Fig. 1 shows a biological purification system for treating black and odorous water in a river channel, which comprises a filtering area 1, an odor removal treatment area 2, an oxygen-free treatment area 3, an oxygen-containing treatment area 4, a precipitation separation area 5 and a power supply assembly for supplying power to each electrical element, wherein the filtering area 1, the odor removal treatment area 2, the oxygen-free treatment area 3, the oxygen-containing treatment area 4 and the precipitation separation area 5 are sequentially arranged in the downstream direction of;
a filtering grid 10 is arranged at the filtering area 1;
a medicine adding device 20 for adding coagulating medicines into the river is arranged at the odor removing treatment area 2;

(2) the filtered river water body enters the odor removal treatment area 2, and odor in the river water body is removed by the odor removal agent through fully mixing and diffusing the odor removal agent and the river water;
(3) the river water treated by the deodorization treatment zone 2 enters the anaerobic treatment zone 3, at the moment, the water enters the interior of the river water through the plurality of through holes 710 of the outermost biological filler frame 71, then sequentially passes through the biological filler frames 71, and organic matters, particularly complex high molecular substances or long-chain macromolecular compounds in the water are degraded by utilizing the microbial filler frames 711 on the side walls of each biological filler frame 71 and anaerobic bacteria and are converted into simple low molecular substances;

(5) and the water body treated by the water body in the aerobic treatment zone 4 enters a precipitation separation zone 5, and impurities in the treated water body are precipitated and separated by the precipitation separation zone 5 and then discharged.
Example 2

(5) the water body treated by the water body in the aerobic treatment zone 4 enters a precipitation separation zone 5, impurities in the treated water body are precipitated and separated by the precipitation separation zone 5 and then discharged, when impurities in the air are blown to the upper end along with wind, the rotating teeth 5010 can be driven by the motor 502 to rotate towards the discharge port 51 side at the upper end of the horizontal flow type sedimentation tank, meanwhile, the impurities at the upper end of the slag salvaging net 500 are pushed to the discharge port 51 by the slag pushing disc 5011, the cover plate 510 is pushed outwards to be pushed away, and the impurities are discharged into the containing box 504;
