Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are illustrative only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
An air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The air conditioner 100 may be used in a room such as a kitchen.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, and 9-10, an air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a case 1, a first heat exchanger 2, a first fan assembly 3, a second heat exchanger 4, a second fan assembly 5, and a compressor 6.
Wherein, the housing 1 may provide an installation space for the first heat exchanger 2, the first fan assembly 3, the second heat exchanger 4, the second fan assembly 5, and the compressor 6. A heat exchange flow path is formed among the compressor 6, the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4. The refrigerant may flow in the heat exchange flow path to cool or heat the air conditioner 100.
Specifically, a first air duct 11 and a second air duct 12 are provided in the housing 1, which are arranged in the left-right direction. The first air duct 11 may be located at the left or right side of the second air duct 12. The first air duct 11 has a first air inlet 111 and a first air outlet 112, and the second air duct 12 has a second air inlet 121 and a second air outlet 122. The first heat exchanger 2 is disposed in the first air duct 11, and the first fan assembly 3 is disposed in the first air duct 11 to drive the air flow from the first air inlet 111 to the first air outlet 112. The second heat exchanger 4 is disposed in the second air duct 12, and one of the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4 is a condenser, and the other of the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4 is an evaporator. The second fan assembly 5 is disposed in the second air duct 12 to drive the air flow from the second air inlet 121 to the second air outlet 122. The compressor 6 is disposed in the casing 1, and a heat exchange flow path is formed among the compressor 6, the first heat exchanger 2, and the second heat exchanger 4.
Specifically, when the first heat exchanger 2 is a condenser, the second heat exchanger 4 is an evaporator; when the first heat exchanger 2 is an evaporator, the second heat exchanger 4 is a condenser. The refrigerant may be liquefied and released heat in the condenser, and vaporized and absorbed heat in the evaporator, so that the refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner 100 may be smoothly performed, and here, the first heat exchanger 2 is taken as the evaporator, and the second heat exchanger 4 is taken as the condenser for example, which should not be construed as limiting the present application.
For example, the high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the compressor 6 may flow to the second heat exchanger 4, and be liquefied and released heat in the second heat exchanger 4, so that the temperature of the airflow outside the second heat exchanger 4 is increased; the liquefied refrigerant flows to the first heat exchanger 2, and the refrigerant is vaporized in the first heat exchanger 2 to absorb heat, so that the temperature of the airflow outside the first heat exchanger 2 is reduced.
It can be understood that, when the air conditioner 100 is refrigerating, under the driving of the first fan assembly 3, the indoor hot air flow enters the first air duct 11 from the first air inlet 111, and the hot air flow exchanges heat with the first heat exchanger 2 when passing through the first heat exchanger 2, and then turns into cold air flow and flows to the first air outlet 112, so that the cold air flow can flow from the first air outlet 112 to the indoor to cool the indoor; in order to enable the refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner 100 to operate continuously, under the driving of the second fan assembly 5, the indoor airflow further enters the second air duct 12 from the second air inlet 121, and the airflow exchanges heat with the second heat exchanger 4 when passing through the second heat exchanger 4, becomes a hot airflow, and then flows to the second air outlet 122.
Therefore, the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 are defined in the casing 1, the first heat exchanger 2 and the first fan assembly 3 are arranged in the first air duct 11, and the second heat exchanger 4 and the second fan assembly 5 are arranged in the second air duct 12, so that the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the split air conditioner 100 in the related art are integrated into a whole, and when the air conditioner 100 is installed, the air conditioner 100 can be integrally installed indoors, so that the air conditioner 100 is simple in structure and convenient to install. Moreover, since the first air duct 11 and the second air duct are arranged in the left-right direction, the air duct has a simple structure, which is advantageous for reducing the overall size of the air conditioner 100.
Further, the first air inlet 111, the first air outlet 112 and the second air inlet 121 are disposed on the front surface of the housing 1, and the second air outlet 122 is disposed on the side surface of the housing 1.
Here, it should be noted that the "front" in the present application refers to the front of the housing 1, and correspondingly, the "side" in the present application refers to a surface adjacent to the front of the housing 1, i.e., the left side of the housing 1 or the right side of the housing 1. Here, when the human body faces and stands parallel to the air conditioner 100, a side of the air conditioner 100 facing the human body may be understood as "front" in the present application, and correspondingly, a side of the air conditioner 100 facing away from the human body may be understood as "rear" in the present application, a direction of the left hand of the human body may be understood as "left" in the present application, and a direction of the right hand of the human body may be understood as "right" in the present application.
