The user attribute information may be at least one of gender, age, user account age, and platform member. The article attribute information includes at least one of an article type, color, model number, and the like. The behavior score can be used as quantitative data corresponding to at least one operation behavior of ordering behavior, browsing behavior, purchasing behavior and coupon viewing behavior generated by the user on the article. For example, the determining of the behavior score of the current user for generating behavior data for different articles may be inputting user attribute information of the current user and article attribute information of a predicted article as input data into a behavior score prediction model trained in advance to obtain a behavior score of the current user for generating behavior data for the predicted article. The behavior score prediction model is obtained by training an XGboost (eXtreme Gradient Boosting) model based on a large number of similar users with the same user attribute labels as the current user and the article attribute information of the similar users to different articles.
The second method comprises the following steps: acquiring first behavior data of a platform user with the same operation element on an article related to the operation element and second behavior data of the current user on the article related to the operation element; determining a plurality of platform users with user similarity reaching a second set threshold value with the current user as similar users according to the first behavior data and the second behavior data; and determining candidate display articles according to the first behavior data of the similar users and the second behavior data of the current user.
The third method comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring a first user set corresponding to the article of which the current user generates the behavior data and a second user set corresponding to each article to be predicted; respectively determining the item similarity between each item to be predicted and the item of which the current user generates behavior data according to the first user set and a second user set corresponding to the item to be predicted; and determining the articles to be predicted with the article similarity reaching a third set threshold as candidate display articles.

The third method comprises the following steps: respectively acquiring a first user set corresponding to the article of which the current user generates the behavior data and a second user set corresponding to each article to be predicted; respectively determining the item similarity between each item to be predicted and the item of which the current user generates behavior data according to the first user set and a second user set corresponding to the item to be predicted; and determining the articles to be predicted with the article similarity reaching a third set threshold as candidate display articles.

Fig. 12 is a structural diagram of an article information push apparatus according to a twelfth embodiment of the present invention. The embodiment of the invention is suitable for the condition that a user browses or searches articles on an online platform, and the device is realized by software and/or hardware and is specifically configured in a server.
An article information pushing device shown in fig. 12 includes: a ranking element receiving module 1210 and a ranking information feedback module 1220.
A ranking element receiving module 1210, configured to receive an operation element sent by a terminal device, and determine a plurality of candidate display items based on the operation element;
the ranking information feedback module 1220 is configured to rank, according to behavior data generated by the user for the candidate displayed items, each candidate displayed item to generate item ranking information, and feed back the item ranking information to the terminal device;
the operation element is determined to correspond to the touch operation when the terminal equipment responds to the touch operation of a user on the touch content in the displayed interface to be operated; the touchable content includes: at least one of a map, a user attribute tag, and soft text data.
The method comprises the steps that an operation element sent by terminal equipment is received through a ranking element receiving module, and a plurality of candidate display articles are determined based on the operation element; and sequencing each candidate display article through a ranking information feedback module according to behavior data of the user on the candidate display article to generate article ranking information, and feeding the article ranking information back to the terminal equipment. The operation element is determined to correspond to the touch operation when the terminal equipment responds to the touch operation of a user on the touch content in the displayed interface to be operated; the touchable content includes at least one of a map, a user attribute tag, and soft text data. According to the technical scheme, the operation elements are determined by responding to the touch operation of the user on the map through the terminal equipment, and the server receives the operation elements and feeds back corresponding article ranking information for the terminal equipment to display, so that the interaction mode between the user and the online platform is enriched, the interaction between the online platform and the user is improved, the use viscosity of the user on the online platform is enhanced, and the online platform flow is increased.
Further, the map is a street map provided with an adjusting frame, and the operation elements comprise coverage areas of the adjusting frame on the street map; or,
the map is a regional map divided into a plurality of regions, and the operation elements include touched regions in the regional map.
