Background
With the development of society, people are increasingly pursuing material culture and spiritual culture, and collection and reading of books are also developing to high-grade. People not only need the book to have novel and high quality, but also need the book to have an attractive, neat, high-grade and hardcover appearance, so that the requirements of reading or collecting of people at different levels can be met, and the book is designed into a book with material forms by utilizing paper, various binding materials and a printing process in the book manufacturing process. The paper that books used is mostly the stock form at this in-process, can only the sola cutting at the in-process of stock form cutting, can't accomplish coherent working process, and must aim at the cutter operation numerous and complicated many times, and the paper of cutting the end needs the staff to collect the arrangement and aligns, can form the paper of cutting at the back and extrude preceding paper in the working process, forms the paper fold, destroys the aesthetic feeling.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a book production process, which can solve the problems that the operation of aligning a cutter for multiple times is complicated in the current paper cutter, the cut paper needs to be collected, arranged and aligned by workers, the paper which is formed in the working process and is cut at the back extrudes the paper in the front, folds are formed and the like, and has the advantages of realizing accurate cutting distance, automatically collecting and arranging the paper, aligning, perfectly superposing, no fold and indentation and the like.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme that the book production and manufacturing process comprises the following specific process flows:
s1, cutting a roll paper material into paper with corresponding size through a cutting device;
s2, plate making is carried out on the book content and the book cover;
s3, page printing: using the printing plate manufactured in the step S1 to put the book contents on the paper of the corresponding material manufactured in the step S1;
s4, folding: folding the paper printed with the book content in the S3 into the size of the book opening according to the page number;
s5, a page assembly procedure: forming the folded paper in the S4 into a book block of loose pages according to page numbers;
s6, book block synthesis: coating a base glue at the book spine and coating a side glue at the position of the book spine, and forming the book block;
s7, folding the cover into a gluing surface matched with the book block and the book spine: forming two folds at the position, close to the center, of the cover in the S4, wherein the part, between the two folds, of the book cover is a gluing surface;
s8, gluing and sleeving a cover and a book block: bonding the spine with the bonded surface formed in S7 by the hot melt adhesive on the spine of the book block formed in S6;
s9, book cutting: flattening and cutting three sides of the glued book to obtain a finished book;

The rotating device comprises a rotating shaft which is rotatably connected to the side wall of the paper storage cavity, a rotating wheel which is rotatably connected to the rotating shaft, and a driving wheel which is rotatably connected to the side wall of the left end of the paper storage cavity; the rotating wheel and the pressing wheel are connected to the output end of the motor through a chain.
The cutting device comprises a clamping component and a collecting component, wherein the clamping component comprises a connecting through hole formed in the upper end of the side wall of the paper cutting cavity, a connecting plate connected in the connecting through hole in a sliding manner, a pressing plate connected on the connecting plate in a sliding manner, a sliding plate connected on the upper surface of the side wall of the box plate in a sliding manner, a transmission block fixedly connected on the side end of the sliding plate, air cylinders fixedly connected at the left end and the right end of the sliding plate, a transmission plate fixedly connected at the output end of the air cylinders, a paper cutter fixedly connected at the lower end of the transmission plate, an extrusion block fixedly connected on the left side surface of the lower end of the transmission plate, a contraction groove formed in the pressing plate, a contraction block slidably connected in the contraction groove, an; the connecting plate is fixedly connected to the transmission block, the transmission block is meshed with a chain rotating on the motor, and the extrusion block extrudes the pressing plate when the transmission plate is pressed down by the air cylinder.
The clamping part also comprises a bearing plate fixedly arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the paper cutting cavity, a guide edge plate fixedly connected at the left end of the bearing plate, a paper pressing block fixedly arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the paper cutting cavity, a paper pressing groove formed in the lower surface of the paper pressing block, a paper pressing plate connected in the paper pressing groove in a sliding manner, a clamping groove formed in the side wall of the paper pressing plate, a plurality of plate opening grooves formed in the side wall of the paper pressing block, an opening block connected in the plurality of plate opening grooves in a sliding manner, an opening plate fixedly arranged at the side end of the opening block and an extrusion bump fixedly arranged at the front end of the connecting through hole; the paper pressing plate is connected to the top end of the paper pressing groove through a spring, the opening plate is connected with a side wall spring of the paper pressing block through a spring, the opening block can slide in the clamping groove in a reciprocating mode, and the front end of the opening block ranges from thirty degrees to an oblique angle.
