Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like reference numerals refer to the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar function throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present invention, and should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
An air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The air conditioner 100 may be used in a room such as a kitchen.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, an air conditioner 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a housing 1, a first heat exchanger 2, a first fan 3, a second heat exchanger 4, a second fan 5, and a compressor 6.
Wherein, the housing 1 may provide an installation space for the first heat exchanger 2, the first fan 3, the second heat exchanger 4, the second fan 5, and the compressor 6. A heat exchange flow path is formed among the compressor 6, the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4. The refrigerant may flow in the heat exchange flow path to cool or heat the air conditioner 100.
Specifically, a first air duct 11 and a second air duct 12 spaced apart from each other are defined in the housing 1, the first air duct 11 has a first air inlet 111 and a first air outlet 112, the second air duct 12 has a second air inlet 121 and a second air outlet 122, the first air inlet 111 and the first air outlet 112 are respectively formed on two side walls of the housing 1 opposite to each other, the second air inlet 121 and the second air outlet 122 are respectively formed on two side walls of the housing 1 adjacent to each other, the first air outlet 112 is formed on a front surface of the housing 1 (i.e., a front surface of the housing 1), and the second air outlet 122 is formed on a side surface of the housing 1.
The first heat exchanger 2 and the first fan 3 are disposed in the first air duct 11, and the first fan 3 can drive an air flow from the first air inlet 111 to the first air outlet 112. The second heat exchanger 4 is disposed in the second air duct 12, and one of the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4 is a condenser, and the other of the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4 is an evaporator. The second fan 5 is disposed in the second air duct 12 to drive the air flow from the second air inlet 121 to the second air outlet 122. A compressor 6 is disposed within the housing 1.
Specifically, when the first heat exchanger 2 is a condenser, the second heat exchanger 4 is an evaporator; when the first heat exchanger 2 is an evaporator, the second heat exchanger 4 is a condenser. The refrigerant may be liquefied and released heat in the condenser, and vaporized and absorbed heat in the evaporator, so that the refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner 100 may be smoothly performed, and here, the first heat exchanger 2 is taken as the evaporator, and the second heat exchanger 4 is taken as the condenser for example, which should not be construed as limiting the present application.
The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant compressed by the compressor 6 can flow to the second heat exchanger 4 and be liquefied and released in the second heat exchanger 4, so that the temperature of the airflow outside the second heat exchanger 4 is increased; the liquefied refrigerant flows to the first heat exchanger 2, and the refrigerant is vaporized in the first heat exchanger 2 to absorb heat, so that the temperature of the airflow outside the first heat exchanger 2 is reduced.
Therefore, by defining the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 separated from each other in the casing 1, and disposing the first heat exchanger 2 and the first fan 3 in the first air duct 11, and disposing the second heat exchanger 4 and the second fan 5 in the second air duct 12, the indoor unit and the outdoor unit of the split type air conditioner 100 in the related art are integrated, and when installed, the air conditioner 100 can be integrally installed indoors, so that the air conditioner 100 has a simple structure and is convenient to install. Moreover, since the first air duct 11 and the second air duct are arranged in the left-right direction, the air duct has a simple structure, which is advantageous for reducing the overall size of the air conditioner 100.
It can be understood that, when the air conditioner 100 is refrigerating, under the driving of the first fan 3, the indoor hot air flow enters the first air duct 11 from the first air inlet 111, and the hot air flow exchanges heat with the first heat exchanger 2 when passing through the first heat exchanger 2, and then turns into cold air flow and flows to the first air outlet 112, so that the cold air flow can flow from the first air outlet 112 to the indoor to cool the indoor; in order to enable the refrigeration cycle of the air conditioner 100 to operate continuously, under the driving of the second fan 5, the indoor airflow further enters the second air duct 12 from the second air inlet 121, and the airflow exchanges heat with the second heat exchanger 4 when passing through the second heat exchanger 4, changes into hot airflow, and then flows to the second air outlet 122.
Therefore, the airflow after heat exchange by the second heat exchanger 4 can flow into the room from the second air outlet 122, and at this time, the heat conduction pipe can be installed at the second air outlet 122 to guide the hot airflow out of the room. Alternatively, when the air conditioner 100 is used in a kitchen, the second outlet 122 may be made opposite to the hood so that the hot air discharged from the second outlet 122 may be discharged to the outside through the hood when the hood is operated.
For example, in some embodiments of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 in combination with fig. 5 and 10, the housing 1 is formed in a rectangular parallelepiped shape. The housing 1 includes a top wall, a bottom wall, a front side wall, a rear side wall, and left and right side walls. The first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 are arranged in the left-right direction and spaced apart from each other. Wherein, the first air duct 11 may be located at the left side of the second air duct 12. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the first air duct 11 may be located on the right side of the second air duct 12. In the following description of the present application, the first air duct 11 is located on the left side of the second air duct 12 for illustration.
