Abstract
本发明公开了一种泵体组件及转子压缩机,其中泵体组件包括气缸;气缸在内腔转动连接有滚子,并在滑片槽内滑动连接有滑片;滑片受驱动一端伸出滑片槽并和滚子始终抵接,从而气缸内腔被滑片和滚子分隔为高压腔和低压腔;高压腔和低压腔通过过气通道连通,过气通道内设置有阀门;当高压腔内产生无效压缩冷媒,阀门打开,过气通道供无效压缩冷媒从高压腔进入低压腔中。本发明所述的泵体组件,把排气口与滑片槽之间的无效压缩冷媒引入低压吸气侧,提高了能效,提高了可靠性。

技术领域
本发明属于制冷领域,尤其涉及一种泵体组件及转子压缩机。
背景技术
转子压缩机工作时,压缩末端因排气口的位置必须与滑片保持一定的角度,排气口处必然存在一定的余隙容积,余隙容积内的气体在压缩后无法排出而成为无效压缩。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种泵体组件及转子压缩机,对此处余隙容积内的气体进行引流,防止过压缩。
为实现上述目的,本发明的泵体组件及转子压缩机的具体技术方案如下:
一种泵体组件,包括气缸;气缸在内腔转动连接有滚子,并在滑片槽内滑动连接有滑片;滑片受驱动一端伸出滑片槽并和滚子始终抵接,从而气缸内腔被滑片和滚子分隔为高压腔和低压腔;高压腔和低压腔通过过气通道连通,过气通道内设置有阀门;当高压腔内产生无效压缩冷媒时,阀门打开,过气通道供无效压缩冷媒从高压腔进入低压腔中。
进一步的,过气通道的进气口和高压腔连通并位于滑片一旁。
进一步的,过气通道的出气孔和低压腔连通并位于滑片一旁。
进一步的,阀门为单向阀。
进一步的,阀门包括阀芯,过气通道内设置有阀口,阀芯受弹性件驱动抵接在阀口上,以封闭阀口;当高压腔相对低压腔对阀芯的压力差大于弹性件对阀芯的推力时,则阀门自动打开。
进一步的,弹性件为弹簧。
进一步的,过气通道设置在气缸上。
进一步的,过气通道设置在气缸两侧的法兰上。
进一步的,过气通道包括安装段,安装段沿轴向延伸至壁面形成有插入端;插入端供阀芯插入,且插入端内固定连接有盖板。
一种转子压缩机,包括上述的泵体组件。
本发明的泵体组件及转子压缩机具有以下优点:本发明采用在法兰/气缸上设置单向阀通道,把排气口与滑片槽之间的无效压缩冷媒引入低压吸气侧,对无效压缩的气体进行能量释放,提高了能效;同时,消除排气口与滑片槽之间的密封空间在进一步压缩时产生的阻力效应,提高了可靠性。

具体实施方式
为了更好地了解本发明的目的、结构及功能,下面结合附图,对本发明一种泵体组件及转子压缩机做进一步详细的描述。
本发明的转子压缩机,转子压缩机内腔设置有泵体组件和电机组件,通过电机驱动泵体组件运动,泵体组件从储液器吸气并压缩至电机组件中,完成压缩运动。
如图1所示,泵体组件包括气缸1。气缸1具有内腔,以及设置在内壁上的滑片槽。气缸1在内腔转动连接有滚子2,滑片槽内滑动连接有滑片3,滑片3受弹力件驱动一端伸出滑片槽并和滚子2始终抵接,从而气缸1内腔被滑片3和滚子2分隔为高压腔4和低压腔5。
结合图2所示,高压腔4和低压腔5通过过气通道6连通。过气通道6的进气口和高压腔4连通并位于滑片3一旁,过气通道6的出气孔和低压腔5连通,最好也位于滑片3一旁。
过气通道6内设置有阀门7,当高压腔4内产生无效压缩冷媒,阀门7打开,过气通道6供余隙容积内的无效压缩冷媒从高压腔4进入低压腔5中,进行高压腔4侧的无效压缩释放,高压腔4余隙容积内的无效压缩可通过单向阀进入低压腔5内,提高了压缩效率,提高了能效,提高了可靠性。
为了防止高压腔4和低压腔5的逆流现象发生,阀门7为单向阀。
为了实现阀门7的自动开闭,阀门7包括阀芯71,过气通道6内设置有阀口61,阀芯71受弹性件驱动抵接在阀口61上,从而封闭阀口61;当高压腔4相对低压腔5对阀芯71的压力差大于弹性件对阀芯71的推力时,则阀门7自动打开,进行高压腔4侧的无效压缩释放。这样,需要选取不同弹性系数的弹簧72,作为弹性件,即可适应不同的气缸1需求。
过气通道6可以设置在气缸1上,也可以设置气缸1两侧的法兰上。
为了便于阀芯71安装,过气通道6包括安装段62,安装段62沿轴向延伸至壁面形成有插入端,插入端供阀芯71插入,且插入端内固定连接有盖板73。

Claims (10)
1.一种泵体组件,包括气缸(1);气缸(1)在内腔转动连接有滚子(2),并在滑片槽内滑动连接有滑片(3);滑片(3)受驱动一端伸出滑片槽并和滚子(2)始终抵接,从而气缸(1)内腔被滑片(3)和滚子(2)分隔为高压腔(4)和低压腔(5);其特征在于,高压腔(4)和低压腔(5)通过过气通道(6)连通,过气通道(6)内设置有阀门(7);当高压腔(4)内产生无效压缩冷媒时,阀门(7)打开,过气通道(6)供无效压缩冷媒从高压腔(4)进入低压腔(5)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,过气通道(6)的进气口和高压腔(4)连通并位于滑片(3)一旁。
3.根据权利要求2所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,过气通道(6)的出气孔和低压腔(5)连通并位于滑片(3)一旁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,阀门(7)为单向阀。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,阀门(7)包括阀芯(71),过气通道(6)内设置有阀口(61),阀芯(71)受弹性件驱动抵接在阀口(61)上,以封闭阀口(61);当高压腔(4)相对低压腔(5)对阀芯(71)的压力差大于弹性件对阀芯(71)的推力时,则阀门(7)自动打开。
6.根据权利要求5所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,弹性件为弹簧(72)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,过气通道(6)设置在气缸(1)上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,过气通道(6)设置在气缸(1)两侧的法兰上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的泵体组件,其特征在于,过气通道(6)包括安装段(62),安装段(62)沿轴向延伸至壁面形成有插入端;插入端供阀芯(71)插入,且插入端内固定连接有盖板(73)。
10.一种转子压缩机,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-9任意一项所述的泵体组件。
