The operation process of the invention is as follows: as shown in fig. 8, after the gas enters the mixed gas channel 55 through the gas inlet, a part of air is simultaneously injected into the mixed gas channel 55 of the combustion monomer, after the gas and the air are mixed in the channel, the mixed gas enters the flame hole group 54 on the fire exhaust sheet through the gas outlet and the drainage holes 56 to be combusted to form main flame, wherein the drainage holes 56 introduce the mixed gas into the flame hole group far away from the gas outlet, so that stable combustion far away from the main flame of the gas outlet is ensured; part of the mixed gas flows into the cavity 62 through the vent holes 58 of the first side plate 51 and the second side plate 52, and is combusted at the upper part of the cavity to form an auxiliary flame, and the auxiliary flame plays a role in protecting the main flame; meanwhile, the blower operates, secondary air enters the burner group from the guide holes of the front guide plate 33 and carries out secondary combustion with redundant unburnt fuel gas, and partial secondary air carries out third combustion with the insufficiently burnt fuel gas above the burner through the guide holes 32 of other air guide plates, so that the combustion efficiency is improved.

A burner for a gas water heater is characterized in that: including combustion chamber (10), combustor after-poppet (20) and a plurality of combustor monomer (40), be equipped with a plurality of fire boards (21) that move on combustor after-poppet (20), combustor monomer (40) are inserted and are located two adjacent clearance between the fire boards (21) that move and be fixed in the combustor after-poppet, combustor after-poppet (20) are fixed in combustion chamber (10), be equipped with air guide plate (30) in the wall all around of combustion chamber (10), be equipped with the interval between the wall inner wall all around of this air guide plate (30) and combustion chamber, air guide plate (30) upper end is bent towards one side and is formed turn-ups (31), is equipped with a plurality of water conservancy diversion holes (32) on this turn-ups (31), water conservancy diversion hole (32) communicate in the interval that forms between air guide plate (30) and combustion chamber (10).

The burner for a gas water heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein: combustion chamber (10) comprise combustion chamber bottom plate (14) and connect combustion chamber front bezel (12), two combustion chamber curb plates (11) and combustion chamber back plate (13) all around in combustion chamber bottom plate, connect combustion chamber inner bottom plate (15) on combustion chamber front bezel (12), inside combustion chamber bottom plate (14) was arranged in to bottom plate (15) in this combustion chamber, pass through screw fixed connection between combustion chamber front bezel (12), two combustion chamber curb plates (11) and combustion chamber back plate (13).

The burner for a gas water heater as claimed in claim 2, wherein: air guide plate (30) include left side guide plate, right side guide plate, front side guide plate (33) and rear side deflector, left side guide plate is fixed in two combustion chamber curb plates (11) inboardly through the buckle respectively with the right side guide plate, front side guide plate (33) are fixed in on combustor after-poppet (20) through the buckle, rear side deflector is fixed in combustion chamber back plate (13) inboardly through the buckle, turn-ups (31) set up with air guide plate (30) are perpendicular.

The burner for a gas water heater as claimed in claim 3, wherein: combustor after-poppet (20) include horizontal pole and fixed connection in the montant at horizontal pole both ends, front side guide plate (33) are fixed in on two montants, and a plurality of fire moving plate (21) are evenly arranged along the length direction of horizontal pole, are equipped with a circular shape on every fire moving plate (21) and move fire hole (22).

The burner for a gas water heater as claimed in claim 1, wherein: combustor monomer (40) are including fire row piece (50) and two flame protection plate (60) of difference fixed connection in this fire row piece both sides, the lower extreme of flame protection plate (60) welds in fire row piece (50), forms cavity (62) between its upper end and the fire row piece, be equipped with a plurality of flame vent group (54) on the fire row piece, this flame vent group (54) and cavity (62) intercommunication each other, the both sides of fire row piece lower extreme are equipped with a plurality of air vents (58), air vent (58) and cavity (62) intercommunication each other.

The burner for a gas water heater as claimed in claim 5, wherein: fire row piece (50) include first curb plate (51), second curb plate (52) and roof (53), roof fixed connection is passed through to the upper end of first curb plate (51) and second curb plate (52), two lateral walls and the direct fixed connection of lower extreme of first curb plate and second curb plate, be equipped with a plurality of flame vent groups (54) on roof (53), the inside of first curb plate and second curb plate forms gas mixture passageway (55), the one end of gas mixture passageway (55) is the air inlet, and the other end is the gas outlet, the gas outlet with flame vent group (54) communicate each other, keep away from the gas outlet side in the fire row piece and be equipped with drainage hole (56), the lower extreme and the gas mixture passageway (55) intercommunication of this drainage hole (56), its upper end with flame vent group (54) intercommunication.
