The client mainly completes three functions, (1) registration and receiving and sending functions of related express companies/personnel, (2) registration and receiving and sending functions of community personnel, and the like, and (3) registration/management functions of property companies/personnel, such as functions of notifying propaganda and dialing emergency calls.
The server end is placed on a receiving and sending cabinet and is provided with a touch screen, a cargo receiving and sending time sequence planning algorithm and a real-time scheduling algorithm for preventing personnel from gathering are designed, a receiving and sending personnel use rule summarizing algorithm can obtain the current geographic position, expense payment, short message sending and the like of community personnel through a network, the cargo space of the receiving and sending cabinet is provided with a bearing metering device, and the receiving and sending cabinet is provided with a camera, the geographic position of the receiving and sending cabinet, the number and distance of surrounding personnel, a human body temperature sensor and a voice player.
Initializing a system:
(1) initializing a receiving and sending cabinet, automatically carrying out after the receiving and sending cabinet is electrified, starting a free receiving and sending APP server, opening a touch screen, detecting whether a sensor is normal, whether internet surfing is successful or not and the like, and scanning and checking the use condition of a goods space by combining a goods space bearing detection device; and (3) carrying out no-person activity for more than 1 minute (which can be set) around the cabinet, automatically detecting the closing condition of the warehouse door of the goods space, and automatically closing the warehouse door if the warehouse door which is not closed exists.
(2) Community personnel scan the two-dimensional code, install and receive and dispatch the APP customer end freely, authorize and obtain the mobile phone locating information, confirm the authentication mode (serial number, bar code, brush face etc., or confirm the priority), can choose the appropriate time interval of receiving, sending the goods, whether the suggestion is receiving and sending the cupboard in the present;
(3) the express company and the receiving and sending cabinet establish a cooperative relationship, can rent and invest, can also carry out community capital investment free, can entrust a property company to take charge of and carry out management and other modes, authorizes the establishment of logistics and capital information data interaction during goods receiving and sending, comprises a collection account number, receiving and sending time period setting and the like, and property management can require the express company to provide a certificate;
the system operation divides two functions, posts the express delivery and receives the express delivery:
(1) community personnel post express delivery flow

2) after the express companies/personnel are determined, the receiving and sending cabinet feeds logistics information back to the corresponding express companies/personnel in time, after the express companies/personnel confirm, a customer selects a time period for going to the receiving and sending cabinet, and after the receiving and sending cabinet is planned according to a time sequence planning algorithm, two-dimensional codes or number confirmation is sent to the customer, wherein the two-dimensional codes or number confirmation comprises the goods space reservation time;
3) the client takes the goods to go to the receiving and sending cabinet (according to convention or not), the APP timely gives a prompt by using a real-time scheduling algorithm according to the current geographic position of the client and the condition that whether the current receiving and sending cabinet has personnel or not in the forward process, the prompt comprises waiting time, the client can automatically judge the possibility of gathering, and the prompt is given by voice when the personnel exceed the set number of the client before the receiving and sending cabinet;
4) when a client arrives at the receiving and sending cabinet, the receiving and sending cabinet is automatically opened by the authentication of an authentication mode (number, bar code, face brushing and the like), 1 or more goods space bin doors which are distributed before are automatically opened, the client places goods into goods packaging bags (which can be provided by property) under a camera, and then the goods packaging bags are respectively placed on corresponding goods spaces, the receiving and sending cabinet automatically bears the weight for confirmation, and express expenses are prompted for the client to confirm; sensing and recording the temperature of the client in the process, and if the temperature is abnormal, reminding property personnel to confirm by the receiving and sending cabinet system;
5) after confirming the logistics cost and paying through a receiving and sending cabinet interface, automatically/manually closing a bin door, and confirming the communication between the receiving and sending cabinet and an express company/staff; the customer can authenticate again to open the door for confirmation, and the goods returned needs to be contacted with the express company/personnel; if no payment is made, the goods space door is closed, and the payment can be continued through the touch screen interface on the receiving and sending cabinet;
6) the receiving and posting cabinet waits for the express company/personnel to receive goods (the prompt of the process of receiving goods by the express company/personnel in the future is as in item 2), whether the goods are in accordance is judged according to the video record of the camera, if so, the goods are received, and the receiving and posting cabinet APP sends a message to a corresponding client for notification; if the goods are not suitable for transportation, the customer needs to be contacted, if the goods are not suitable for transportation, return of the goods is informed (self-pickup can be selected, and the goods can also be delivered to property businesses), if the load bearing is not suitable for the payment, the customer is waited to carry the goods after the completion of the network, and express codes or bar codes are sent to be invalid after carrying the goods;
7) the customer selects goods returning, the goods are directly returned to the customer after the express company/personnel confirm, and the receiving and sending cabinet is only used as a transmission medium; for the condition that the goods are not placed in the goods space and refund, the express company/personnel can remotely operate the refund after inquiring and confirming;
8) and when the customer is reserved for more than three times, the customer does not take the goods according to the preset time, or the customer cannot take the goods for a long time (the time limit can be set), the receiving and sending cabinet system informs the property to take the goods for receiving and managing, and the customer directly contacts the property to take the goods for later use.
