Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a system for synchronizing access control data, which are used for automatically synchronizing the access control data. The method comprises the following steps: providing a biometric information uploading page for entrance guard identification to a client; the client corresponds to a user account; receiving biological characteristic information uploaded by a client through an uploading page; changing the entrance guard data record of the user account; entrance guard's data record includes: a user ID field, a name field, a department field, an uploading state field and a biological characteristic information field; the user ID field is used for storing a user account; transmitting access control data to all access control servers in a third-party access control system; the access control data includes a name corresponding to the user account and information stored in the biometric information field. Background
At present, more and more companies start to use access control equipment such as face recognition. Most companies will choose to purchase existing access devices. For a company only in one place, the identity recognition can be performed by storing the biological characteristic information of each employee in the access control device.
However, for an enterprise with a branch office or department built in many places, if the employee goes on a business trip, the identity recognition cannot be performed on the business trip.

Detailed Description
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a system for synchronizing access control data, which are used for automatically synchronizing the access control data.
Referring to fig. 1, an example of the above door access data synchronization system includes: an upload unit 1 and a synchronization unit 2.
In one example, the uploading unit 1 is a front end and may adopt an AntDesign framework, and the synchronizing unit 2 is a back end and may adopt a Springboot framework.
The uploading unit 1 and the synchronization unit 2 may be independent servers or may be deployed in the same server.
The access control data synchronization system can be in butt joint with a third access control system to synchronize access control data.
Referring to fig. 2, the third-party access control system includes a plurality of access control servers, each of which manages access control devices deployed in a corresponding place (e.g., a region, an office location).
Fig. 3 shows an exemplary flow of a door access data synchronization method performed by cooperation of units in the door access data synchronization system, including:

In other embodiments of the present invention, if the uploaded biometric information is an avatar, the uploaded avatar may be preprocessed (e.g., size converted, format processed, etc.) before the access control data record is changed.

The name in the second deletion notification may be referred to as a target name and the department in the second deletion notification may be referred to as a target department.
The second deletion notification is used for notifying all the access control servers to delete the access control data of the target name under the target department.
After the access control server is successfully deleted, the message of successful deletion can be returned, and then the synchronization unit 2 can delete the access control data record.
Therefore, in the embodiment, the OA platform is docked, so that the entrance guard data can be automatically cleared when the staff leaves, and the safety problem is avoided.
In the following, the wechat program is taken as an example, and an important point is to describe how to provide an upload page to the client.
The access control data synchronization system can implement access control data synchronization by pushing WeChat messages of an enterprise, and as shown in FIG. 7, the access control data synchronization system may exemplarily include the following steps:
