In this embodiment, the inflation hole 128 is disposed on the tire body 122, wherein the tire body 122 has an inner cavity, and the inflation hole 128 is communicated with the inner cavity and is adapted to inflate the tire body 122 through the inflation hole 128. In this embodiment, the tire body 122 is composed of the compacted tire 1222 and the air bag 1224, so that the weight of the tire body 122 can be reduced, the cost can be saved, and the air bag 1224 is filled with air and placed in the tire body 122 without being inflated separately for multiple times.

As shown in fig. 3 and 10, the present embodiment provides a laminating apparatus 100. In addition to the technical features of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further includes the following technical features:
the rolling device 100 further comprises a vibration mechanism 130, wherein the first roller 110 is a steel wheel, and the vibration mechanism 130 is arranged inside the steel wheel; the outer wheel surface 1102 is smooth and the tire body 122 is a rubber tire.
In this embodiment, the steel wheel can satisfy the rigidity required by the first roller 110 for road rolling, and the rubber tire can satisfy the elasticity required for road rolling, so as to ensure the road surface quality after road rolling. When applied to road roller 10, the inflated rubber tires may wrap around first roller 110 to provide a larger rolling area for the rubber tires than for conventional tire machines or combination machines. The vibration mechanism 130 is arranged in the steel wheel, so that the steel wheel can further improve the road rolling quality through vibration when rolling the road surface. Because the outer tread of the first roller 110 and the inner smooth layer 1212 are attached to each other, friction between the tire body 122 and the first roller 110 is reduced, and the service life of the tire body 122 is prolonged.

As shown in fig. 5, the present embodiment provides a laminating apparatus 100. In addition to the technical features of the above embodiment, the present embodiment further includes the following technical features:
the second roller 120 further includes: the inner smooth layer 1212 and the wear-resistant layer 1214, the inner smooth layer 1212 is arranged on the surface of the tire body 122, which is in contact with the first roller 110; a wear layer 1214 provided on the outer circumferential surface 1220; the inner smooth layer 1212 and the outer wheel face 1102 are attached to each other, and the wear-resistant layer 1214 is used for rolling the road surface.
In this embodiment, because the inner smooth layer 1212 is attached to the outer wheel surface of the first roller 110, friction between the tire body 122 and the first roller 110 is reduced, and the service life of the tire body 122 is prolonged. In addition, the smooth inner smooth layer 1212 facilitates the coupling and uncoupling of the second roller 120 with the first roller 110. For example, the inner side of the rubber tire may be smooth and non-wear resistant plain material as the inner smooth layer 1212. An inflatable rubber tire is inflated to enable the inner smooth layer 1212 to press tightly against the smooth steel wheel. Since the wear-resistant layer 1214 rubs in contact with the road surface, the service life of the second roller 120 can be increased, and for example, a wear-resistant rubber layer may be provided on the outer side of a rubber tire.
Example 9
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the present embodiment provides a roller 10 comprising: the vehicle body 200, the driving mechanism 300 and the rolling device 100 in any embodiment, wherein the driving mechanism 300 is connected with the rolling device 100 and is suitable for driving the rolling device 100 to roll a road surface.
In this embodiment, the rolling device 100 is applied to the road roller 10, the first roller 110 is first mounted on the vehicle body 200, the first roller 110 is a steel wheel, then the second roller 120 is installed according to the requirement, when installing, the frame is jacked up to the verification height by the jack, the steel wheel is wiped by the rag to remove unnecessary silt and dust, the second roller 120 is spread out and passes through the gap between the steel wheel and the frame, the inner smooth layer 1212 of the second roller 120 is mutually attached to the outer wheel surface of the steel wheel, the first connecting part 124 and the second connecting part 126 at the two ends of the tire body 122 are aligned to ensure that the bolt holes at the two ends are aligned, after being aligned, the rubber tire is screwed by a plurality of connecting bolts, and after being installed and fixed, the rubber tire is inflated into the inner cavity of the tire body 122 through the inflation hole 128, the inner smooth layer 1212 on the inner side of the inflated rubber tire is pressed with the smooth surface of the steel wheel, and the wear-resistant layer 1214 is arranged on the outer side of the inflated rubber tire. After the air is inflated to reach the set pressure, the jack is decompressed, and the wear-resistant layer 1214 is in contact with the road surface, so that the working state can be achieved.
When the combined roller needs to be restored into a double-steel-wheel roller, the frame is also jacked up, air in the tire body 122 is discharged from the air charging hole 128, the fastener 1210 is unscrewed, the second roller 120 is drawn out, and finally the jack is used for releasing pressure and removing the pressure, so that the double-steel-wheel state can be restored. The collected rubber tire can be rolled up and bound into a cylinder or folded for storage.
In addition, since the roller 10 provided according to an embodiment of the present invention includes the rolling compaction apparatus 100 according to any embodiment of the present invention, it has all the benefits of the rolling compaction apparatus 100 according to any embodiment of the present invention.
Example 10
As shown in fig. 11 and 13, the present embodiment provides a roller 10 comprising: a vehicle body 200; the first steel wheel 112 is arranged on the vehicle body 200 and used for rolling a road surface; the second steel wheel 114 is arranged on the vehicle body 200 and used for rolling the road surface; the elastic wheel 400 is arranged on the first steel wheel 112 and/or the second steel wheel 114, and the elastic wheel 400 is detachably connected with the first steel wheel 112 and/or the second steel wheel 114; here, the elastic wheel 400 has an outer circumferential surface 1220 for rolling a road surface.
In this embodiment, the first steel wheel 112 and the second steel wheel 114 can be used as a double steel wheel for the roller 10, which improves the roller quality, and the elastic wheel 400 can be installed on the first steel wheel 112 or the second steel wheel 114, so that the roller 10 becomes a combined roller of a steel wheel roller and a tire roller.
In summary, the embodiment of the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the outer wheel of the first roller 110 is removably received on the second roller 120 so that the drum roller can be quickly converted to a combination roller or a pneumatic tire roller.
2. The inflatable second roller 120 can be installed quickly and at low cost.
3. The contact area of the inflated rubber tire is the same as that of the steel wheel, so that the rolling efficiency can be greatly improved.
4. The inflatable rubber tire can be carried along with the main machine and is convenient to fold and store.