The collecting component comprises a collecting cavity arranged on the side wall of the paper cutting cavity, a collecting through hole arranged on the side wall of the collecting cavity, a collecting shaft arranged in the collecting through hole in a sliding manner, a pushing plate fixedly connected to the collecting shaft, a concave-convex plate arranged in the collecting cavity, a collecting plate fixedly connected to the side wall of the concave-convex plate, a collecting groove arranged at the front end of the collecting plate, and an extrusion bump fixedly arranged at the front end of the connecting through hole; the collecting shaft is fixedly connected to the transmission block through the collecting through hole, the pushing plate slides along the upper surface of the concave-convex plate, and the collecting plate is connected with the bottom surface of the paper cutting cavity through a spring.
Advantageous effects
The invention provides a book production and manufacturing process by improvement, and compared with the prior art, the book production and manufacturing process has the following improvements and advantages:
1. through setting up drive wheel 4, the axis of rotation 13 that makes motor 6 drive can drive the stock form and rotate to prevent that the stock form from splitting in cutting process, causing economic loss, and drive wheel 4 can also guarantee the smooth output of stock form.
2. As shown in fig. 1 to 8, a book production process includes the following specific process flows:
s1, cutting a roll paper material into paper with corresponding size through a cutting device;
s2, plate making is carried out on the book content and the book cover;
s3, page printing: using the printing plate manufactured in the step S1 to put the book contents on the paper of the corresponding material manufactured in the step S1;
s4, folding: folding the paper printed with the book content in the S3 into the size of the book opening according to the page number;
s5, a page assembly procedure: forming the folded paper in the S4 into a book block of loose pages according to page numbers;
s6, book block synthesis: coating a base glue at the book spine and coating a side glue at the position of the book spine, and forming the book block;
s7, folding the cover into a gluing surface matched with the book block and the book spine: forming two folds at the position, close to the center, of the cover in the S4, wherein the part, between the two folds, of the book cover is a gluing surface;
s8, gluing and sleeving a cover and a book block: bonding the spine with the bonded surface formed in S7 by the hot melt adhesive on the spine of the book block formed in S6;
s9, book cutting: flattening and cutting three sides of the glued book to obtain a finished book;
the operation steps in the process flow S1 in the steps of the process flows S1-S9 are performed by the base 1, the box board 2, the rotating device, and the cutting device, wherein: the paper cutting device comprises a box board 2 fixedly arranged on a base 1, a paper storage cavity 3 arranged in the right end of the box board 2, a paper cutting cavity 9 arranged in the left end of the box board 2, a rotating device arranged in the paper storage cavity 3, a cutting device arranged in the paper cutting cavity 9, a fixing plate 5 fixedly arranged at the left end of the upper surface of the box board 2, a motor 6 detachably connected to the fixing plate 5, a pressing shaft 11 fixedly arranged on the side wall of the box board 2 and a pressing wheel 12 rotatably connected to the pressing shaft 11; the rotating device comprises a rotating shaft 13 detachably connected with the side wall of the paper storage cavity 3, a rotating wheel 14 rotatably connected with the rotating shaft 13, and a driving wheel 4 rotatably connected with the side wall of the left end of the paper storage cavity 3; the rotating wheel 14 and the pressing wheel 12 are connected with the output end of the motor 6 through a chain; before use, the output end of the motor 6 is connected with the rotating wheel 14 through a chain, the chain is pressed below the pressing wheel 12, the chain horizontally rotates in the plane of the pressing wheel 12 and the output end of the motor 6, the roll paper 13 is sleeved on the rotating shaft 13, and the head of the roll paper is pulled out of the rotating wheel 4; the rotating shaft 13 driven by the motor 6 can drive the roll paper to rotate, so that the roll paper is prevented from being broken in the cutting process, economic loss is prevented, and the drive wheel 4 can ensure smooth output of the roll paper.
The cutting device comprises a clamping part and a collecting part, wherein the clamping part comprises a connecting through hole 20 arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the paper cutting cavity 9, a connecting plate 21 connected in the connecting through hole 20 in a sliding manner, a pressing plate 22 connected on the connecting plate 21 in a sliding manner, a sliding plate 26 connected on the upper surface of the side wall of the box plate 2 in a sliding manner, a transmission block 15 fixedly connected on the side end of the sliding plate 26, air cylinders 10 fixedly connected at the left end and the right end of the sliding plate 26, a transmission plate 25 fixedly connected at the output end of the air cylinder 10, a paper cutter 24 fixedly connected at the lower end of the transmission plate 25, a squeezing block 23 fixedly connected on the left side surface of the lower end of the transmission plate, a contraction groove 30 arranged in the pressing plate 22, a contraction block 29 slidably connected in the contraction groove 30, an upper connection groove; the connecting plate 21 is fixedly connected to the transmission block 15, the transmission block 15 is meshed with a chain rotating on the motor 6, and the extrusion block 23 extrudes the pressing plate 22 when the transmission plate 25 is pressed down by the cylinder 10; the paper rolling head pulled out from the transmission wheel 4 is pulled out from the lower surface of the pressing plate 22 and the upper surface of the connecting plate 21, so that the paper rolling head is horizontal to the end of the connecting plate 21, the pressing plate 22 is manually pressed downwards, the contraction block 29 is contracted into the contraction groove 30 through the upper connecting groove 27 under the action of lower pressure, the pressing plate 22 moves downwards to compress the paper rolling, the contraction block 29 is pressed into the lower connecting groove 28 through the contraction groove 30 under the action of a spring, so that the limitation of the pressing plate 22 is ensured, the pressing plate 22 cannot be separated in the movement process, the paper rolling is ensured to slide forwards along with the connecting plate 21, the transmission block 15 is meshed on a rack, the rotation can be carried out along with the rotating wheel 14, and the rotation speed of the paper rolling is the same as the moving speed of the connecting.