Because the first air inlet 111, the first air outlet 112 and the second air inlet 121 are all disposed on the front surface of the housing 1, and the second air outlet 122 is disposed on the side surface of the housing 1, when the air conditioner 100 is disposed close to a wall or hung on the wall, the circulation of air flow in the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 of the air conditioner 100 can still be ensured, so that a user can select the installation position and the installation mode of the air conditioner 100 according to actual needs, and the flexibility of the installation position and the installation mode of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
In addition, the first air outlet 112 is arranged on the front surface of the casing 1, the second air outlet 122 is arranged on the side surface of the casing 1, and air flow entering the first air duct 11 and exchanging heat with the first heat exchanger 2 can be blown to a user through the first air outlet 112, so that the area of the air flow covering the body of the user is increased, and the use comfort is improved. The airflow entering the second air duct 12 and exchanging heat with the second heat exchanger 4 can flow out from the side of the housing 1 through the second air outlet 122, so that the airflow flowing out from the second air outlet 122 is prevented from blowing to a user, and the comfort of the air conditioner 100 is further improved.
For example, when the air conditioner 100 is refrigerating, the cold air flows through the first air outlet 112 and blows towards the user, so that the area of the cold air flow covering the body of the user can be increased, and the hot air flow can blow towards one side of the housing 1 through the second air outlet 122, so that the hot air flow is prevented from blowing towards the body, and the use comfort of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
It will be appreciated that a heat pipe may be provided at the second outlet opening 122 to conduct the hot gas stream out of the chamber. Alternatively, when the air conditioner 100 is used in a kitchen, the second outlet 122 may be made opposite to the hood so that the hot air discharged from the second outlet 122 may be discharged to the outside through the hood when the hood is operated.
According to the air conditioner 100 of the embodiment of the invention, the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 are defined in the shell 1, the first heat exchanger 2 and the first fan assembly 3 are arranged in the first air duct 11, and the second heat exchanger 4 and the second fan assembly 5 are arranged in the second air duct 12, so that an indoor unit and an outdoor unit of the split air conditioner 100 in the related art are integrated into a whole, when the air conditioner is installed, the air conditioner 100 can be integrally installed indoors, and the air conditioner 100 is simple in structure and convenient to install. Moreover, since the first air duct 11 and the second air duct are arranged in the left-right direction, the air duct has a simple structure, which is advantageous for reducing the overall size of the air conditioner 100.
On the other hand, since the first air inlet 111, the first air outlet 112 and the second air inlet 121 are all disposed on the front surface of the housing 1, and the second air outlet 122 is disposed on the side surface of the housing 1, when the air conditioner 100 is disposed close to a wall or hung on the wall, the circulation of the air flow in the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 of the air conditioner 100 can still be ensured, and the flexibility of the installation position and the installation manner of the air conditioner 100 is improved. On the other hand, by arranging the first air outlet 112 on the front surface of the housing 1 and arranging the second air outlet 122 on the side surface of the housing 1, the air flow entering the first air duct 11 and exchanging heat with the first heat exchanger 2 can be blown to the user through the first air outlet 112, so that the area of the air flow covering the body of the user is increased, and the use comfort is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1-7, the housing 1 includes a main chassis 13 and an air-out frame 14. The first and second air inlets 111 and 121 are formed on a front side wall of the main chassis 13. The air-out frame 14 is connected with the front side wall of the main case 13 and the air-out frame 14 protrudes forwards from the front side wall of the main case 13.
For example, in the example of fig. 1, the air-out frame 14 may be provided near the upper edge of the front side wall of the housing 1. The first wind inlet 111 is formed below the wind outlet frame 14. The airflow can enter the first air duct 11 from the first air inlet 111 at the front lower side of the main chassis 13 to exchange heat with the first heat exchanger 2, and the airflow after exchanging heat with the first heat exchanger 2 can flow out from the first air outlet 112 at the front upper side.
From this, through setting up out the wind frame 14 to make out the preceding lateral wall of wind frame 14 protrusion in mainframe shell 13 forward, can make first air intake 111 and first air outlet 112 stagger in the front-back direction, avoided effectively that the air current that gets into first wind channel 11 through first air intake 111 does not directly flow from first air outlet 112 through the heat transfer of first heat exchanger 2, improved the heat transfer effect, and prolonged the circulation passageway of air current, reduced air conditioner 100's noise effectively.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air-out frame 14 extends from one end of the length square of the main chassis 13 to the other end of the length direction of the main chassis 13. Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the length direction of the air-out frame 14 is the same as the length direction of the main chassis 13, and the length of the air-out frame 14 is equal to the length of the main chassis 13. This improves the appearance of the air conditioner 100.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a first air outlet 112 is formed at a position of the air outlet frame 14 opposite to the first air duct 11. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 4, the air outlet is not formed at the position of the air outlet frame 14 and the second air duct 12, so that the air flow in the second air duct 12 is prevented from flowing out through the first air outlet 112.