Claims (10)

1. A rolling compaction device for rolling a pavement, the rolling compaction device comprising:
the first roller is provided with an outer wheel surface which can be used for rolling a road surface;
the second roller is provided with an outer peripheral surface which can be used for rolling a road surface;
the second roller is sleeved on the outer wheel surface, the first roller is a rigid wheel, and the second roller is an elastic wheel.
2. The roller compaction device of claim 1 wherein the second roller comprises:
the tire body is of an annular structure;
the first connecting part is arranged on the tire body; and
the second connecting part is arranged on the tire body;
wherein, first connecting portion with the second connecting portion can dismantle the connection.
3. The roller compaction device of claim 2 wherein the second roller further comprises:
a concave-convex splicing structure;
the concave-convex splicing structure is used for enabling the first connecting part and the second connecting part to be connected in a concave-convex matching mode.
4. The laminating device of claim 3, wherein the male and female mating structures comprise:
the first boss is arranged on the first connecting part;
the first slot is arranged on the first connecting part;
the second boss is arranged on the second connecting part; and
the second slot is arranged on the second connecting part;
the first boss extends into the second slot and is mutually attached to the second slot, and the second boss extends into the first slot and is mutually attached to the first slot;
a fastener penetrating the first boss and the second boss to connect the first connection portion and the second connection portion;
and threaded holes are formed in the first boss and/or the second boss so as to be connected with the fastening piece.
5. The roller compaction device of claim 2 wherein the second roller further comprises:
the inflation hole is arranged on the tire body;
wherein the inflation hole is used for inflating the tire body.
6. The roller compaction device of claim 2 wherein the tire body comprises:
compacting the tyre in a toroidal configuration;
an air bladder disposed within the compacted tire;
wherein the outer peripheral surface is provided on the compacted tire.
7. The roller compaction device according to any one of claims 2 to 6 further comprising:
a vibration mechanism;
the first idler wheel is a steel wheel, a vibration mechanism is arranged inside the steel wheel, the outer wheel surface is a smooth surface, and the tire body is a rubber tire.
8. The roller compaction device of claim 7 wherein the second roller further comprises:
the inner smooth layer is arranged on one surface of the tire body, which is in mutual contact with the first roller;
the wear-resistant layer is arranged on the peripheral surface;
wherein, interior smooth layer with the outer wheel face is laminated each other, the wearing layer is used for the roll extrusion road surface.
9. A roller, comprising:
a vehicle body;
a laminating apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, attached to the vehicle body;
and the driving mechanism is connected with the rolling device and is suitable for driving the rolling device to roll the pavement.
10. A roller, comprising:
a vehicle body;
the first steel wheel is arranged on the vehicle body and used for rolling a road surface;
the second steel wheel is arranged on the vehicle body and used for rolling the road surface;
the elastic wheel is arranged on the first steel wheel and/or the second steel wheel and is detachably connected with the first steel wheel and/or the second steel wheel;
wherein, the elastic wheel has the periphery face that is used for the roll extrusion road surface.
