本发明涉及砌筑外墙保温领域,尤其是一种砌筑夹芯保温外墙,包括结构外墙、保温板和防护外墙,保温板置于结构外墙和防护外墙之间,保温板外表面设置有塑料膜,保温板通过连接件分别与结构外墙和防护外墙连接。本发明有效防止保温板受潮,防止保温板外部被破坏,延长了保温板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及砌筑外墙保温领域,尤其是一种砌筑夹芯保温外墙。
背景技术
我国现阶段砌筑别墅外墙保温的做法主要是将挤塑聚苯板做为保温材料,采用粘接砂浆或者专用的固定件,将保温材料固定在外墙上,然后抹聚合物抗裂砂浆,压入玻璃纤维网格布形成加强保护层,最后加做装饰面层;或者将胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料作为保温层,采用机械喷涂或手工抹灰,面层再以玻纤网格布增强抗裂砂浆做保护层,此种方法保温效果好,总体成本较低,但是由于保温材料在墙体外侧,保温材料要承受风霜雨雪各种环境变化,要求保温材料具有良好的耐候性和耐久性;保温体系表面强度低,进行外装修时容易破坏保温体系;而且上述两种保温方法中保温材料都是直接与外界环境直接接触,因此对保温材料的防火等级要求较高。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提出一种保温效果好、使用寿命长的砌筑夹芯保温外墙。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种砌筑夹芯保温外墙,包括结构外墙、保温板和防护外墙,保温板置于结构外墙和防护外墙之间,保温板外表面设置有塑料膜,保温板通过连接件分别与结构外墙和防护外墙连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明极大降低了保温板受潮的风险,提高了保温板的保温效果;同时保温板置于结构外墙和防护外墙之间,使保温板得到保护,延长了保温板的使用寿命。
进一步的,本发明采用的优选方案是:
连接件为柱形结构,连接件的外侧固定设置有一个环形挡片。
防护外墙与保温板之间设置有空气层。
空气层的宽度为25~50mm。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进一步说明。
一种砌筑夹芯保温外墙,由结构外墙1、保温板2和防护外墙3组成,结构外墙1、保温板2以及防护外墙3之间通过连接件4固定,连接件4为镀锌圆钢,连接件4上焊接有环形挡片401。相邻两块保温板2切割成企口形状进行一上一下拼接,防止透缝,每块保温板2的外部整体用塑料膜包裹。保温板2置于结构外墙1的外侧,连接件4的一端穿过保温板2插入结构外墙1内,环形挡片401置于保温板2的外侧并对保温板2起限位作用,防止保温板2与结构外墙1之间分离。连接件4的另一端砌入防护外墙3内。
连接件4与防护外墙3之间留有30mm的空气层5,空气层5可以起到防潮的作用,也能够使保温板2受热均匀。
施工时,首先进行结构外墙1的砌筑,之后紧贴结构外墙1的外侧防止加封塑料膜的保温板2,为了保证在砌筑过程中保温板2不沉塌或倾斜,在安装完保温板2后按照一定间距将镀锌圆钢连接件4一端依次穿过保温板2、结构外墙1,另一端插入防护外墙3内。最后砌筑最外侧的防护外墙3。砌筑防护外墙3时要及时刮掉坠落在保温板2上和地面上的灰浆,以免灰浆在保温板2和地面上形成热桥,影响保温效果。
本发明中,结构外墙1、保温板2和防护外墙3构成一个整体,把外界环境温度与室内温度隔离开来,减小了室内温度的变化,增加了室内舒适度,起到了节能环保的作用。
位于保温板2外侧的防护外墙3,有效保护了建筑物在做外装修的时候对保温板2造成的破坏,延长了保温板2的使用寿命,提高保温材料的保温性能。防护外墙3能够防止保温板2直接与明火接触,因此对于保温板2的阻燃等级要求不高,常用的保温板2材料可以为聚苯乙烯、玻璃棉、岩棉等。
在满足保温板2使用性能的前提下,将每块保温板2分别用塑料膜密封,可以防止保温板2吸水受潮,也能使保温板2免遭雨水突袭而降低使用性能。
在放置完保温板2后件连接件4的一端穿过保温板2并插入结构外墙1内,同时将连接件4的另一端砌入外侧的防护外墙3内,既保证了保温板2不会因自重原因下沉塌陷或向空气层倾斜,又将结构外墙1、保温板2和防护外墙3连接为一体。

1.一种砌筑夹芯保温外墙,包括结构外墙、保温板和防护外墙,其特征在于:保温板置于结构外墙和防护外墙之间,保温板外表面设置有塑料膜,保温板通过连接件分别与结构外墙和防护外墙连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砌筑夹芯保温外墙,其特征在于:连接件为柱形结构,连接件的外侧固定设置有一个环形挡片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的砌筑夹芯保温外墙,其特征在于:防护外墙与保温板之间设置有空气层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的砌筑夹芯保温外墙,其特征在于:空气层的宽度为25~50mm。
