through the cooperation of the check valve with the second hole 29 and the third hole 32, when the air bag 27 is extruded by the bearing platform 14, compressed air in the air bag 27 can only be ejected through the check valve and the third hole 32, and then paper scraps in a gap between the bearing platform 14 and the blind hole 9 are blown and cleaned, so that the friction force between the bearing platform 14 and the blind hole 9 is reduced, the normal sliding work of the bearing platform 14 is further ensured, and meanwhile, when the air bag 27 expands under the action of the first spring 15 and returns to the original state, the air bag 27 only can exhaust air from the second hole 29 and the first hole 28 through the check valve, the firmness of the first hole 28 for adsorbing the cup bottom is increased, and the production efficiency of the paper cup is further improved; after the press rod 21 finishes blanking the cup bottom, the press rod 21 continues to press down the cup bottom, and at the moment, the air bag 27 is extruded by the oil cylinder 10 and the bearing platform 14, so that compressed air generated in the air bag 27 is filled into the third hole 32 through the second hole 29, and because one end of the third hole 32, which is far away from the second hole 29, is provided with the pressure limiting valve 35, after the air pressure in the third hole 32 is increased, part of the compressed air is filled into the rubber ring 33 through the fourth hole 34, so that the rubber ring 33 expands and extrudes the flanging of the cup bottom, and the flanging is further shaped by matching with the ring groove 36, thereby reducing the deformation of the flanging when the press rod 21 is separated from extrusion, further increasing the stability of flanging forming, and increasing the forming quality of the cup bottom; when depression bar 21 glides downwards under the drive of cam 26, because spiral groove 38 has been seted up to depression bar 21 periphery, platform 20 top and spiral groove 38 corresponding position have linked firmly fixture block 39, make fixture block 39 cooperation spiral groove 38, make depression bar 21 constantly rotatory at the in-process of gliding, and then when making the recess 31 blanking of depression bar 21 bottom accomplish and extrude the bottom of a cup, recess 31 drives the turn-ups position of bottom of a cup rotatory, and then constantly form even fold and imbed in fold groove 37 during making the turn-ups shaping, further increase the turn-ups's of bottom of a cup homogeneity, reduce tearing and the local excessive overlap at bottom of a cup edge, increase the shaping quality of bottom of a cup.
The front, the back, the left, the right, the upper and the lower are all based on figure 1 in the attached drawings of the specification, according to the standard of the observation angle of a person, the side of the device facing an observer is defined as the front, the left side of the observer is defined as the left, and the like.