Further, the ranking element receiving module 1210, when performing the determining of the plurality of candidate displayed items based on the operation element, is specifically configured to:
determining that the platform user associated with the operation element is a reference user, and determining that the article of which the reference user generates behavior data in a set time period is a candidate display article; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and determining the article associated with the operation element as a reference article, and determining the reference article of the behavior data generated by the platform user in a set time period as a candidate display article.
Further, the operation element is soft text data which is touched;
correspondingly, the apparatus further includes a soft text data feedback module, configured to perform the following operations before receiving the operation element sent by the terminal device:
receiving a search keyword sent by terminal equipment, and acquiring soft text data matched with the search keyword; or acquiring user associated information and public opinion information, and determining soft text data according to the user associated information and the public opinion information;
and sending the soft text data to the terminal equipment for displaying by the terminal equipment.
Further, the operation element is a touched user attribute tag;
accordingly, the ranking element receiving module 1210, when performing the determining of the plurality of candidate displayed items based on the operation elements, comprises at least one of:
acquiring user attribute information of a current user and article attribute information of an article associated with the operation element; determining behavior scores of behavior data generated by the current user on different articles according to the user attribute information and the article attribute information; determining the article with the behavior score reaching a first set threshold value as a candidate display article;
acquiring first behavior data of a platform user with the same operation element on an article related to the operation element and second behavior data of the current user on the article related to the operation element; determining a plurality of platform users with user similarity reaching a second set threshold value with the current user as similar users according to the first behavior data and the second behavior data; determining candidate display articles according to the first behavior data of the similar users and the second behavior data of the current user;
respectively acquiring a first user set corresponding to the article of which the current user generates the behavior data and a second user set corresponding to each article to be predicted; respectively determining the item similarity between each item to be predicted and the item of which the current user generates behavior data according to the first user set and a second user set corresponding to the item to be predicted; and determining the articles to be predicted with the article similarity reaching a third set threshold as candidate display articles.
The article information pushing device can execute the article information pushing method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional module and beneficial effect of executing the article information pushing method.
EXAMPLE thirteen
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal device according to a thirteenth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 13 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary terminal device 1312 suitable for use in implementing embodiments of the present invention. The terminal device 1312 shown in fig. 13 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 13, terminal device 1312 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. Components of terminal device 1312 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 1316, a system memory 1328, and a bus 1318 that couples the various system components (including the system memory 1328 and the processing unit 1316).
Bus 1318 represents one or more of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, micro-channel architecture (MAC) bus, enhanced ISA bus, Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
Terminal device 1312 typically includes a variety of computer system readable media. Such media can be any available media that is accessible by terminal device 1312 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
The system memory 1328 may include computer system readable media in the form of volatile memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM)1330 and/or cache memory 1332. Terminal device 1312 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer system storage media. By way of example only, storage system 1334 may be used to read from and write to non-removable, nonvolatile magnetic media (not shown in FIG. 13, and commonly referred to as a "hard drive"). Although not shown in FIG. 13, a magnetic disk drive for reading from and writing to a removable, nonvolatile magnetic disk (e.g., a "floppy disk") and an optical disk drive for reading from or writing to a removable, nonvolatile optical disk (e.g., a CD-ROM, DVD-ROM, or other optical media) may be provided. In these cases, each drive may be connected to the bus 1318 by one or more data media interfaces. Memory 1328 may include at least one program product having a set (e.g., at least one) of program modules that are configured to carry out the functions of embodiments of the invention.
Program/utility 1340 having a set (at least one) of program modules 1342, which may be stored, for example, in memory 1328, such program modules 1342 include, but are not limited to, an operating system, one or more application programs, other program modules, and program data, each of which examples or some combination thereof may comprise an implementation of a network environment. The program modules 1342 generally perform the functions and/or methodologies of the described embodiments of the invention.