The clamping part also comprises a bearing plate 31 fixedly arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the paper cutting cavity 9, a leading edge plate 32 fixedly connected at the left end of the bearing plate 31, a paper pressing block 39 fixedly arranged at the upper end of the side wall of the paper cutting cavity 9, a paper pressing groove 35 arranged at the lower surface of the paper pressing block 39, a paper pressing plate 33 slidably connected in the paper pressing groove, a clamping groove 34 arranged on the side wall of the paper pressing plate, a plurality of plate opening grooves 38 arranged at the side wall of the paper pressing block 39, an opening block 37 slidably connected in the plurality of plate opening grooves 38, an opening plate 36 fixedly arranged at the side end of the opening block 37, and an extrusion lug 47 fixedly arranged at the front end of the connecting through hole 20: the paper pressing plate 33 is connected with the top end of the paper pressing groove 35 through a spring, the opening plate 36 is connected with the side wall of the paper pressing block 39 through a spring, the opening block 37 can slide in the clamping groove 34 in a reciprocating mode, and the front end of the opening block 37 ranges from thirty degrees to an oblique angle; the motor rotates the chain to drive the rotating wheel 14 to rotate, the roll paper is output, meanwhile, the transmission block 15 moves forwards, the connecting plate 21 with the pressing plate moves forwards, the side face of the pressing plate 22 moving to the connecting plate 21 at the front end extrudes the opening plate 36, the opening plate 36 drives the opening block 37 to compress, the opening block 37 slides from the pressing groove 35 into the clamping groove 34 to separate the pressing plate 33 from the bearing plate 31, the right side face of the lower end of the connecting plate 21 is attached to the guide edge plate 32, the extrusion bump 47 extrudes the upper pressing plate 22, the contraction block 29 contracts into the contraction groove 30 from the lower connecting groove 28 under the action of pressure, the pressing plate 22 moves downwards and upwards to separate from the roll paper, the contraction block 29 is pressed into the upper connecting groove 27 from the contraction groove 30 under the action of the spring, the motor 6 rotates the chain to drive the connecting plate 21 to move leftwards, the chain drives the rotating wheel 14 to idle, the pressing plate 22 separates from the opening plate 36, the opening plate 36 drives, the paper pressing plate 33 is pressed down under the action of a spring to press the paper on the bearing plate 31, the cutting distance is determined by the scale on the upper surface of the box board 2, the air cylinder 10 is started after the specified distance is reached, the air cylinder moves downwards, the pressing block 23 preferentially presses the pressing plate 22, the contraction block 29 contracts into the contraction groove 30 from the upper connecting groove 27 under the action of the lower pressure, the contraction block 29 is pressed into the lower connecting groove 28 from the contraction groove 30 under the action of the spring, and the paper is cut by the paper cutter 24; the pressing plate 22 is pressed downwards for moving downwards to press the paper roll to enable the paper which needs to be cut to form a tight state, the paper is guaranteed not to slide off, the paper is cut to incline, the paper roll at the back is pressed on the connecting plate 21, the continuity of paper roll cutting is achieved, the practicability of equipment is improved, and the working efficiency is improved.
The collecting part comprises a collecting cavity 45 arranged on the side wall of the paper cutting cavity 9, a collecting through hole 46 arranged on the side wall of the collecting cavity, a collecting shaft 42 arranged in the collecting through hole 46 in a sliding manner, a pushing plate 43 fixedly connected to the collecting shaft 42, a concave-convex plate 41 arranged in the collecting cavity 45, a collecting plate 7 fixedly connected to the side wall of the concave-convex plate 41 and a collecting groove 8 arranged at the front end of the collecting plate 7; the collecting shaft 42 is fixedly connected to the transmission block 15 through a collecting through hole 46, the pushing plate 43 slides along the upper surface of the concave-convex plate 41, and the collecting plate 7 is in spring connection with the bottom surface of the paper cutting cavity 9.
