本发明涉及一种防堵塞安全阀,包括:阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀盖、反冲盘、压力整定装置;其特征是:阀座由上阀座和下阀座组成,上阀座固定设置在阀体进口通道上端口,下阀座设置在阀体进口通道下端口,其下端面具有与压力管道直径相等的圆弧,在下阀座通道内设有内圆锥密封面,阀瓣具有与所述内圆锥密封面相互配合的外圆锥密封面,阀瓣下端面具有与下阀座下端面相同弧度的圆弧,阀瓣上端面与下阀杆下端固定连接。避免造成介质流道死区,介质在安全阀进口通道内凝聚、堆积,甚至堵塞进口通道,影响安全阀的正常工作,具有工作性能可靠、密封性好等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种安全阀,尤其是涉及一种弹簧式防堵塞安全阀。
背景技术
传统弹簧式安全阀,其阀座密封面安装在阀体内腔,阀座密封面通过进口通道与压力管道连通,进口通道采用喷管形流道设计,其缺点在于:当管道中输送介质为泥浆、聚丙烯等易结晶或凝固的介质时,由于安全阀大部分时间处于关闭状态,在阀座进口通道内容易造成结晶、沉淀,当管道内介质压力异常升压,达到预设定的整定压力时,造成阀瓣无法开启,阀门无法进行有效的泄压,无法有效的保护管道或压力容器。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷,本发明提供一种预防介质在阀座内腔沉淀、结晶,工作性能可靠、密封性好的防堵塞安全阀。
本发明通过如下技术方案来实现:
一种防堵塞安全阀,包括:阀体、阀座、阀瓣、阀盖、反冲盘、压力整定装置,阀座安装在阀体进口通道内,压力整定装置由弹簧、上弹簧座、下弹簧座、上阀杆、调节杆组成安装在阀盖内腔,调节杆通过螺纹连接的方式设置在阀盖上部,调节杆下部顶紧上弹簧座,调节杆上部伸入阀帽内,弹簧压装在上弹簧座与下弹簧座之间,上阀杆上端向上依次穿过导向套、下弹簧座、弹簧、上弹簧座、调节杆伸入阀帽内,阀盖下端固定安装在阀体上端,在阀盖与阀体之间安装导向套;其特征是:阀座由上阀座和下阀座组成,上阀座固定设置在阀体进口通道上端口,下阀座设置在阀体进口通道下端口,其下端面具有与压力管道直径相等的圆弧,在下阀座通道内设有内圆锥密封面,阀瓣具有与所述内圆锥密封面相互配合的外圆锥密封面,阀瓣下端面具有与下阀座下端面相同弧度的圆弧,阀瓣上端面与下阀杆下端固定连接,下阀杆上端外圆面与导向套的导向孔导向配合,下阀杆上端面制有上盲孔,上阀杆下端与所述上盲孔的底部顶触,反冲盘安装在下阀杆上,其下端面位于上阀座的上端口。
最好是,所述阀瓣由阀瓣座、阀瓣芯、阀瓣盖组成,阀瓣座下端面设有与下阀座下端面相同弧度的圆弧,阀瓣座上端面中心制有盲孔,下阀杆下端抵触在该盲孔底部并由横销与阀瓣座固定连接,阀瓣盖采用内螺纹与阀瓣座外螺纹固定安装,阀瓣盖下环面与阀瓣座的环形台阶之间构成环形沟槽,阀瓣芯固定设置在该沟槽内,阀瓣芯外环面具有与下阀座的内圆锥密封面相互配合的外圆锥密封面。
最好是,在导向套与反冲盘上端面之间设有波纹管,波纹管外面设置保护套,该保护套上部为金属套筒,由阀盖压装在阀体中腔平面内,下部为橡胶套,所述橡胶套的上端固定连接在金属套筒外圆面,下端压装在反冲盘上平面内。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果是:下阀座与阀瓣密封状态下具有与介质管道相同弧度的圆弧,避免现有产品因安装位置局部结构的改变,使得介质管道流通出现拐点,造成介质流道死区,介质在安全阀进口通道内凝聚、堆积,甚至堵塞进口通道,影响安全阀的正常工作,具有工作性能可靠、密封性好等优点。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的防堵塞安全阀,包括:阀体4、阀座、阀瓣、阀盖15、反冲盘8、压力整定装置,阀座安装在阀体4进口通道20内,阀座出口与阀体出口通道19连通,压力整定装置由弹簧13、上弹簧座16、下弹簧座12、上阀杆14、调节杆17组成,并安装在阀盖15内腔,调节杆17通过螺纹连接的方式设置在阀盖15上部,调节杆17下部顶紧上弹簧座16,调节杆17上部伸入阀帽18内,弹簧13压装在上弹簧座16与下弹簧座12之间,上阀杆14上端向上依次穿过导向套11、下弹簧座12、弹簧13