Terminal device 1312 may also communicate with one or more external devices 1314 (e.g., keyboard, pointing device, display 1324, etc.), with one or more devices that enable a user to interact with terminal device 1312, and/or with any devices (e.g., network card, modem, etc.) that enable terminal device 1312 to communicate with one or more other computing devices. Such communication may occur via an input/output (I/O) interface 1322. Also, the terminal device 1312 may communicate with one or more networks (e.g., a Local Area Network (LAN), a Wide Area Network (WAN), and/or a public network such as the internet) via a network adapter 1320. As shown, the network adapter 1320 communicates with the other modules of the terminal device 1312 through a bus 1318. It should be appreciated that although not shown, other hardware and/or software modules can be used in connection with terminal device 1312, including but not limited to: microcode, device drivers, redundant processing units, external disk drive arrays, RAID systems, tape drives, and data backup storage systems, among others.
The processing unit 1316 executes various functional applications and data processing by running at least one of the programs stored in the system memory 1328, for example, to implement an article information pushing method provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Example fourteen
A fourteenth embodiment of the present invention further provides a server, a schematic structural diagram of which can also refer to fig. 13, where a processing unit of the server executes various functional applications and data processing by running at least one program of a plurality of programs stored in a system memory, for example, to implement the article information pushing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention.

An embodiment of the present invention provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements an article information pushing method provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a terminal device, where the method includes: displaying an interface to be operated, and responding to the touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated, and determining an operation element corresponding to the touch operation; the touchable content includes: at least one of a map, a user attribute tag, and soft text data; and sending the operation elements to a server, and receiving and displaying the article ranking information fed back by the server based on the operation elements.
The embodiment of the present invention further provides another computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, where the computer program, when executed by a processor, implements an article information pushing method provided in any embodiment of the present invention, and is applied to a server, where the method includes: receiving an operation element sent by terminal equipment, and determining a plurality of candidate display articles based on the operation element; according to behavior data of the user on the candidate displayed articles, sequencing each candidate displayed article to generate article ranking information, and feeding back the article ranking information to the terminal equipment; the operation element is determined to correspond to the touch operation when the terminal equipment responds to the touch operation of a user on the touch content in the displayed interface to be operated; the touchable content includes: at least one of a map, a user attribute tag, and soft text data.
Computer storage media for embodiments of the invention may employ any combination of one or more computer-readable media. The computer readable medium may be a computer readable signal medium or a computer readable storage medium. A computer readable storage medium may be, for example, but not limited to, an electronic, magnetic, optical, electromagnetic, infrared, or semiconductor system, apparatus, or device, or any combination of the foregoing. More specific examples (a non-exhaustive list) of the computer readable storage medium would include the following: an electrical connection having one or more wires, a portable computer diskette, a hard disk, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a read-only memory (ROM), an erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM or flash memory), an optical fiber, a portable compact disc read-only memory (CD-ROM), an optical storage device, a magnetic storage device, or any suitable combination of the foregoing. In the context of this document, a computer readable storage medium may be any tangible medium that can contain, or store a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
A computer readable signal medium may include a propagated data signal with computer readable program code embodied therein, for example, in baseband or as part of a carrier wave. Such a propagated data signal may take many forms, including, but not limited to, electro-magnetic, optical, or any suitable combination thereof. A computer readable signal medium may also be any computer readable medium that is not a computer readable storage medium and that can communicate, propagate, or transport a program for use by or in connection with an instruction execution system, apparatus, or device.
Program code embodied on a computer readable medium may be transmitted using any appropriate medium, including but not limited to wireless, wireline, optical fiber cable, RF, etc., or any suitable combination of the foregoing.
Computer program code for carrying out operations for aspects of the present invention may be written in any combination of one or more programming languages, including an object oriented programming language such as Java, Smalltalk, C + + or the like and conventional procedural programming languages, such as the "C" programming language or similar programming languages. The program code may execute entirely on the user's computer, partly on the user's computer, as a stand-alone software package, partly on the user's computer and partly on a remote computer or entirely on the remote computer or server. In the case of a remote computer, the remote computer may be connected to the user's computer through any type of network, including a Local Area Network (LAN) or a Wide Area Network (WAN), or the connection may be made to an external computer (for example, through the Internet using an Internet service provider).
