In addition, the invention also discloses a paper cup assembling method, which adopts the paper cup machine and comprises the following steps:
(S1) punching and feeding the base paper: the cup bottom punching device punches the conveyed cup bottom paper into a cup bottom shape and conveys the cup bottom paper into the jig conveying device;
(S2) forming the cup and the barrel: the cup tube paper feeding device conveys the cup tube paper to a cup tube processing station, and the cup tube shaping mechanism processes the cup tube paper into a shape of a paper cup and a cup tube;
(S3) connecting the cup bottom of the cup cylinder: the cup bottom processing device folds, rolls and rolls the cup bottom and the cup bottom on the jig conveying device, and connects the cup bottoms of the cup cylinders;
(S4) hemming the cup mouth: the jig conveying device conveys the paper cup to the edge curling device, and the edge curling device curls the rim of the paper cup to complete the paper cup assembling process.
A paper cup comprises a cup cylinder and a cup bottom, wherein the cup bottom is formed by punching cup bottom paper; the cup cylinder is formed by curling and bonding cup cylinder paper, and the paper cup is obtained by the production method.
The paper cup machine and the method adopting the technical scheme have the advantages that:
1. by arranging the punching and pushing mechanism; after the cup bottom paper is conveyed to a feed inlet of the punching and pushing mechanism, the driving chain wheel rotates to drive the punching chain wheel and the pushing chain wheel which are meshed with the driving chain wheel to rotate; the punching chain wheel rotates to sequentially drive the punching cam and the punching connecting rod to move, and the punching connecting rod moves to drive the punching head to move so as to punch and form the cup bottom paper into the cup bottom; the pushing chain wheel rotates to drive the pushing connecting rod to move, and the pushing connecting rod moves to drive the pushing head to move so as to push the cup bottom to the jig conveying device, so that the process of punching the cup bottom by the paper cup is completed. The punching chain wheel and the pushing chain wheel are respectively meshed with the same driving chain wheel, namely, two actions of punching and pushing the cup bottom paper can be simultaneously controlled by controlling the rotation of one driving chain wheel; the condition that two different cylinders need to be controlled respectively when being driven is avoided, and the complexity of controlling the driving device is reduced.
2. By arranging the paper cup pushing mechanism; after the paper cup positioning jig moves to a station connected with the edge curling device, the paper cup push rod extends out under the action of the paper cup push-out cam, and the output end of the paper cup push rod pushes the paper cup from the paper cup positioning jig to the inner hole of the paper cup receiving jig of the edge curling device along the inner part of the paper cup; the gas outlet of gas pitcher is opened and is carried gas to the air inlet of paper cup push rod after the paper cup reachs paper cup receiving jig relevant position, and gas is inside along the paper cup push rod to be carried to paper cup push rod output and is released the paper cup and accomplish paper cup jig transportation process with paper cup push rod separation. After the paper cup push rod pushes the paper cup to move to a corresponding position, gas in the gas tank can be conveyed to the bottom of the paper cup along the inside of the paper cup push rod; the gas in the gas tank provides an outward pushing force for the bottom of the paper cup to push out the opened paper cup, so that the bottom of the paper cup is in contact with the bottom of the paper cup receiving jig and is separated from the paper cup push rod; thereby avoided the paper cup push rod to retract back the back motion of paper cup following paper cup push rod, guaranteed the accuracy of paper cup transport position.
