Brewing device according to claim 1, characterized in that a first annular sleeve (52) with an L-shaped vertical section is welded and fixed on the peripheral wall of the wine-vapor outlet pipe (51), and a first annular groove (53) is formed between the inner wall of the first annular sleeve (52) and the outer wall of the wine-vapor outlet pipe (51); a second annular sleeve (31) with an inverted L-shaped vertical section is welded and fixed on the peripheral wall of the wine steam conveying pipe (3), and a second annular groove (32) is formed between the inner wall of the second annular sleeve (31) and the outer wall of the wine steam conveying pipe (3); one end of the wine steam delivery pipe (3) facing the wine steam outlet pipe (51) is inserted into the wine steam outlet pipe (51), and the lower end of the second annular sleeve (31) is inserted into the first annular groove (53); a labyrinth structure is formed among the first annular sleeve (52), the second annular sleeve (31), the wine steam outlet pipe (51) and the wine steam delivery pipe (3).

Brewing device according to claim 1, wherein the wine vapor delivery tube (3) is inserted into the wine vapor inlet tube (22) towards one end of the cooling barrel (2), a first annular sleeve (28) with an L-shaped vertical section is welded and fixed on the outer peripheral wall of the wine vapor inlet tube (22), a first annular slot (29) is formed between the inner wall of the first annular sleeve (28) and the outer wall of the wine vapor inlet tube (22), a second annular sleeve (33) with an inverted L-shaped vertical section is welded and fixed on the outer peripheral wall of the wine vapor delivery tube (3) towards one end of the cooling barrel (2), a second annular slot (34) is formed between the inner wall of the second annular sleeve (33) and the outer wall of the wine vapor delivery tube (3), the wine vapor inlet tube (22) is inserted into the second annular slot (34), the second annular sleeve (33) is inserted into the first annular slot (29), and a labyrinth structure is formed between the first annular sleeve (28), the second annular sleeve (33), the wine vapor delivery tube (22) and the wine vapor delivery tube (3).