Specifically, a middle partition plate 13 extending in the front-rear direction may be provided in the casing 1, and the casing 1 may be divided into the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 by the middle partition plate 13. Among them, the first intake vent 111 may be formed on a rear sidewall of the housing 1, the first outtake vent 112 may be formed on a front sidewall of the housing 1, the second intake vent 121 may be formed on a front sidewall or a rear sidewall of the housing 1, and the second outtake vent 122 may be formed on a right sidewall of the housing 1.
From this, through setting up first air outlet 112 in the front of casing 1 to set up second air outlet 122 in the side of casing 1, get into the air current after the heat transfer with first heat exchanger 2 in the first wind channel 11, can blow to the user through first air outlet 112, increased the area that the air current covered the user's health, improved the use travelling comfort. The airflow entering the second air duct 12 and exchanging heat with the second heat exchanger 4 can flow out from the side of the housing 1 through the second air outlet 122, so that the airflow flowing out from the second air outlet 122 is prevented from blowing to a user, and the comfort of the air conditioner 100 is further improved.
For example, when the air conditioner 100 is refrigerating, the cold air flows through the first air outlet 112 and blows towards the user, so that the area of the cold air flow covering the body of the user can be increased, and the hot air flow can blow towards one side of the housing 1 through the second air outlet 122, so that the hot air flow is prevented from blowing towards the body, and the use comfort of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
Here, it should be noted that when the human body stands facing and parallel to the air conditioner 100, the side of the air conditioner 100 facing the human body may be understood as the direction "front" in the present application, and correspondingly, the side of the air conditioner 100 facing away from the human body may be understood as the direction "rear" in the present application, the direction "left" in the present application may be understood as the direction "left" in the present application, and the direction "right" in the present application may be understood as the direction "right" in the present application.
In addition, in the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", "circumferential", and the like indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are only for convenience of description and simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
According to the utility model discloses air conditioner 100, through inject first wind channel 11 and second wind channel 12 separated each other in casing 1 to set up first heat exchanger 2 and first fan 3 in first wind channel 11, set up second heat exchanger 4 and second fan 5 in second wind channel 12, the indoor set and the off-premises station integration of split air conditioner 100 in the correlation technique are as an organic whole, when the installation, can install air conditioner 100 at indoor integratively, make air conditioner 100 simple structure, simple to operate. Moreover, since the first air duct 11 and the second air duct are arranged in the left-right direction, the air duct has a simple structure, which is advantageous for reducing the overall size of the air conditioner 100.
Meanwhile, the first air outlet 112 is arranged on the front side of the casing 1, and the second air outlet 122 is arranged on the side surface of the casing 1, so that the air flow entering the first air duct 11 and exchanging heat with the first heat exchanger 2 can be blown to a user through the first air outlet 112, the area of the air flow covering the body of the user is increased, the use comfort is improved, the air flow entering the second air duct 12 and exchanging heat with the second heat exchanger 4 is enabled to flow to one side of the casing 1 through the second air outlet 122, the air flow flowing out from the second air outlet 122 is prevented from being blown to the user, and the use comfort of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the utility model, first fan 3 is axial fan, and second fan 5 is centrifugal fan. The air exhaust direction of the axial flow fan is straight along the direction of the fan shaft, the air inlet and the air outlet of the axial flow fan are on the same axial parallel line, and the air exhaust direction of the centrifugal fan is perpendicular to the direction of the air inlet, so that 360-degree air exhaust in the designated direction can be realized.
Because the first air inlet 111 and the first air outlet 112 are oppositely arranged, and the second air inlet 121 and the second air outlet 122 are respectively arranged on two adjacent side walls of the housing 1, the first fan 3 is arranged as an axial flow fan, and the airflow entering the first air duct 11 through the first air inlet 111 can flow to the first air outlet 112 without changing the airflow flowing direction, thereby effectively reducing the wind resistance and the air loss; the second fan 5 is a centrifugal fan, so that the air flow entering the second air duct 12 through the second air inlet 121 can be conveniently discharged from the second air outlet 122, the structures of the first air duct 11 and the second air duct 12 are simplified, the structure of the air conditioner 100 is more compact, the overall size of the air conditioner 100 is favorably reduced, and the occupied space of the air conditioner 100 is further reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the first fan 3 is located downstream of the first heat exchanger 2, and/or the second fan 5 is located downstream of the second heat exchanger 4. Specifically, the first fan 3 is located downstream of the first heat exchanger 2, or the second fan 5 is located downstream of the second heat exchanger 4, or the first fan 3 is located downstream of the first heat exchanger 2 and the second fan 5 is located downstream of the second heat exchanger 4. It is to be understood that "downstream" in this application refers to downstream in the direction of flow of the gas stream.