3. By arranging the cup cylinder moving chain wheel, the cup cylinder moving head, the cup cylinder suction chain wheel and the cup cylinder suction head; after the cup tube paper is fed to the cup tube paper feeding mechanism, the driving chain wheel rotates to sequentially drive the cup tube moving chain wheel and the cup tube sucking chain wheel which are meshed with the driving chain wheel to rotate; the cup cylinder suction chain wheel rotates to sequentially drive the suction connecting rod and the suction block to move so as to suck the cup cylinder paper in the cup cylinder paper feeding mechanism to the surface of the paper feeding rack; the cup cylinder moving chain wheel rotates to drive the moving transmission element and the poking head to move backwards to the rear side of the cup cylinder paper, the poking rotating block is pressed by the cup cylinder paper during movement to compress the poking spring, and the output end of the poking rotating block is lower than the rear end face of the cup cylinder paper; the poking head is positioned at the rear side of the cup tube paper, the poking rotating block is popped up by the upward elastic force of the poking spring, and the output end of the poking rotating block is higher than the rear end face of the cup tube paper; the cup cylinder moving chain wheel rotates to drive the poking head to move forward, and the poking rotating block pushes the cup cylinder paper to move forward to the previous station to complete the cup cylinder paper driving process. The cup cylinder moving chain wheel and the cup cylinder suction chain wheel are meshed with the same driving chain wheel, namely one driving chain wheel can simultaneously drive two actions of paper suction and paper pushing of the cup cylinder paper, and the number of the driving mechanisms is reduced compared with the case that two driving mechanisms of a paper suction cylinder and a paper pushing cylinder respectively drive the paper suction and the paper pushing of the cup cylinder paper; meanwhile, a plurality of shifting heads connected with the mobile transmission element divide the space between the cup tube paper suction position and the cup tube paper feeding position into a plurality of sections of same distances, and the plurality of shifting heads are respectively contacted with different cup tube papers; the transmission element is moved every time, the paper cup at the forefront end can be conveyed to the paper cup feeding position only by driving the paper cup to move by the distance between the adjacent poking heads; the cup paper feeding device has the advantages that the cup paper pushing cylinder pushes the cup paper feeding to be a long distance between the cup paper suction position and the cup paper feeding position, the pushing distance required in the cup paper feeding process is reduced, and the cup paper is rapidly fed.
4. Forming a driving component by setting; after the cup tube paper is conveyed to a station connected with the cup tube shaping mechanism, the shaping driving shaft rotates to drive the shaping cam connected with the shaping driving shaft to rotate, and the shaping cam rotates to drive the shaping connecting rod contacted with the shaping cam to move upwards; the forming connecting rod drives the forming jig connected with the forming connecting rod to fold, the cup tube paper is turned into a paper cup tube shape, and the cup tube forming process is completed. The shaping jig is driven by a cam in a driving mode, the manufacturing precision of the cam is higher relative to that of the cylinder, and the lower end of the shaping connecting rod moves along the surface of the cam to drive the shaping jig to rotate accurately; thereby avoided when the cylinder promotes because the cylinder promotes to produce the condition that the gap caused the design tool to take place the skew between axle and the cylinder body, guaranteed the accurate shaping of a glass section of thick bamboo paper.

The following describes in detail embodiments of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Example 1
A paper cup machine as shown in fig. 1-12, which comprises a workbench, and a cup bottom punching device 1, a jig conveying device 2, a cup tube paper feeding device 3, a cup bottom processing device and a curling device which are fixed on the workbench; the corresponding stations of the jig conveying device 2 are respectively connected with the discharge end of the cup bottom punching device 1, the discharge end of the cup tube paper feeding device 3, the discharge end of the cup bottom processing device and the feed end of the edge curling device; the cup bottom punching device 1 is used for punching the bottom of a paper cup; the jig conveying device 2 is used for conveying paper cups in the processing process; the cup tube paper feeding device 3 is used for feeding and processing the cup tube; the cup bottom processing device is used for folding, rolling and knurling the bottom of the paper cup; the edge curling device is used for curling the rim of the cup.
The product flow direction of the paper cup is as follows: the cup bottom punching device 1, the jig conveying device 2, the cup tube paper feeding device 3, the cup bottom processing device and the curling device.
Fig. 2 and 3 show the product structure of the paper cup. The paper cup comprises a cup cylinder and a cup bottom: the cup bottom is formed by punching cup bottom paper; the cup cylinder is formed by curling, bonding and molding cup cylinder paper; then the cup bottom processing device carries out bottom folding, bottom rolling and knurling on the cup bottom and the cup cylinder, and the cup bottoms of the cup cylinder are connected with each other; and finally, the edge curling device curls the edge of the paper cup to finish processing.
