本发明提供一种多排滚子转盘轴承,包括底座、轴圈、第二轴圈、第三轴圈、座圈、第二座圈、第三座圈、主推力滚子、副推力滚子、径向滚子、销轴,底座通过销轴与轴圈相接,轴圈与第二座圈之间装有主推力滚子,主推力滚子两端部以及轴圈上端内、外径部边沿分别设有第三轴圈和第二轴圈,第二轴圈上端接有座圈,第三轴圈上端接有第三座圈,第二座圈置于座圈和第三座圈之间,座圈与第二座圈、第三座圈和第二座圈之间分别装有副推力滚子和径向滚子,轴圈、第二轴圈、座圈通过螺栓连接,轴圈、第三轴圈、第三座圈通过螺栓连接。具有结构紧凑、承载能力大、快速拆装等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,特别是关于一种紧凑型高承载、便携拆装多排滚子转盘轴承。
背景技术
随着国家竞价上网,风火同价,传统的小兆瓦风机已经不能适应目前市场的需要,目前各个风机主机厂家纷纷开始研发3MW以上大桨叶风机,因此风机的安装难度大大增加,传统安装风机用的吊车已不能满足风电行业发展的需求。
为了提高安装风机用的吊车的吊装能力,同时解决大型吊车在运输过程中存在超重,超宽,上山难等困难,因此吊车的核心零部件转盘轴承成为核心的部件。转盘轴承如何在结构尺寸小,承载能力大,便于吊车运输以及解决运输过程中超宽、超重、上山困难等问题。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提供一种紧凑型高承载、便于拆装的多排滚子转盘轴承。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种多排滚子转盘轴承,包括底座、轴圈、第二轴圈、第三轴圈、座圈、第二座圈、第三座圈、主推力滚子、副推力滚子、径向滚子、销轴,其特征在于:所述的底座通过所述的销轴与所述的轴圈相接,所述的轴圈与所述的第二座圈之间装有主推力滚子,所述的主推力滚子两端部以及所述的轴圈上端内、外径部边沿分别设有第三轴圈和第二轴圈,所述的第二轴圈上端接有所述的座圈,所述的第三轴圈上端接有所述的第三座圈,所述的第二座圈置于所述的座圈和所述的第三座圈之间,所述的座圈与所述的第二座圈、所述的第三座圈和所述的第二座圈之间分别装有所述的副推力滚子和所述的径向滚子,所述的轴圈、所述的第二轴圈、所述的座圈通过螺栓连接,所述的轴圈、所述的第三轴圈、所述的第三座圈通过螺栓连接。
本发明同现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、轴承设计多列滚动体,满足不同方向的承载需求;
2、轴承底座与轴承上部分通过销连接,可实现快速拆装;
3、轴承轴向主推力滚道全接触面设计,提高轴向承载能力;
4、轴承由多个套圈组合在一起,实现便于轴承装配及维修。

本发明包括底座1、轴圈2、第二轴圈3、第三轴圈10、座圈4、第二座圈5、第三座圈6、主推力滚子9、副推力滚子7、径向滚子8、销轴11;所述的底座1通过所述的销轴11与所述的轴圈2相接,所述的轴圈2与所述的第二座圈5之间装有主推力滚子9,所述的主推力滚子9两端部以及所述的轴圈2上端内、外径部边沿分别设有第三轴圈10和第二轴圈3,所述的第二轴圈3上端接有所述的座圈4,所述的第三轴圈10上端接有所述的第三座圈6,所述的第二座圈5置于所述的座圈4和所述的第三座圈6之间,所述的座圈4与所述的第二座圈5、所述的第三座圈6和所述的第二座圈5之间分别装有所述的副推力滚子7和所述的径向滚子8,所述的轴圈2、所述的第二轴圈3、所述的座圈4通过螺栓连接,所述的轴圈2、所述的第三轴圈10、所述的第三座圈6通过螺栓连接。
本发明的多排滚子转盘轴承,特点是结构紧凑,承载能力超大,快速拆装,为风电行业发展解决安装瓶颈。

1.一种多排滚子转盘轴承,包括底座(1)、轴圈(2)、第二轴圈(3)、第三轴圈(10)、座圈(4)、第二座圈(5)、第三座圈(6)、主推力滚子(9)、副推力滚子(7)、径向滚子(8)、销轴(11),其特征在于:所述的底座(1)通过所述的销轴(11)与所述的轴圈(2)相接,所述的轴圈(2)与所述的第二座圈(5)之间装有主推力滚子(9),所述的主推力滚子(9)两端部以及所述的轴圈(2)上端内、外径部边沿分别设有第三轴圈(10)和第二轴圈(3),所述的第二轴圈(3)上端接有所述的座圈(4),所述的第三轴圈(10)上端接有所述的第三座圈(6),所述的第二座圈(5)置于所述的座圈(4)和所述的第三座圈(6)之间,所述的座圈(4)与所述的第二座圈(5)、所述的第三座圈(6)和所述的第二座圈(5)之间分别装有所述的副推力滚子(7)和所述的径向滚子(8),所述的轴圈(2)、所述的第二轴圈(3)、所述的座圈(4)通过螺栓连接,所述的轴圈(2)、所述的第三轴圈(10)、所述的第三座圈(6)通过螺栓连接。
