Description

Railway wagon carriage and railway wagon with same
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of railway wagons, in particular to a railway wagon carriage and a railway wagon with the same.
Background
The transportation amount of coal is relatively large, and the amount of coal transported by railways accounts for about 40 percent of the total amount of railway freight. The existing railway coal transport trucks are either open top trucks or hopper cars, and due to the fact that no roof structure exists, when the railway coal trucks transport coal, coal dust is easy to blow from the roof in the transport process, so that the railway transport safety is affected, resource waste and economic loss are caused, and serious coal dust pollution is brought to the environment along the railway.
With the increasing severity of the environmental pollution problem in China, in order to realize the environment-friendly transportation of coal, the method of additionally arranging a movable top cover on the traditional open-top coal-transporting truck for dust prevention is researched in recent years, and due to the special environment of railway coal transportation, loading and unloading operation, the adaptability of a top cover scheme to the existing railway truck with huge reserved quantity is considered.
As shown in fig. 1, when the cover 1 of the conventional railway wagon is opened or closed, the envelope space of the movement is large, and particularly when some space is narrow or objects are on two sides of the railway, interference may occur, so that the cover cannot be opened or closed.

The arrangement of the first and second links provides good restraint for the first and second covers such that the first and second covers 21 and 22 slide along a predetermined track. The first link and the second link have the same shape and are symmetrically arranged.
As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the railway wagon box further includes an adjusting pad 30, the adjusting pad 30 is disposed at the top end of the side wall of the box body 10, and the connecting rod 60 abuts against the adjusting pad 30 when the cover 20 is in the open state. The cushion 30 is disposed such that the engagement of the link 60 is a surface contact when the hood 20 is in the open state, so that the link 60 is relatively stable.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, the first link includes a first link section, a second link section, and a third link section, a first end of the first link section is pivotally connected to the car body 10, a second end of the first link section is connected to a first end of the second link section, a second end of the second link section is connected to a first end of the third link section, and a second end of the third link section is connected to a side of the first cowl 21 close to an inner side edge of the first cowl 21. The structure is simple, the processing cost is low, the first connecting rod is pressed against the adjusting pad 30 at the horizontal level, the stress is small at the horizontal level of the first connecting rod, and the structure is stable.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, when the first hood 21 is in the closed state, the first link section and the third link section are in the vertical state, the second link section is in the horizontal state, when the first hood 21 is in the open state, the first link section and the third link section are in the horizontal state, and the second link section is in the vertical state. The above structure makes the third link segment in a horizontal state and pressed against the adjusting pad 30 when the first hood 21 is in an open state, so that the third link segment is easy to balance in stress and is not easy to generate other component forces.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, in the technical solution of the present embodiment, there are a plurality of first links, and the first links are arranged at intervals along the length of the first cover 21. The structure of the first vehicle cover 21 is stable, the steel plate can be arranged to be thin, and the first vehicle cover 21 is low in mass. Specifically, the number of the first connecting rods is 4, which are arranged at intervals.