As shown in fig. 4, the cup bottom punching device 1 comprises a cup bottom paper feeding mechanism 11 and a punching and pushing mechanism 12; the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism 11 and the punching and pushing mechanism 12 are fixed on the workbench; the input end of the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism 11 is connected with the cup bottom paper feeding hole, and the output end of the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism 11 is connected with the feeding end of the punching and pushing mechanism 12; the discharge end of the punching and pushing mechanism 12 is connected with a cup bottom feeding station of the jig conveying device 2; the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism 11 is used for feeding cup bottom paper; the punching and pushing mechanism 12 is used for pushing the punched cup bottom paper to the jig conveying device 2; the punching and pushing mechanism 12 comprises a punching head driving component 13, a pushing head driving component 14, a punching head 15 and a pushing head 16; the blanking head drive assembly 13 includes a blanking sprocket 131, a blanking cam 132, and a blanking link 133; the pushing head driving assembly 14 comprises a pushing chain wheel 141 and a pushing connecting rod 142; both the blanking sprocket 131 and the pushing sprocket 141 are connected with the same driving sprocket by chain transmission; the punching chain wheel 131 is connected with the input end of the punching cam 132, the output end of the punching cam 132 is connected with the input end of the punching connecting rod 133, and the output end of the punching connecting rod 133 is connected with the punching head 15; the pushing chain wheel 141 is connected with the input end of the pushing connecting rod 142, and the output end of the pushing connecting rod 142 is connected with the pushing head 16; the punching head 15 is used for punching and cutting the paper at the bottom of the cup into the shape of the bottom of the paper cup; the pushing head 16 is used for pushing the punched cup bottom paper to the jig conveying device 2.
As shown in fig. 5, the blanking link 133 includes a blanking base 1331, a first blanking bar 1332, and a second blanking bar 1333; the punching base 1331 is fixed on the workbench, two ends of the first punching rod 1332 are respectively hinged with the tail ends of the punching base 1331 and the second punching rod 1333, and the middle end of the first punching rod 1332 is matched with the punching cam 132 through a roller; the head end of the second punching rod 1333 is hinged with the tail end of the punching head 15; the pushing link 142 includes a pushing base 1421, a first pushing link 1422, a second pushing link 1423, and a third pushing link 1424; the pushing base 1421 is fixed on the workbench, and two ends of the first pushing connecting rod 1422 are hinged to the tail ends of the pushing base 1421 and the third pushing connecting rod 1424 respectively; two ends of the second pushing connecting rod 1423 are hinged to the pushing chain wheel 141 and the middle end of the first pushing connecting rod 1422 respectively; the head end of the third push connecting rod 1424 is hinged to the tail end of the push head 16; the punching head 15 comprises a punching tailstock 151, a punching guide plate 152 and a punching block 153; the tail end of the punching tailstock 151 is connected with the punching connecting rod 133, the head end of the punching tailstock 151 is connected with the punching guide plate 152, and the punching guide plate 152 is movably matched with the pressing rack through a guide column; the punching and cutting block 153 is fixed on the punching and cutting guide plate 152, and the output end of the punching and cutting block 153 is in contact with the bottom paper of the cup; the die-cut piece 153 is cylindrical, and the size of the cylinder is the same as that of the bottom of the paper cup; the die head 15 also includes a spring press 154; the spring pressing plate 154 is embedded on a screw fixed on the punching guide plate 152, and the spring pressing plate 154 and the punching guide plate 152 are respectively contacted with two ends of the spring; the pushing head 16 comprises a pushing tailstock 161 and a pushing block 162; the tail end of the pushing tail seat 161 is connected with the pushing connecting rod 142, one end of the pushing block 162 is connected with the pushing tail seat 161, and the other end of the pushing block 162 is in contact with the punched bottom paper of the cup; the pushing tailstock 161 is fitted inside the punching tailstock 151, and the pushing tailstock 161 and the punching tailstock 151 are slidably connected by a linear bearing.