(2) Express delivery receiving flow for community personnel
1) The express personnel put the goods of the community personnel into a receiving and sending cabinet of a corresponding community, the express personnel reserve a receiving and sending cabinet goods position through an express company/personnel client of the APP which can freely receive and send, if the express personnel are not registered, the registration is prompted to be completed, and express company certification materials are provided according to system setting;
2) according to the current cargo space occupation, the preset conditions and the like, the receiving and sending cabinet is planned according to a time sequence planning algorithm, distributes cargo spaces for express delivery personnel and sends corresponding numbers or bar codes for confirmation, and the cargo spaces are matched with community personnel registered in the receiving and sending cabinet, including mobile phone number comparison;
3) express personnel take goods to go to a receiving and sending cabinet, an APP timely gives a prompt by using a real-time scheduling algorithm according to the current position of an express company/personnel and the condition of the existence of personnel in the current receiving and sending cabinet in the forward-going process, the prompt comprises waiting time, the express personnel can automatically judge the possibility of aggregation at the moment, and the prompt is given by voice when the number of the personnel exceeds the set number of the express personnel before the receiving and sending cabinet;
4) express delivery personnel arrive at the receiving and sending cabinet, through the input of the received serial numbers or bar codes, the receiving and sending cabinet automatically opens the corresponding goods space bin door, the express delivery personnel manually close the goods after putting the goods into the goods space (according to the volume of the goods, a plurality of goods can be put in the same goods space by one customer at the same time), and the compartment door can be closed only after the express delivery company/personnel pay in a renting mode; sensing and recording the temperature of express companies/personnel in the process, and timely reminding property management personnel to confirm if the temperature is abnormal; if the goods are misplaced, the express company/personnel can open the goods space door through codes or bar codes and replace the goods space door.
5) After closing the goods position bin door, the receiving and sending cabinet timely informs the corresponding client through the APP client according to the setting of express companies/personnel (if the client is not registered, a pushing link supports client registration), appoints the pickup time, sends the corresponding authentication code or bar code, and prompts the process of receiving goods by the client in the future as in item 3);
6) the customer arrives and receives and posts the cabinet, through the authentication of authentication mode (serial number, bar code, brush face etc.), receives and posts the automatic goods position bin gate that corresponds of cabinet, takes out the goods that this goods position was deposited, leaves after closing the door. If the client finds that the goods are not the goods of the client or needs to be returned, the goods are placed back to the goods position, the door is closed to leave, the goods are communicated with the express company/personnel through the APP, and the express company/personnel are waited to process the goods next time;
7) after the customer closes the bin door, the code or the two-dimensional code of the customer fails unless the express company/personnel authorizes the receiving and sending cabinet to send again.
(3) The daily management function of the receiving and sending cabinet is that the law summarizing algorithm used by the receiving and sending personnel is utilized to summarize the law of receiving and sending the express delivery when the express delivery personnel arrive at the cabinet according to the time of receiving and sending the express delivery, so that the express delivery personnel can select the express delivery to refer to the law, and the community personnel can select the express delivery personnel to refer to the law; according to the time of receiving and dispatching the express delivery of community personnel, the peak period of using the collection cabinet by the community personnel is summarized, the decision of receiving and dispatching is assisted, the reference of the express delivery personnel can be recommended, and the frequency of the personnel who approach to receiving and dispatching the cabinet but not receiving and dispatching the express delivery can be counted.
