Abstract

the combustion assembly 2A comprises a front frame 2, a plurality of combustors 3 and a rear frame 4, wherein the front frame 2 comprises a front plane plate 20 and a longitudinal bending plate 21 arranged on one side of the front plane plate 20, the longitudinal bending plate 21 is provided with a plurality of first fire moving plate parts 210 along the width direction, the rear frame 4 comprises a support body 40 and a plurality of second fire moving plate parts 41 arranged on the side walls of the support body 40, the support body 40 is fixed on the front plane plate 20 through a positioning assembly 5, the longitudinal hole part of each first fire moving plate part 210 is opposite to the corresponding longitudinal hole part of the second fire moving plate part 41, and two side walls of the combustor 3 are respectively inserted between the first fire moving plate parts 210 and the second fire moving plate parts 41;
the combustor 3 comprises a body 30, a first fuel gas injection pipe 31 arranged on the body 30 and used for generating thick flame, a second fuel gas injection pipe 32 arranged on the body 30 and used for generating thin flame, and a thick flame hole 33, wherein the side wall of the first fuel gas injection pipe 31 is provided with at least one air outlet 310, the air outlet 310 is communicated with the thick flame hole 33, and the first fuel gas injection pipe 31 and the second fuel gas injection pipe 32 are communicated with the fuel gas so that the front frame 2, the combustor 3, the rear frame 4 and the combustion chamber 1 form an integrated thick-thin combustion system. By arranging the first fire moving plate portion 210 and the second fire moving plate portion 41, both side walls of the burner 1 are respectively inserted between the first fire moving plate portion 210 and the second fire moving plate portion 41, and when in use, the front frame 2, the burner 3, the rear frame 4 and the combustion chamber 1 form an integrated rich-lean combustion system, so that the combustion stability is high, and the service life is long.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, the front panel 20 is provided with vent holes 200 for introducing secondary air, and the vent holes 200 are distributed on the surface of the front panel 20. The vent holes 200 for introducing the secondary air are arranged, so that on one hand, a wind wall can be formed between the peripheral walls of the combustion chamber 1, the redundant heat of the peripheral walls of the combustion chamber 1 is taken away by the flowing of the air, the temperature of the peripheral walls of the combustion chamber 1 is further reduced, and the service life of the whole combustion chamber 1 is prolonged; on the other hand, the air entering through the other air vents 200 can be combusted for the third time with the insufficiently combusted gas above the burner 3, thereby further improving the combustion efficiency.
Referring to fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the present embodiment, the bracket body 40 includes a bracket body 400, a first extending plate 401 and a second extending plate 402 extending from the front and rear side walls of the bracket body 400, and the positioning assembly 5 includes a plurality of positioning pins (not shown, hereinafter, these positioning pins are all used), a plurality of first dish holes 50 disposed on the first extending plate 401, and a plurality of second dish holes 51 disposed on the second extending plate 402;
the positioning pin is inserted into the corresponding first capsule-shaped hole 50 or the second capsule-shaped hole 51 and screwed on the front frame 2.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the fuel injection device further includes an air conditioner plate 6, the air conditioner plate 6 is fixed to the front frame 2 by screw locking, a plurality of circular holes 60 are formed near a top side edge of the air conditioner plate 6 in the width direction, two adjacent circular holes 60 are arranged alternately, and the circular holes 60 and the first fuel injection pipe 31 are coaxially arranged oppositely;
a plurality of square slotted holes 61 are formed in the side edge of the bottom of the air conditioning plate 6 in the width direction, two adjacent square slotted holes 61 are arranged at intervals, and the square slotted holes 61 and the second gas injection pipe 32 are arranged coaxially and oppositely. The air-conditioning plate 6 is used for adjusting the amount of air injected when the fuel gas jet flows into the first fuel gas injection pipe 31 and the second fuel gas injection pipe 32, and optimizing the ratio of the air and the fuel gas of the mixed gas in the first fuel gas injection pipe 31 and the second fuel gas injection pipe 32 so as to achieve a better combustion ratio.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, in the present embodiment, the burner 3 further includes a fire hole strip 34 and a flame holding plate 35 having a combustion chamber, and the fire hole strip 34 is embedded in the flame holding plate 35;
the lower end of the flame protection plate 35 is fixed to the body 30 by welding without a gap.
Referring to fig. 3, 6 and 7, in the present embodiment, the combustion chamber 1 includes a bottom plate 10 having an air inlet, a front plate 11 having mounting holes for mounting an ignition device and an induction flame device, and a side plate 12, wherein the front plate 11 is screwed and locked to the side plate 12 by another screw.
In this embodiment, the side plates 12 are U-shaped.
When the integrated rich-lean combustion system is used, the working principle is as follows by combining the drawings shown in fig. 2 to 5: after the gas is ejected from the gas pipeline, the gas firstly passes through the air-conditioning plate 6, then the gas jet flows into the first gas ejection pipe 31 and the second gas ejection pipe 32, and simultaneously a part of air is ejected into the corresponding first gas ejection pipe 31 and the second gas ejection pipe 32, after the air and the gas are mixed, the mixed gas of the first gas ejection pipe 31 flows out from the air outlet and reaches the dense flame hole 33 to be combusted to form dense flame; the mixed gas in the second gas injection pipe 32 reaches the fire bar port to be combusted, and a light flame is formed at the fire bar port; the gas at the thick flame is more and less in air, the gas at the light flame is more and less in air, the gas which is not fully combusted at the thick flame and the redundant air at the light flame are subjected to secondary combustion, so that the gas is fully combusted, and the thick and light combustion system is strong in combustion stability and long in service life in the using process.
As described above, the integrated rich-lean combustion system according to the present invention has the following advantageous effects:
after the integrated thick and thin combustion system is utilized, compared with the prior art, due to the adoption of the structure, through the arrangement of the first fire moving plate part and the second fire moving plate part, two side walls of the combustor are respectively inserted between the first fire moving plate part and the second fire moving plate part, and when the integrated thick and thin combustion system is used, the front frame, the combustor, the rear frame and the combustion chamber form the integrated thick and thin combustion system, so that the combustion stability is strong, and the service life is long.