The cup bottom punching device 1 comprises the following components in the working process: 1) the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism 11 conveys the cup bottom paper to a feeding hole of the punching and pushing mechanism 12; 2) the driving chain wheel rotates to drive the punching chain wheel 131 and the pushing chain wheel 141 which are meshed with the driving chain wheel to rotate; 3) the punching chain wheel 131 rotates to drive the punching cam 132 and the punching connecting rod 133 to move in sequence, and the punching connecting rod 133 moves to drive the punching head 15 to move so as to punch and form the cup bottom paper into the cup bottom; 4) the pushing chain wheel 141 rotates to drive the pushing connecting rod 142 to move, and the pushing connecting rod 142 moves to drive the pushing head 16 to move so as to push the cup bottom to the jig conveying device 2, so that the process of making the cup bottom from the paper cup is completed.
The cup bottom punching device 1 solves the problems that when the cup bottom is punched and pushed, a punching cylinder is adopted to drive a punching head to punch the cup bottom, and then a pushing cylinder drives a pushing head to push the punched cup bottom to a jig conveying device; and the quantity that adopts two different cylinder drives respectively to increase drive arrangement during die-cut and propelling movement, and then need control respectively two cylinders of die-cut cylinder and propelling movement cylinder to the problem of the complexity of control drive arrangement has been increased. By arranging the punching and pushing mechanism 12; after the cup bottom paper is conveyed to the feeding hole of the punching and pushing mechanism 12, the driving chain wheel rotates to drive the punching chain wheel 131 and the pushing chain wheel 141 which are meshed with the driving chain wheel to rotate; the punching chain wheel 131 rotates to drive the punching cam 132 and the punching connecting rod 133 to move in sequence, and the punching connecting rod 133 moves to drive the punching head 15 to move so as to punch and form the cup bottom paper into the cup bottom; the pushing chain wheel 141 rotates to drive the pushing connecting rod 142 to move, and the pushing connecting rod 142 moves to drive the pushing head 16 to move so as to push the cup bottom to the jig conveying device 2, so that the process of making the cup bottom from the paper cup is completed. The punching chain wheel 131 and the pushing chain wheel 141 are respectively meshed with the same driving chain wheel, namely, two actions of punching and pushing the cup bottom paper can be simultaneously controlled by controlling the rotation of one driving chain wheel; the condition that two different cylinders need to be controlled respectively when being driven is avoided, and the complexity of controlling the driving device is reduced.
As shown in fig. 6, the jig conveying device 2 includes a jig driving mechanism 21, a jig turntable 22, and a cup push-out mechanism 23; the jig driving mechanism 21 is fixed on the workbench, and the output end of the jig driving mechanism 21 is respectively connected with the jig turntable 22 and the paper cup push-out mechanism 23; the output end of the paper cup pushing mechanism 23 is connected with the jig rotating disc 22, and the output end of the paper cup pushing mechanism 23 is contacted with the inside of a paper cup; the jig driving mechanism 21 is used for driving the jig rotating disc 22 and the paper cup pushing-out mechanism 23 to rotate; the tool turntable 22 is used for positioning and conveying paper cups; the paper cup pushing mechanism 23 is used to push out the processed paper cup.
As shown in fig. 7, the paper cup ejecting mechanism 23 includes an air tank 24, a paper cup ejecting cam 25, and a paper cup pushing lever 26; the air tank 24 and the paper cup push-out cam 25 are connected with the output end of the jig driving mechanism 21; a paper cup push rod 26 penetrates through a paper cup positioning jig in the jig rotating disc 22, one end of the paper cup push rod 26 is in contact with the surface of the paper cup push-out cam 25 through a roller, and the other end of the paper cup push rod 26 is in contact with the bottom of the inner side of the paper cup; the gas tank 24 includes a plurality of gas outlets 241; the paper cup push rod 26 includes an air inlet 261, the plurality of air outlets 241 are respectively communicated with the air inlets 261 of the plurality of paper cup push rods 26, and the air inlet 261 of the paper cup push rod 26 is communicated with the output end of the paper cup push rod 26. The middle end of the paper cup push rod 26 is movably matched with the positioning jig of the jig rotating disc 22 through a linear bearing; the output end of the paper cup push rod 26 is in a disc shape, and the size of the disc is the same as that of the bottom of the paper cup; the paper cup ejecting mechanism 23 further comprises a mechanical valve 27; a plurality of mechanical valves 27 are respectively fixed on the air tank 24, and contact switches of the mechanical valves 27 are positioned at the joint positions of the jig rotating disc 22 and the curling device.