、上弹簧座16、调节杆17伸入阀帽18内,阀盖15下端固定安装在阀体4上端,导向套11的安装盘压装在阀盖15与阀体4之间;其特征是:阀座由上阀座6和下阀座2组成,上阀座6固定设置在阀体4进口通道20的上端口,下阀座2设置在阀体4进口通道20的下端口,其下端面具有与压力管道1流道直径相等的圆弧,在下阀座2通道内设有内圆锥密封面24,阀瓣具有与所述内圆锥密封面24相互配合的外圆锥密封面,阀瓣下端面具有与下阀座2下端面相同弧度的圆弧,在阀瓣与下阀座2密封配合状态时,阀瓣下端面和下阀座2下端面与压力管道1内壁组成连续的圆形流道,流道內无死区、无死角,避免介质凝聚、堆积、堵塞进口通道20,阀瓣上端面与下阀杆5下端固定连接,下阀杆5上端外圆面与导向套11的导向孔导向配合,下阀杆5上端面制有上盲孔,上阀杆14下端与所述上盲孔的底部顶触,反冲盘8安装在下阀杆5上,其下端面位于上阀座6的上端口,在上阀座6的上端口外圆面上设有外螺纹,该外螺纹上安装调节圈7,通过调整调节圈7的上下位置,控制反冲盘的开启高度,提高流量系数。
所述阀瓣由阀瓣座22、阀瓣芯23、阀瓣盖3组成,阀瓣座22下端面设有与下阀座2下端面相同弧度的圆弧,阀瓣座22上端面中心制有盲孔,下阀杆5下端抵触在该盲孔底部并由横销21与阀瓣座22固定连接,阀瓣盖3采用内螺纹与阀瓣座22外螺纹固定安装,阀瓣盖3下环面与阀瓣座22的径向环形台阶之间构成环形沟槽,阀瓣芯23固定安装在该沟槽内,阀瓣芯23外环面具有与下阀座2的内圆锥密封面24相适配的外圆锥密封面,阀瓣芯23采用橡胶材料。
在导向套11的安装盘与反冲盘8上端面之间设有波纹管9,防止介质进入导向套11的导向孔內结晶,影响下阀杆5移动的灵活性,波纹管9外面设置保护套10,防止介质在波纹管9上结晶和对波纹管9产生冲刷,影响波纹管9的伸缩性能,该保护套10上部为金属套筒,金属套筒上端安装盘由阀盖15压装在阀体4中腔平面内,下部为橡胶套,所述橡胶套的上端固定连接在金属套筒外圆面,下端压装在反冲盘8上平面内,橡胶套的轴向高度大于反冲盘8的最大开启高度,在反冲盘8开启过程中不受保护套10的影响。

1.一种防堵塞安全阀,包括:阀体(4)、阀座、阀瓣、阀盖(15)、反冲盘(8)、压力整定装置,阀座安装在阀体(4)进口通道(20)内,阀座出口与阀体(4)的出口通道(19)连通,阀盖(15)下端固定安装在阀体(4)上端,导向套(11)的安装盘压装在阀盖(15)与阀体(4)之间;其特征是:阀座由上阀座(6)和下阀座(2)组成,上阀座(6)固定设置在阀体(4)进口通道(20)的上端口,下阀座(2)设置在阀体(4)进口通道(20)的下端口,其下端面具有与压力管道(1)流道直径相等的圆弧,在下阀座(2)通道内设有内圆锥密封面(24),阀瓣具有与所述内圆锥密封面(24)相适配的外圆锥密封面,阀瓣下端面具有与下阀座(2)下端面相同弧度的圆弧,阀瓣上端面与下阀杆(5)下端固定连接,下阀杆(5)上端外圆面与导向套(11)的导向孔导向配合,下阀杆(5)上端面制有上盲孔,上阀杆(14)下端与所述上盲孔的底部顶触,反冲盘(8)安装在下阀杆(5)上,其下端面位于上阀座(6)的上端口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防堵塞安全阀,其特征是:所述阀瓣由阀瓣座(22)、阀瓣芯(23)、阀瓣盖(3)组成,阀瓣座(22)下端面设有与下阀座(2)下端面相同弧度的圆弧,阀瓣座(22)上端面中心制有盲孔,下阀杆(5)下端抵触在该盲孔底部并由横销(21)与阀瓣座(22)固定连接,阀瓣盖(3)采用内螺纹与阀瓣座(22)外螺纹固定安装,阀瓣盖(3)下环面与阀瓣座(22)的径向环形台阶之间构成环形沟槽,阀瓣芯(23)固定安装在该环形沟槽内,阀瓣芯(23)外环面具有与下阀座(2)的内圆锥密封面(24)相适配的外圆锥密封面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防堵塞安全阀,其特征是:在导向套(11)的安装盘与反冲盘(8)上端面之间设有波纹管(9),波纹管(9)外面设置保护套(10),该保护套(10)上部为金属套筒,金属套筒上端的安装盘由阀盖(15)压装在阀体(4)中腔平面内,下部为橡胶套,所述橡胶套的上端固定连接在金属套筒外圆面,下端压装在反冲盘(8)上平面内。
