The exhaust temperature of the main engine generally reaches 420-650 ℃, and after the seawater film or water mist sprayed out of the inner wall of the exhaust baffle valve is fully cooled, the exhaust temperature of the side outlet is reduced to be below 60 ℃, so that the heat transferred to the ship body is effectively reduced, the infrared radiation characteristic of the side exhaust port is reduced, and the infrared stealth performance of the ship is improved.

The omega-shaped exhaust expansion joint 2 is different from the traditional circular corrugated pipe, the internal part of the omega-shaped exhaust expansion joint is provided with a plurality of omega-shaped corrugated pipe groups which have smaller axial and radial rigidity and large flexibility, the omega-shaped exhaust expansion joint has better compensation capability of axial, radial and angle deflection in a shorter length size, and the omega-shaped exhaust expansion joint can furthest absorb the vibration displacement and the expansion and contraction deformation of a host exhaust port and an exhaust system in a limited space. The outer wall of the exhaust baffle valve 6 is provided with a water inlet 14 for cooling seawater, the cooling seawater pumped in from the outside needs to have enough pressure and flow, the seawater sprayed out from the small round holes on the inner wall is ensured to form a water film or water mist so as to be beneficial to fully contacting with high-temperature exhaust to absorb heat, the exhaust volume is obviously shrunk due to sudden drop of exhaust temperature, and then larger pressure drop is formed, and the exhaust is more beneficial to the exhaust to the side. The exhaust baffle valve 6 is internally provided with an exhaust baffle 15, an exhaust channel can be opened or closed through an exhaust baffle operating device 16, and an opening or closing switching value signal is output outwards to serve as an interlocking signal for starting a host.