As shown in fig. 6, the jig driving mechanism 21 includes a jig driving cam 211 and a jig driving rotation shaft 212; the outer surface of the jig driving cam 211 contacts with the input end of the jig driving rotating shaft 212, and the output end of the jig driving rotating shaft 212 is respectively connected with the jig rotating disc 22 and the paper cup push-out mechanism 23; the jig driving cam 211 is sprocket driven.
As shown in fig. 8, the jig turntable 22 includes a jig main turntable 221 and a cup positioning jig 222; the tool main rotating disc 221 is connected with the output end of the tool driving mechanism 21, the plurality of paper cup positioning tools 222 are respectively fixed on the tool main rotating disc 221, and the paper cup positioning tools 222 are respectively matched with the paper cup cylinder and the cup bottom; the tool turntable 22 further comprises a pressing roller 223, a pressing shaft 224 and a pressing block 225; the pressing roller 223 and the pressing block 225 are respectively fixed at the lower end and the upper end of the pressing shaft 224, and the pressing shaft 224 passes through the corresponding hole position of the main turntable 221 of the jig; the pressing roller 223 is contacted with the surface of the workbench, and the pressing block 225 is driven by the pressing roller 223 to be contacted with or separated from the bonding part of the paper cup and the cup barrel; the tool turntable 22 further comprises a compression spring 226; the two ends of the pressing spring 226 are respectively contacted with the upper surface of the pressing roller 223 and the lower surface of the main turntable 221 of the jig.
Tool conveyor 2 is at the course of the work: 1) the tool driving mechanism 21 acts to drive the paper cup positioning tool 222 to move to a station connected with the crimping device; 2) the paper cup push rod 26 extends out under the action of the paper cup push-out cam 25, and the output end of the paper cup push rod 26 pushes the paper cup from the paper cup positioning jig 222 to the inner hole of the paper cup receiving jig of the crimping device along the inner part of the paper cup; 3) after the paper cup reaches the corresponding position of the paper cup receiving jig, the air outlet 241 of the air tank 24 is opened to convey air to the air inlet 261 of the paper cup push rod 26, and the air is conveyed to the output end of the paper cup push rod 26 along the inside of the paper cup push rod 26 to push the paper cup out to be separated from the paper cup push rod 26, so that the conveying process of the paper cup jig is completed.
The tool conveying device 2 solves the problem that when the paper cup is conveyed to the edge curling device, a paper cup push rod in the tool conveying device pushes the paper cup embedded at the outer side of the paper cup positioning tool from the inner side of the paper cup to an inner hole of a paper cup receiving tool in the edge curling device to complete the paper cup conveying process; the paper cup is in a hollow structure and is easy to deform, when the paper cup push rod pushes the static paper cup out from the inner side of the paper cup, the paper cup can expand and deform by the pushing force of the moving paper cup push rod, and relative movement is generated between the paper cup push rod and the static paper cup to further displace towards the bottom of the paper cup; the diameter of the bottom of the conical paper cup is smaller than that of the pushing part of the paper cup push rod, namely, the pushed paper cup is expanded by the displaced paper cup push rod so as to be pressed by the pushed paper cup; when the paper cup push rod retracts to the initial position after pushing the paper cup to the crimping device, the expanded paper cup is stretched due to the fact that the paper cup push rod pulls to retract to move backwards along with the paper cup push rod, and therefore the problem that the conveying position of the paper cup is inaccurate is caused. By arranging the paper cup push-out mechanism 23; after the paper cup positioning jig 222 moves to a station connected with the edge curling device, the paper cup push rod 26 extends out under the action of the paper cup push-out cam 25, and the output end of the paper cup push rod 26 pushes the paper cup from the paper cup positioning jig 222 to the inner hole of the paper cup receiving jig of the edge curling device along the inner part of the paper cup; after the paper cup reaches the corresponding position of the paper cup receiving jig, the air outlet 241 of the air tank 24 is opened to convey air to the air inlet 261 of the paper cup push rod 26, and the air is conveyed to the output end of the paper cup push rod 26 along the inside of the paper cup push rod 26 to push the paper cup out to be separated from the paper cup push rod 26, so that the conveying process of the paper cup jig is completed. After the paper cup push rod 26 pushes the paper cup to move to a corresponding position, the gas in the gas tank 24 can be conveyed to the bottom of the paper cup along the inside of the paper cup push rod 26; the gas in the gas tank 24 provides an outward pushing force to the bottom of the paper cup to push out the opened paper cup, so that the bottom of the paper cup is in contact with the bottom of the paper cup receiving jig and is separated from the paper cup push rod 26; thereby avoiding the paper cup from moving backwards along with the paper cup push rod 26 after the paper cup push rod 26 retracts, and ensuring the accuracy of the paper cup conveying position.
