Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of dye chemical industry, in particular to a special disperse dye for dyeing polyester yarns and a preparation method thereof.
Background
At present, the problems of dyeing and oligomer of cheese are particularly outstanding. In the dyeing process of the polyester cheese, the oligomer can be continuously separated from the polyester fiber and float in the dye liquor due to the increase of the dyeing temperature and the extension of the dyeing time. Through positive and negative rotation dyeing of the dyeing machine, the oligomer is continuously adsorbed on the inner layer and the surface layer of the cheese, and a large amount of white powder is formed after drying, so that a large amount of dyed yarns cannot be wound in a bobbin during winding in a later process, and serious waste is caused. Meanwhile, the oligomer can stain the wall of the cylinder, and can block a pipeline or a heat exchanger when the cylinder wall is serious, so that dyeing defects are easily caused, and the production safety problem is possibly caused.