According to other embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 9 to 17, the front panel 16 of the case 1 includes a first sub-panel 161 and a second sub-panel 162 connected to each other, the first sub-panel 161 is located above the second sub-panel 162, and the first sub-panel 161 and the second sub-panel 162 are not coplanar, one of the first intake vent 111 and the first exhaust vent 112 is formed on the first sub-panel 161, and the other of the first intake vent 111 and the first exhaust vent 112 is formed on the second sub-panel 162.
For example, when the first intake vent 111 is disposed on the first sub-panel 161, the first exhaust vent 112 is disposed on the second sub-panel 162. When the first intake vent 111 is disposed on the second sub-panel 162, the first exhaust vent 112 is disposed on the first sub-panel 161. For example, in the example of fig. 9, the first outlet vent 112 is disposed on the first sub-panel 161, and the first outlet vent 112 is disposed on the second sub-panel 162. At this time, the air flow can enter the first air duct 11 from the front lower side of the housing 1 and flow out from the front upper side of the housing 1.
Referring to fig. 9-11 and 13-14, the first sub-panel 161 and the second sub-panel 162 are angled with respect to each other. Therefore, the front panel 16 of the casing 1 is configured as two sub-panels (i.e. the first sub-panel 161 and the second sub-panel 162) forming an included angle with each other, one of the first air inlet 111 and the first air outlet 112 is formed on the first sub-panel 161, and the other of the first air inlet 111 and the first air outlet 112 is formed on the second sub-panel 162, so that the first air inlet 111 and the first air outlet 112 are respectively formed on two non-coplanar planes, thereby effectively preventing the air flow entering the first air duct 11 through the first air inlet 111 from directly flowing out from the first air outlet 112 without heat exchange by the first heat exchanger 2, improving the heat exchange effect, and improving the appearance aesthetic property of the air conditioner 100.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the second sub-panel 162 extends toward a direction near the center of the housing 1 in a top-down direction. It is understood that the first sub-panel 161 may extend in a vertical direction at this time, or in a top-to-bottom direction, the first sub-panel 161 extends toward a direction away from the center of the housing 1. Therefore, the first sub-panel 161 and the second sub-panel 162 are not coplanar, the structure is simple, the processing is convenient, and the appearance of the air conditioner 100 is more beautiful.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first sub-panel 161 extends in a direction from top to bottom toward a direction away from the center of the housing 1. It will be appreciated that the second sub-panel 162 may extend in a vertical direction at this time, or in a top-to-bottom direction, the second sub-panel 162 extends toward a direction away from the center of the housing 1. That is to say, only the rear end of the first volute 32 may extend to be connected to the back panel of the housing 1, and at this time, the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 may be separated by the first volute 32, so as to avoid heat exchange between air flows in the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12, and improve heat exchange efficiency. Or only the rear end of the second volute 52 may extend to be connected to the back panel of the housing 1, and at this time, the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 may be separated by the second volute 52, so that heat exchange between air flows in the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 may also be avoided, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved.
Alternatively, the rear end of the first scroll casing 32 may be extended to be connected to the backplate of the housing 1, and the rear end of the second scroll casing 52 may be extended to be connected to the backplate of the housing 1. At this time, the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 can be separated by the first volute 32 and the second volute 52, so that heat exchange between air flows in the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 is avoided, and the heat exchange efficiency is improved. Further, at this time, the first volute 32 and the second volute 52 are spaced apart to define a housing chamber 7 for housing the compressor 6 between the first volute 32 and the second volute 52. Therefore, three cavities, namely the first air duct 11, the accommodating cavity 7 and the second air duct 12, can be defined in the housing 1 through the first volute 32 and the second volute 52, so that the compressor 6 can be separated from the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 through the first volute 32 and the second volute 52, the heat exchange between the air flow in the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 and the compressor 6 is avoided, and further, the heat exchange efficiency of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first heat exchanger 2 and/or the second heat exchanger 4 are formed in a flat plate shape.
