As shown in fig. 1-4, an air cleaner for a new energy vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cleaner housing 1 and a stabilizing mechanism 2 fixedly connected to a bottom of the cleaner housing 1, the cleaner housing 1 is provided with an air inlet duct 3, an air inlet of the air inlet duct 3 is provided with an air suction device 4, the air inlet is in a bucket shape, the air inlet duct 3 is in a hollow S shape, the air inlet duct 3 is provided with a first bend 5, a second bend 6 and a third bend 7 in sequence from top to bottom, the air inlet duct 3 is provided with a filtering device 8 inside, the filtering device 8 includes a first paper-based filter screen 9, a second paper-based filter screen 10 and a third paper-based filter screen 11 respectively corresponding to the first bend 5, the second bend 6 and the third bend 7 and fixedly mounted to an inner wall of the air inlet duct 3, the cleaner housing 1 is provided with a supporting device 12, the supporting device 12 comprises a base 13, and a first supporting frame 14 and a second supporting frame 15 which are arranged on the base 13 and used for supporting the right sides of the first bend 5 and the second bend 6 respectively, the filter housing 1 comprises a filter housing 16 and an upper cover 17 which is arranged at the top of the filter housing 16, a channel 18 which is communicated with the suction channel 3 is arranged in the filter housing 1, a filter element 19 is sleeved in the filter housing 16, an oil pool 20 is arranged in the filter housing 16 and below the filter element 19, the channel 18 penetrates and extends to the bottom of an inner cavity of the oil pool 20, a gap is arranged between the channel 18 and the bottom of the inner cavity of the oil pool 20, an air outlet 21 is arranged at one side of the upper cover 17, and the stabilizing mechanism 2 comprises a plurality of movable rods 22 which are fixedly connected with the bottom of the base 13 and a fixing seat 23 which is arranged below the base 13, the movable groove type magnetic switch is characterized in that a plurality of movable grooves 24 are formed in the fixed seat 23, the movable rod 22 penetrates and extends to one end inside the movable groove 24 and is provided with a sliding block 25 connected with the movable groove 24 in a sliding mode, the movable rod 22 is located on the movable groove 24, a same-polarity magnetic group 26 is sleeved between the movable groove 24 and the base 13, and a damping spring 27 fixedly connected with the base 13 and the fixed seat 23 is arranged between every two adjacent movable grooves 24.
Specifically, the air suction device 4 is a fan or an air pump, and the air suction device 4 is fixedly connected with an air inlet of the air inlet pipeline 3 through a screw; the first paper filter screen 9, the second paper filter screen 10 and the third paper filter screen 11 are obliquely arranged corresponding to the air inlet pipeline 3; the outer wall surfaces of the left sides of the first bend 5 and the second bend 6 are connected with a support rod 28; the second support frame 15 comprises a first vertical rod fixedly connected with the base 13 and a first cross rod fixedly connected with the first vertical rod and used for fixedly supporting the third curve 7, and a first oblique support rod is arranged between the first cross rod and the first vertical rod; the first support frame 14 comprises a second vertical rod fixedly connected with the second support frame 15 and a first cross rod fixedly connected with the second vertical rod and used for fixedly supporting the first bend 5, and a second oblique support rod is arranged between the first cross rod and the first vertical rod; the connection part of the filter element 19 and the filter cover body 16 is hermetically connected through a sealing ring 29, and the connection part of the upper cover 17, the filter element 19 and the filter cover body 16 is fixedly connected through a locking lock 30; the fixed seat 23 is a bolt fixing structure and is connected with a front hatch cover of a motor vehicle through a bolt; the like-pole magnet 25 consists of an upper magnet fixedly connected with the bottom of the base 13 and a lower magnet fixedly connected with the top of the movable groove 24, and the lower magnet is movably sleeved with the movable rod 22; the top of the movable groove 24 is provided with a through hole corresponding to the movable rod 22, and the diameters of the inner sliding cavity of the movable groove 24 and the sliding block 25 are both larger than the diameter of the through hole.
In another embodiment, a hot air pipe 31 is connected to one end of the air inlet duct 3, an air inlet control valve 32 is disposed at a connection position of the hot air pipe 31 and the air inlet duct 3, a heating device 33 is connected to one end of the hot air pipe 31 away from the air inlet duct 3, and the heat removal device 33 is an air heater with a fan or an exhaust pipe of an automobile; by adopting the scheme, the influence of slow combustion of liquid or gas fuel caused by low temperature and poor fuel atomization condition in winter can be reduced.
