Abstract
本发明提供了一种电子出水终端,包括:电子阀、机械阀、用于控制电子阀的控制模块、用于控制机械阀的操作手柄;所述机械阀具有冷水进水口、热水进水口以及出水口;所述电子阀和机械阀串联连接;所述控制模块在接收到出水指令后发送控制信号控制电子阀打开;所述操作手柄位于关闭位置时,所述出水口与冷水进水口保持连通。本发明所提供了一种电子出水终端,使用者在使用操作手柄关闭的情况下依然可以用水。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种出水终端,尤其涉及电子出水终端。
背景技术
目前市场上的感应龙头,均为必须先把手打开,然后感应才能够出水,而把手关闭时,则都无法出水。而消费者由于使用习惯,使用后都习惯性的将把手关闭。这时,感应龙头则失去了触碰方便、卫生的价值。
如果一旦取消了把手,则会出现触摸感应模块或者红外感应模块失灵了之后,整个龙头就无法使用了的情况。由于这种龙头广泛应用在商场、机场等人流量非常大的区域,一旦龙头无法使用或非常不方便。因此,如果能够让龙头在电子出水和机械出水两个模式,并且在电子出水时无需操作把手。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的主要技术问题是提供一种电子出水终端,使用者在使用操作手柄关闭的情况下依然可以用水。
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明提供了一种电子出水终端,包括:电子阀、机械阀、用于控制电子阀的控制模块、用于控制机械阀的操作手柄;所述机械阀具有冷水进水口、热水进水口以及出水口;所述电子阀和机械阀串联连接;
所述控制模块在接收到出水指令后发送控制信号控制电子阀打开;
所述操作手柄位于关闭位置时,所述出水口与冷水进水口保持连通。
在一较佳实施例中:所述出水指令为触摸出水指令或感应出水指令或无线出水指令。
在一较佳实施例中:所述电子阀为电磁阀。
在一较佳实施例中:所述控制模块包括控制盒、以及设置于控制盒内的电路板;所述电路板的信号输出端与电磁阀连接。
在一较佳实施例中:所述机械阀内具有一定陶瓷片与动陶瓷片;所述动陶瓷片与操作手柄连动;
所述定陶瓷片设置有所述冷水进水口、热水进水口和出水口;所述动陶瓷片设置有过水孔。
在一较佳实施例中:所述操作手柄位于关闭位置时,所述过水孔将冷水进水口与出水口连通。
在一较佳实施例中:所述操作手柄带动所述动陶瓷片转动;
所述动陶瓷片在转动过程中,所述过水孔将冷水进水口与出水口连通,或者所述过水孔将冷水进水口、热水进水口同时与出水口连通。
在一较佳实施例中:所述出水终端为龙头。
在一较佳实施例中:所述龙头为抽拉式龙头。
相较于现有技术,本发明的技术方案具备以下有益效果:
本发明提供了一种电子出水终端,在操作手柄位于关闭位置时,机械阀的冷水进水口和出水口依然保持连通,这样用户使用触摸或者红外感应等方式控制电子阀打开后,出水终端依然可以正常流出冷水。不会出现使用前一定要打开操作手柄的问题。而当用户需要使用热水时,才需要操作操作手柄让过水孔同时和冷水进水口和热水进水口连通。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明技术方案更加清楚,现将本发明结合实施例和附图做进一步说明。
参考图1-图8,一种电子出水终端,本实施例中优选为抽拉龙头,包括:电子阀1、机械阀2、用于控制电子阀1的控制模块3、用于控制机械阀2的操作手柄4;所述机械阀2具有冷水进水口211、热水进水口212以及出水口213;所述电子阀1和机械阀2串联连接;
所述操作手柄4位于关闭位置时,所述出水口与冷水进水口保持连通。因此,当用户发出出水指令至所述控制模块3后,控制模块3就会发送控制信号控制电子阀1打开;此时龙头就可以流出冷水。因此,即使用户不打开操作手柄,依然可以正常使用冷水,不会出现使用前一定要打开操作手柄4的问题。
本实施例中,所述出水指令为触摸出水指令或感应出水指令或无线出水指令。只需要在出水终端中准备对应的触摸模块、红外模块或者无线模块即可,这几个模块都属于现有技术,不是本发明的保护要点,因此在本实施例中对其结构不做过多的展开。
所述电子阀1为电磁阀。本领域的技术人员也可以根据需要选用其他的电子阀进行替换,属于本实施例的简单替换。
所述控制模块3包括控制盒、以及设置于控制盒内的电路板;所述电路板的信号输出端与电磁阀连接。这样电路板就可以控制电磁阀打开或者关闭。
本实施例中,所述机械阀2内具有一定陶瓷片21与动陶瓷片22;所述动陶瓷片22与操作手柄4连动;
所述定陶瓷片21设置有所述冷水进水口211、热水进水口212和出水口213;所述动陶瓷片22设置有过水孔221。本实施例中,所述冷水进水口211、热水进水口212和出水口213;呈圆周分布,所述过水孔221位于该圆周的内部,并且过水孔221的一部分向外凸出形成凸出部222。
当所述操作手柄4位于关闭位置时,所述过水孔221中的凸出部222将冷水进水口211与出水口213连通。这样就实现了操作手柄4关闭时,机械阀2中依然可以有冷水流过。
所述操作手柄4带动所述动陶瓷片22转动;所述动陶瓷片22在转动过程中,所述过水孔221将冷水进水口211与出水口213连通,或者所述过水孔221将冷水进水口211、热水进水口212同时与出水口213连通。本实施例中,动陶瓷片22从初始位置开始转动时,其过水孔221与热水进水口212的连通面积逐渐增加,使得出水口213的出水水温也逐渐增加。
抽拉龙头其他部分的结构属于现有技术,本实施例中不做过多的描述。
本实施例中以抽拉龙头为例,实际应用中,出水终端也可以是非抽拉的龙头或者是花洒等等出水终端。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明的范围不限于此,本本领域的技术人员可以容易地想到本发明所公开的变化或技术范围。替代方案旨在涵盖在本发明的范围内。因此,本发明的保护范围应由权利要求的范围确定。
Claims (9)
1.一种电子出水终端,其特征在于包括:电子阀、机械阀、用于控制电子阀的控制模块、用于控制机械阀的操作手柄;所述机械阀具有冷水进水口、热水进水口以及出水口;所述电子阀和机械阀串联连接;
所述控制模块在接收到出水指令后发送控制信号控制电子阀打开;
所述操作手柄位于关闭位置时,所述出水口与冷水进水口保持连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述出水指令为触摸出水指令或感应出水指令或无线出水指令。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述电子阀为电磁阀。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述控制模块包括控制盒、以及设置于控制盒内的电路板;所述电路板的信号输出端与电磁阀连接。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述机械阀内具有一定陶瓷片与动陶瓷片;所述动陶瓷片与操作手柄连动;
所述定陶瓷片设置有所述冷水进水口、热水进水口和出水口;所述动陶瓷片设置有过水孔。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述操作手柄位于关闭位置时,所述过水孔将冷水进水口与出水口连通。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述操作手柄带动所述动陶瓷片转动;
所述动陶瓷片在转动过程中,所述过水孔将冷水进水口与出水口连通,或者所述过水孔将冷水进水口、热水进水口同时与出水口连通。
8.根据权利要求1-4中任一项或6或7所述的一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述出水终端为龙头。
9.根据权利要求8所述一种电子出水终端,其特征在于:所述龙头为抽拉式龙头。