As shown in fig. 9, the cup paper feeding device 3 includes a cup paper feeding mechanism, a cup paper driving mechanism 31, a paper feeding frame 32, and a cup shaping mechanism 33; the cup paper feeding mechanism, the cup paper driving mechanism 31, the paper feeding rack 32 and the cup shaping mechanism 33 are all fixed on the workbench; the output end of the paper cup tube feeding mechanism is connected with the paper cup tube driving mechanism 31, and the paper cup tube driving mechanism 31 is connected with the paper feeding rack 32; the cup cylinder shaping mechanism 33 is positioned at the discharge hole of the paper feeding rack 32, and the output end of the cup cylinder shaping mechanism 33 is connected with the jig conveying device 2; the paper cup tube feeding mechanism is used for feeding paper cup tubes; the sleeve paper driving mechanism 31 is used for moving and conveying the sleeve paper in the sleeve paper feeding mechanism to the paper feeding frame 32; the cup tube shaping mechanism 33 is used for processing the cup tube paper into the shape of a paper cup tube.
As shown in fig. 10 and 11, the cup tube paper driving mechanism 31 includes a cup tube moving sprocket 34, a cup tube moving head 35, a cup tube suction sprocket 36, and a cup tube suction head 37; one end of the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 is connected with the driving chain wheel, the other end of the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 is connected with the cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36, and the output end of the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 is connected with the cup cylinder moving head 35; the output end of the cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36 is connected with a cup cylinder suction head 37; the cup cylinder moving head 35 comprises a moving transmission element 351 and a plurality of toggle heads 352; the plurality of toggle heads 352 are respectively in contact with the plurality of paper cups; the toggle head 352 comprises a toggle base 353, a toggle rotary block 354 and a toggle spring; the toggle base 353 is fixed at the output end of the mobile transmission element 351, the toggle rotating block 354 is hinged with the toggle base 353, and the output end of the toggle rotating block 354 is in contact with the rear end face of the cup tube paper; the toggle base 353 and the toggle rotary block 354 are respectively contacted with two ends of the toggle spring, and when the toggle spring extends and compresses, the output end of the toggle rotary block 354 is higher or lower than the rear end face of the cone paper. The movement transmission member 351 includes a first movement link 3511, a second movement link 3512, a third movement link 3513, and a movement rail block 3514; two ends of the first movable connecting rod 3511 are respectively hinged with the cup barrel movable chain wheel 34 and the middle section of the second movable connecting rod 3512; two ends of the second movable connecting rod 3512 are respectively hinged with the workbench and the tail end of the third movable connecting rod 3513; the head end of the third moving connecting rod 3513 is hinged with a slide block in the moving guide rail slide block 3514, and the slide block in the moving guide rail slide block 3514 is connected with the toggle head 352; the cup cylinder suction head 37 comprises a suction connecting rod 371, a suction guide column 372 and a suction block 373; two ends of the suction connecting rod 371 are respectively hinged with the cup suction chain wheel 36 and the movable end of the suction guide column 372, and the movable end of the suction guide column 372 is connected with the lower end of the suction block 373; the upper end of the absorbing block 373 is in contact with the output end of the paper feeding mechanism of the cup paper.