When the first fan 3 is located at the downstream of the first heat exchanger 2, under the driving of the first fan 3, the air flows through the first air inlet 111, enters the first air duct 11, exchanges heat with the first heat exchanger 2, and then enters the first fan 3. Therefore, the air flow entering the first air duct 11 can be ensured to be fully contacted with the first heat exchanger 2, and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved. When the second fan 5 is located at the downstream of the second heat exchanger 4, under the driving of the second fan 5, after the airflow enters the second air duct 12 through the second air inlet 121, the airflow exchanges heat with the second heat exchanger 4 first, and then enters the second fan 5. Therefore, the air flow entering the second air duct 12 can be ensured to be fully contacted with the second heat exchanger 4, and the heat exchange efficiency can be improved. Thereby, the heat exchange efficiency of the first heat exchanger 2 and/or the second heat exchanger 4 can be improved.
Optionally, the first heat exchanger 2 is disposed opposite the first air intake opening 111, and/or the second heat exchanger 4 is disposed opposite the second air intake opening 121. Specifically, the first heat exchanger 2 is disposed opposite to the first air inlet 111, or the second heat exchanger 4 is disposed opposite to the second air inlet 121, or the first heat exchanger 2 is disposed opposite to the first air inlet 111 and the second heat exchanger 4 is disposed opposite to the second air inlet 121.
When the first heat exchanger 2 is disposed opposite to the first air inlet 111, it is ensured that the air flow entering the first air duct 11 fully contacts the first heat exchanger 2, so that the heat exchange effect is effectively improved. When the second heat exchanger is disposed opposite to the second air inlet 121, the air flow entering the second air duct 12 can be ensured to be fully contacted with the second heat exchanger 4, thereby effectively improving the heat exchange effect.

The first heat exchanger 2 may be disposed on a rear sidewall of the casing 1 opposite to the first air intake opening 111, and the second heat exchanger 4 may be disposed on a front sidewall of the casing 1 opposite to the second air intake opening 121. Therefore, the first heat exchanger 2 and the second heat exchanger 4 can be arranged in a staggered manner in the front-rear direction, so that the structure of the air conditioner 100 is more compact, and the size of the air conditioner 100 is reduced.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, the bottom of the first heat exchanger 2 is provided with a water storage tank 9, and the water storage tank 9 is provided with a discharge port 91 communicated with the outside of the housing 1. Therefore, the condensed water on the first heat exchanger 2 can flow to the water storage tank 9 and is discharged out of the casing 1 through the discharge port 91 on the water storage tank 9, the condensed water is effectively prevented from being collected in the casing 1, the damage of components in the casing 1 is avoided, and the reliability of the air conditioner 100 is improved.

Therefore, the cold airflow in the first air duct 11 can be prevented from exchanging heat with the compressor 6 when flowing through the compressor 6, so that the energy loss is reduced, and the refrigeration effect of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 5 to 8, the compressor 6 may be disposed between the first fan 3 and the second fan 5. Therefore, the structure of the air conditioner 100 can be more compact, the center of gravity of the air conditioner 100 can be approximately positioned in the middle of the casing 1, and the stability of the air conditioner 100 is improved.
According to some embodiments of the present invention, a mounting seat 14 is provided in the housing 1, and the compressor 6 is fixed on the mounting seat 14 by a fastener. For example, referring to fig. 5 to 8 in combination with fig. 9 and 10, the mounting seat 14 is disposed on the bottom wall of the housing 1, the mounting seat 14 is provided with a first fixing hole 141, the outer peripheral wall of the compressor 6 is provided with a connecting lug 61, the connecting lug 61 is provided with a second fixing hole 611 corresponding to the first fixing hole 141, and the compressor 6 can be fixed on the mounting seat 14 by passing a fastener through the second fixing hole 611 and the first fixing hole 141 in sequence. Therefore, the compressor 6 can be conveniently and firmly fixed in the shell 1, the structure is simple, and the assembly is convenient.
Alternatively, compressor 6 is coupled to mount 14 by three fasteners. Specifically, the outer peripheral wall of the compressor 6 is provided with three engaging lugs 61, and the three engaging lugs 61 are arranged at even intervals in the circumferential direction of the compressor 6. This can further improve the reliability of the connection between the compressor 6 and the mount 14.
