Background
The manual sorting station is an important node in the storage and logistics link, and goods in the storage container are placed in the target container in a manual carrying mode so as to solve the problem that the combination and placement work cannot be completed by a pure mechanical structure.
The manual sorting station in the prior art generally comprises a reversing system of a first conveying line and a second conveying line, wherein the first conveying line is used for conveying storage containers to one side of a sorting station, the second conveying line is used for conveying target containers to the other side of the sorting station, due to structural restriction of the conveying lines, sorting workers need to turn around to convey goods between the two containers, and sorting efficiency is low.
In addition, because the first conveying system and the second conveying system are both positioned at the same horizontal height, the transverse floor area is large, only one storage container and one target container are positioned in the manual sorting station at the same time, and the objects in different storage containers cannot be sorted into different target containers, so that the requirements of increasingly high-density sorting and high-efficiency sorting of the existing sorting center are difficult to meet.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defect that manual sorting equipment in the prior art cannot meet the requirements of increasingly high intensive sorting and high-efficiency sorting of a sorting center, and provides the manual sorting equipment.

Preferably, the feeding moving mechanism and the receiving moving mechanism are both jacking transplanting mechanisms.
Preferably, the piece supplying conveyor line is provided with a plurality of the feeding moving mechanisms, and the plurality of the feeding moving mechanisms are arranged in parallel along the conveying direction of the piece supplying conveyor line body and are respectively butted with different piece supplying picking platforms.

As shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the present invention provides a manual sorting apparatus, which specifically includes a delivery line 1 and an in-take delivery line 2. The picking platform 13 is located at the end of the horizontal conveyor 111, and the lifting device 112 is disposed below the horizontal conveyor 111 for lifting the horizontal conveyor 111, so that when the horizontal conveyor 111 carries the storage container 5, the storage container 5 is prevented from contacting the picking platform 13 and the picking conveyor line 12, thereby reducing the carrying resistance. The manual sorting equipment is used as a workstation capable of running independently, and the delivery line body 12 and the delivery line body 22 can be butted with corresponding ports on an original container delivery line through delivery line outlets and inlets of the delivery line body and the delivery line body, so that the purpose of arranging the manual sorting station conveniently and quickly is achieved, and the idea of modular design is embodied.
As shown in fig. 1 and 3, the piece picking platform 13 is arranged at an angle in the direction of the manual picking position 8 of the manual picking installation, so that the opening of the storage container 5 located on the piece picking platform 13 can be angled in the direction of the sorting staff, in order to facilitate the picking staff to pick or place goods in the storage container 5. In order to prevent the storage containers 5 from falling off the inclined picking platform 13, a stop is provided at the end of the picking platform 13. The structure also meets the requirement of human engineering, and can effectively improve the sorting comfort level of sorting personnel.
A tilting device 14 is arranged on each piece picking platform 13 of the piece supply line 1, the tilting device 14 having a flap 141, the flap 141 being able to be tilted in the direction of the arrow in fig. 4 by means of a flap drive 142 (in the present example a hydraulic cylinder) of the tilting device 14. The flap 141 is disposed on the surface of the picking platform 13 so that the angle of inclination of the storage container 5 is further increased by the turning over of the flap 141 when the storage container 5 is transported to the picking platform 13 (as shown in fig. 4), making the manual sorting operation more convenient and comfortable.
In addition, the horizontal distance a of delivery picking platform 13 from manual picking position 8 of the manual picking apparatus should also be greater than the horizontal distance B of picking platform 23 from manual picking position 8 to avoid the delivery picking platform 13 from obstructing the pick-up personnel from picking and placing the goods from picking and placing platform 23.
As shown in fig. 2, the parts feeding line 1 of the manual picking apparatus has a plurality of feeding moving mechanisms 11, and the feeding moving mechanisms 11 are arranged side by side along the conveying direction of the parts feeding line body 12 (i.e., the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 3) and respectively butt against different parts feeding platforms 13. The structure enables a plurality of supplied piece picking platforms 13 to be arranged on the single supplied piece conveying line body 12 at the same time so as to store a plurality of storage containers 5 at the same time, and meets increasingly complex picking requirements.
In addition, the incoming conveying line 2 of the manual sorting device is also provided with a plurality of receiving moving mechanisms 21, the receiving moving mechanisms 21 are arranged in parallel along the conveying direction of the incoming conveying line body 22 (namely the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 5) and are respectively butted with different incoming sorting platforms 23, so that when a sorting worker uses the manual sorting device, the sorting worker can simultaneously work corresponding to a plurality of supplied sorting platforms 13 and the incoming sorting platforms 23, containers on the sorting platforms are not mutually influenced, and the sorting efficiency can be further improved. The layout direction of the consignee picking platform 23 relative to the consignee delivery line body 22 is similar to the layout of the consignee picking platform 13 relative to the consignee delivery line body 12, and the consignee picking platform 23 and the consignee picking platform 13 are all located on the same side of the corresponding delivery line body, and are in the up-and-down parallel layout, and the directions of delivering containers are completely the same.
As shown in FIG. 2, in this embodiment, the manual picking apparatus has a total of two picking platforms 13 and six picking platforms 23. As shown in fig. 6, the containers on the piece picking platform 13 are storage containers 5, i.e. containers for the items to be sorted, typically bins; and the receptacle on the in-picking platform 23 is the target receptacle 6, i.e., the receptacle into which the sorted articles need to be manually placed, typically a packaging carton. This arrangement has the following advantages:
first, the target receptacles 6 are positioned on a relatively low in-take picking platform 23, considering that it is more labor-efficient to lower the sorted items than to raise them.
Secondly, in the field of logistics packaging, the number of target containers 6 is generally greater than that of storage containers 5, so that it is more reasonable to arrange a greater number of target containers 6 on the lower pick-receiving platform 23, which makes the center of gravity of the entire manual picking installation more stable.
As shown in fig. 2, the manual sorting apparatus further includes a display screen 16, the display screen 16 is disposed above the delivery line 1, and the display screen 16 is used for displaying the positions of the storage containers 5 and the target containers 6, so that the sorting personnel can know information such as the positions of the goods in real time. Preferably, the display screen 16 has a human-computer interaction function, i.e. the feeding moving mechanism 11 or the receiving moving mechanism 21 can be controlled to transport the containers from the conveying line bodies to the picking platforms by means of a touch screen or a keyboard input.

As shown in FIG. 7, the manual picking apparatus further includes a frame 18, a front guard plate 19 and a side guard plate 20. A front guard 19 is vertically disposed and secured to the frame 18, the front guard 19 being disposed at an end of the in-order picking platform 23 to separate the manual picking position 8 of the manual picking apparatus from various mechanical structures within the in-order picking platform 23 to provide safety to sorting personnel during the sorting process. Side guards 20 are provided on the left and right sides of the support frame 18 to prevent exposure of mechanical structures.
As shown in FIG. 7, the surface of the front guard plate 19 has an inward flange 191 and a convex portion 192. The inward folded edge 191 is used for avoiding the feet of sorting personnel, so that the sorting personnel can stand close to the equipment; the raised portions 192 are used for the knees and legs of the sorters to abut against, so as to reduce fatigue caused by standing for a long time.
