4. in the invention, when rain and snow weather appears outdoors, rain water and melted snow water enter the heating cavity to contact with the sodium hydroxide particles, so that the sodium hydroxide is dissolved and a large amount of heat is released, the heat enables the rotating metal to deform to drive the rotating blade to rotate, and rain and snow can be effectively prevented from entering the room.
