Description

Special disperse dye for dyeing polyester yarns and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dye chemical industry, in particular to a special disperse dye for dyeing polyester yarns and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the problems of dyeing and oligomer of cheese are particularly outstanding. In the dyeing process of the polyester cheese, the oligomer can be continuously separated from the polyester fiber and float in the dye liquor due to the increase of the dyeing temperature and the extension of the dyeing time. Through positive and negative rotation dyeing of the dyeing machine, the oligomer is continuously adsorbed on the inner layer and the surface layer of the cheese, and a large amount of white powder is formed after drying, so that a large amount of dyed yarns cannot be wound in a bobbin during winding in a later process, and serious waste is caused. Meanwhile, the oligomer can stain the wall of the cylinder, and can block a pipeline or a heat exchanger when the cylinder wall is serious, so that dyeing defects are easily caused, and the production safety problem is possibly caused.

Figure BDA0002598968540000061
Figure BDA0002598968540000071
As can be seen from the above table, the disperse dye special for dyeing the polyester yarns is applied to dyeing the polyester yarns, has various color fastness reaching the level of 4 or above, has excellent color fastness indexes, can well meet the requirements of polyester yarn clothes, and has wide market application prospect.
In addition, the disperse dye special for dyeing the polyester yarns has high grinding efficiency, good stability of a dispersion liquid and good dyeing performance on the polyester yarns; the dyeing agent is applied to polyester yarns, including filament yarns, medium yarns, short fibers, blended yarns and the like, can well meet the color requirement of the polyester yarns (clothes) after dyeing, has no powdery mildew (oligomer) phenomenon, and can be free of reduction cleaning.
When the disperse dye special for dyeing the polyester yarns is applied to the polyester yarns, a dyeing machine used for dyeing the polyester yarns for a long time can reduce or eliminate the contamination or scaling of the inner walls of dye vats such as vat walls, pipelines, heat exchangers and the like.
The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that the above preferred embodiment should not be considered as limiting the present invention, and the protection scope of the present invention should be subject to the scope defined by the claims. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and adaptations can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these modifications and adaptations should be considered within the scope of the invention.