It is to be noted that the foregoing is only illustrative of the preferred embodiments of the present invention and the technical principles employed. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the particular embodiments described herein, but is capable of various obvious changes, rearrangements and substitutions as will now become apparent to those skilled in the art without departing from the scope of the invention. Claims (14)

1. An article information pushing method is applied to terminal equipment and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying an interface to be operated, and responding to the touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated, and determining an operation element corresponding to the touch operation;
and sending the operation elements to a server, and receiving and displaying the article ranking information fed back by the server based on the operation elements.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after receiving and displaying the item ranking information fed back by the server based on the operation element:
responding to the sharing operation of the user on the article ranking information, generating a sharing carrier according to the operation elements and/or the article ranking information, and sending the sharing carrier to a target user.
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
receiving a sharing carrier sent by a sharing user;
responding to the display operation of the current user on the sharing carrier, analyzing the sharing carrier, and obtaining article ranking information according to the analyzed sharing carrier and displaying the article ranking information.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the touchable content comprises a map, the map being a street map provided with a tuning box;
correspondingly, in response to a touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated, determining an operation element corresponding to the touch operation includes:
in response to an adjustment operation of the user on the adjusting frame and/or the street map, determining that the adjusting frame is the operation element in a coverage area of the street map;
wherein the adjustment operation comprises a zoom operation and/or a move operation.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the touchable content comprises a map, the map being an area map divided into a plurality of areas;
correspondingly, in response to a touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated, determining an operation element corresponding to the touch operation includes:
and determining a touched area as the operation element in response to a touch operation of a user on an area in the area map.
6. The method of any of claims 1-3, wherein the touchable content comprises a user attribute tag;
correspondingly, in response to a touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated, determining an operation element corresponding to the touch operation includes:
and responding to the touch operation of the user on the user attribute label in the interface to be operated by the user, and determining the touched user attribute label as the operation element.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-3, wherein the touchable content comprises textual data;
correspondingly, in response to a touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated, determining an operation element corresponding to the touch operation includes:
and responding to the touch operation of the user on the soft text data in the interface to be operated, and determining the touched soft text data as the operation element.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein displaying the interface to be operated comprises:
receiving a search keyword input by a user, sending the search keyword to the server, receiving soft text data fed back by the server based on the search keyword, and displaying the soft text data on an interface; or,
and acquiring the soft text data determined by the server based on the associated information and/or public opinion information of the current user, respectively adding the soft text data into a soft text list according to a preset display sequence, and displaying the soft text list in an interface.
9. An article information pushing method is applied to a server and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an operation element sent by terminal equipment, and determining a plurality of candidate display articles based on the operation element;
according to behavior data of the user on the candidate displayed articles, sequencing each candidate displayed article to generate article ranking information, and feeding back the article ranking information to the terminal equipment;
the operation element is determined to correspond to the touch operation when the terminal device responds to the touch operation of the user on the touch content in the displayed interface to be operated.
10. An article information pushing device configured in a terminal device, comprising:
the operation element determining module is used for displaying an interface to be operated and responding to the touch operation of a user on the touch content in the interface to be operated to determine an operation element corresponding to the touch operation;
and the ranking information display module is used for sending the operation elements to a server and receiving and displaying the article ranking information fed back by the server based on the operation elements.
11. An article information pushing device configured in a server, comprising:
the ranking element receiving module is used for receiving operation elements sent by the terminal equipment and determining a plurality of candidate display articles based on the operation elements;
the ranking information feedback module is used for ranking each candidate display article according to behavior data of the candidate display article generated by a user to generate article ranking information and feeding the article ranking information back to the terminal equipment;
the operation element is determined to correspond to the touch operation when the terminal device responds to the touch operation of the user on the touch content in the displayed interface to be operated.
12. A terminal device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement an item information pushing method according to any one of claims 1-8.
13. A server, comprising:
one or more processors;
a memory for storing one or more programs;
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method for pushing item information according to claim 9.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, the program, when being executed by a processor, implementing an item information pushing method according to any one of claims 1 to 8; or implementing an item information recommendation method according to claim 9.
