5) after confirming the logistics cost and paying through a receiving and sending cabinet interface, automatically/manually closing a bin door, and confirming the communication between the receiving and sending cabinet and an express company/staff; the customer can authenticate again to open the door for confirmation, and the goods returned needs to be contacted with the express company/personnel; if no payment is made, the goods space door is closed, and the payment can be continued through the touch screen interface on the receiving and sending cabinet;
6) the receiving and posting cabinet waits for the express company/personnel to receive goods (the prompt of the process of receiving goods by the express company/personnel in the future is as in item 2), whether the goods are in accordance is judged according to the video record of the camera, if so, the goods are received, and the receiving and posting cabinet APP sends a message to a corresponding client for notification; if the goods are not suitable for transportation, the customer needs to be contacted, if the goods are not suitable for transportation, return of the goods is informed (self-pickup can be selected, and the goods can also be delivered to property businesses), if the load bearing is not suitable for the payment, the customer is waited to carry the goods after the completion of the network, and express codes or bar codes are sent to be invalid after carrying the goods;
7) the customer selects goods returning, the goods are directly returned to the customer after the express company/personnel confirm, and the receiving and sending cabinet is only used as a transmission medium; for the condition that the goods are not placed in the goods space and refund, the express company/personnel can remotely operate the refund after inquiring and confirming;
8) and when the customer is reserved for more than three times, the customer does not take the goods according to the preset time, or the customer cannot take the goods for a long time (the time limit can be set), the receiving and sending cabinet system informs the property to take the goods for receiving and managing, and the customer directly contacts the property to take the goods for later use.
(2) Express delivery receiving flow for community personnel
