D, if the tree 99 is transported to a predetermined place, the lifting device 36 releases the lifting wire 15 to lower the tree 99 together with the grip 80. When the holding section 80 releases the holding and the fixing member 91 is removed, the conveyance of the tree 99 is completed. As shown in fig. 8A to 8D to 10A to 10D, even if the operator does not go to the position of the tree 99, the operator can carry the tree 99 from the felling, and the burden on the operator can be reduced.
Fig. 11 shows a functional configuration of the conveyance system 4. The conveyance system 4 includes a plurality of columns 10, a main wire 12, a wire for a work wire 14, a take-up device 34, a lifting device 36, a control device 60, and a felling device 64. The lifting device 36 includes a position detection unit 74, an imaging unit 76, and a lifting unit 78. The control device 60 includes a position acquisition unit 66, an image acquisition unit 68, a display unit 69, a processing unit 70, a reception unit 71, and a control unit 72. The control device 60 is wirelessly connected to the rolling device 34, the lifting device 36 and the harvesting device 64.
The position detecting unit 74 of the elevating device 36 transmits the position information of the elevating device 36 to the position acquiring unit 66. The imaging unit 76 images the lower side of the lifting device 36, images the tree 99 and the felling device 64, and transmits the captured image to the image acquisition unit 68. The lifting unit 78 moves the felling device 64 up and down by winding and unwinding the lifting wire 15.
The position acquisition unit 66 of the control device 60 acquires position information of the elevating device 36 and transmits the position information to the processing unit 70, and the image acquisition unit 68 acquires a captured image of the imaging unit 76 and transmits the captured image to the processing unit 70. The image acquisition unit 68 acquires a captured image from the camera 89 of the felling device 64 and transmits the captured image to the processing unit 70.
The reception unit 71 receives an input from an operator. For example, the operator operates the operation of the arm 90 of the robot 82 and the grasping operation of the hook 92. The operator can also adjust the position of the felling device 64 by operating the rolling device 34 and the lifting device 36.
The processing unit 70 transmits the image captured by the image capturing unit 76 and the image captured by the camera 89 to the display unit 69, and displays the images on the display unit 69. The operator can operate the felling device 64 and the rolling device 34 based on the image sent thereto from the lifting device 36 and the image sent thereto from the felling device 64, as displayed by the display unit 69.
The processing unit 70 determines to advance the respective working steps shown in fig. 8A to 8D to fig. 10A to 10D based on the positional information of the lifting device 36, the captured image of the image capturing unit 76, the captured image of the camera 89 of the felling device 64, and the like. The control unit 72 controls the winding device 34, the lifting device 36, and the felling device 64 to execute the work process determined by the processing unit 70.
The processing unit 70 determines the execution of the working process of moving the lifting device 36 and the felling device 64 above the tree 99 to be felled, based on the position information of the lifting device 36 and the captured image of the imaging unit 76. The processing unit 70 acquires positional information of the tree 99 set in advance, and determines to move the lifting device 36. The control unit 72 drives the winding device 34 to move the lifting device 36 and the felling device 64.
The conveyance system 4 includes a process automatically executed by the control device 60 and a process executed by an operation of an operator. For example, the operator may perform the operation for gripping the tree 99 by the gripping part 80 as shown in fig. 8B to 8D, and the controller 60 may automatically perform another operation.
When the holding part 80 holds the tree 99, the processing part 70 determines the execution of the pruning operation shown in fig. 9A and 9B. The control unit 72 drives the delivery unit 88 to move the felling device 64 upward.
Next, the processing unit 70 determines execution of a working process of fixing the hook portion 92 to the upper portion of the tree 99 by the robot 82 shown in fig. 9C. The controller 72 drives the arm 90 and the hook 92 to grasp the upper portion of the tree 99, and separates the detachable portion 94 from the arm 90. Thereby, the fixing member 91 through which the elevating wire 15 is inserted is fixed to the upper portion of the tree 99. The operator can also perform this operation.
Next, the processing unit 70 determines execution of the operation step of cutting the lower portion of the tree 99 shown in fig. 9D and 9E. The control unit 72 drives the delivery unit 88 to move the felling device 64 to the lower part of the tree 99, and drives the cutting unit 86 to cut the lower part of the tree 99.
Next, the processing unit 70 determines execution of the operation steps of conveying the tree 99 shown in fig. 10A to 10D. The control unit 72 drives the lifting unit 78 to lift the felling device 64 and the tree 99 to the upper space of the forest, drives the windup device 34 to convey the tree 99 to a predetermined position, drives the lifting unit 78 to lower the tree 99, and drives the gripping unit 80 to release the gripping.
In this way, the conveying system 4 can perform felling and conveying of the tree 99, and the burden on the operator to move to the location of the tree 99 can be reduced. Further, the conveying system 4 can prevent the trees 99 from falling down by supporting the trees 99 at 2 places of the fixing member 91 and the felling device 64 at the time of cutting.
Animal pest countermeasure system
The stringing system 1 can be used as a pest countermeasure system for protecting trees from pests. In this pest countermeasure system, instead of the detection device 32 shown in fig. 2, a sound wave generation device for repelling pests is installed. The sound wave generating device has a speaker for generating an ultrasonic wave, a buzzer for generating an alarm, and a camera. When the control device analyzes the shot image of the camera and detects the pest, the sound wave generating device is moved to the vicinity of the pest, the loudspeaker and the buzzer are driven, and the pest is driven.
In this way, the overhead wire utilization system 1 can perform not only the collection of trees but also a plurality of functions by replacing the device suspended from the lifting device 36. This improves the convenience of the overhead wire utilization system 1, and enables the support column 10 and the overhead wire to be effectively utilized. A mounting portion for replacing each device is provided at the lower end of the lifting wire 15, and each device can be mounted on and removed from the mounting portion.
The present invention has been described above based on the embodiments. It should be understood by those skilled in the art that the embodiments are merely illustrative, and various modifications are possible for combinations of the respective components and the respective processing steps, and such modifications are also within the scope of the present invention.
In the embodiment, the position detecting unit 56 is provided in the detecting device 32, but the present invention is not limited to this, and the position detecting unit may be provided in the elevating device 36.
In addition, in the embodiment, a scheme in which the fixing member 91 is fixed by the hook portion 92 in such a manner as to grasp the tree 99 is shown, but is not limited to this scheme. For example, a wedge member may be used instead of the hook portion 92 to be driven into the tree 99. Further, the wedge member of the modified example may be provided in the felling device 64 separately from the robot 82. In short, the fixing member 91 is fixed to the tree 99, and the lift wire 15 is inserted through the ring portion 96.

Claims (6)

1. A harvesting system, comprising:
a plurality of struts;
a stringing supported by the pillar;
a take-up device capable of taking up the overhead wire;
a lifting device coupled to the overhead wire and movable in the air by winding the overhead wire by the winding device; and
a harvesting device suspended from the lifting device,
the harvesting device includes a grip portion configured to grip a tree, and a cutting portion configured to cut the tree gripped by the grip portion.
2. Harvesting system according to claim 1,
the winding device is configured to move the felling device above a tree to be felled by winding the overhead wire, and to cut the tree by the cutting section and convey the tree gripped by the gripping section.
3. Harvesting system according to claim 1 or 2,
the harvesting device has a fixing member for inserting a lifting line connecting the lifting device and the harvesting device, the fixing member is configured to be fixed to a tree, and,
the cutting unit is configured to cut the tree in a state where the tree is supported by 2 parts of the fixing member and the grip unit.
4. Harvesting system according to claim 3,
the harvesting device has: a delivery portion configured to move the harvesting device along a length direction of the tree; and a pruning section configured to prune the tree when the harvesting device is moved in the longitudinal direction of the tree by the delivery section.
5. Harvesting system according to claim 4,
the fixing member is fixed to the upper part of the tree when the harvesting device is moved to the upper part of the tree by the delivery part.
6. A method of harvesting, comprising:
gripping a tree with a harvesting device suspended from a lifting device, the lifting device being coupled to a stringing supported by a support column and being movable in the air by winding the stringing with a winding device capable of winding the stringing;
cutting off the held tree with the harvesting device;
lifting the tree held by the harvesting device with the lifting device; and
the tree gripped by the harvesting device is transported by winding the overhead line with the winding device.