As shown in fig. 9, the cupper paper driving mechanism 31 further includes a paper pressing plate 38; the paper pressing plate 38 is fixed on the paper feeding frame 32, and the lower end of the paper pressing plate 38 is connected with the cone paper; the end of the paper pressing plate 38 connected with the paper feeding frame 32 is in a circular arc transition shape, and the paper pressing end of the paper pressing plate 38 is in a plane shape; the distance from the lower surface of the paper pressing plate 38 to the upper surface of the paper feeding frame 32 is the same as the thickness of the cup paper.
The web driving mechanism 31 is in operation: 1) feeding the cup paper into a cup paper feeding mechanism; 2) the driving chain wheel rotates to drive the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 and the cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36 which are meshed with the driving chain wheel to rotate in turn; 3) the cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36 rotates to drive the suction connecting rod 371 and the suction block 373 to move in turn so as to suck the cup cylinder paper in the cup cylinder paper feeding mechanism to the surface of the paper feeding rack 32; 4) the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 rotates to drive the moving transmission element 351 and the toggle head 352 to move backwards to the rear side of the cup cylinder paper, the toggle rotating block 354 is pressed by the cup cylinder paper during movement to compress the toggle spring, and the output end of the toggle rotating block 354 is lower than the rear end face of the cup cylinder paper; 5) the toggle head 352 is positioned at the rear side of the cup paper, the toggle rotating block 354 is popped up by the upward elastic force of the toggle spring, and the output end of the toggle rotating block 354 is higher than the rear end face of the cup paper; the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 rotates to drive the toggle head 352 to move forward, and the toggle rotating block 354 pushes the cup cylinder paper to move forward to the previous station to complete the cup cylinder paper driving process.
The cup tube paper driving mechanism 31 is used for driving the paper sucking mechanism to suck the cup tube paper in the cup tube paper feeding mechanism to the paper feeding frame by using the paper sucking cylinder when the cup tube paper is fed, and then the cup tube paper pushing cylinder drives the paper pushing mechanism to push the cup tube paper out to complete the cup tube paper feeding process; the paper suction process and the paper pushing process of the paper cup are respectively required to be carried out by two driving mechanisms of the paper suction cylinder and the paper cup pushing cylinder, so that the number of the driving mechanisms is increased; meanwhile, when the paper cup pushing cylinder pushes the paper cup to be fed, the paper cup pushing cylinder pushes one paper cup at a time, and then retracts to push the next paper cup; when the distance between the initial position and the paper cup feeding position is long, the time for pushing one piece of paper cup to be fed is increased more, so that the problem of fast feeding of the paper cup is not facilitated. By arranging a cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34, a cup cylinder moving head 35, a cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36 and a cup cylinder suction head 37; after the cup tube paper is fed to the cup tube paper feeding mechanism, the driving chain wheel rotates to sequentially drive the cup tube moving chain wheel 34 and the cup tube sucking chain wheel 36 which are meshed with the driving chain wheel to rotate; the cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36 rotates to drive the suction connecting rod 371 and the suction block 373 to move in turn so as to suck the cup cylinder paper in the cup cylinder paper feeding mechanism to the surface of the paper feeding rack 32; the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 rotates to drive the moving transmission element 351 and the toggle head 352 to move backwards to the rear side of the cup cylinder paper, the toggle rotating block 354 is pressed by the cup cylinder paper during movement to compress the toggle spring, and the output end of the toggle rotating block 354 is lower than the rear end face of the cup cylinder paper; the toggle head 352 is positioned at the rear side of the cup paper, the toggle rotating block 354 is popped up by the upward elastic force of the toggle spring, and the output end of the toggle rotating block 354 is higher than the rear end face of the cup paper; the cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 rotates to drive the toggle head 352 to move forward, and the toggle rotating block 354 pushes the cup cylinder paper to move forward to the previous station to complete the cup cylinder paper driving process. The cup cylinder moving chain wheel 34 and the cup cylinder suction chain wheel 36 are meshed with the same driving chain wheel, namely one driving chain wheel can simultaneously drive two actions of paper suction and paper pushing of the cup cylinder paper, and the number of the driving mechanisms is reduced compared with the case that two driving mechanisms of a paper suction cylinder and a paper pushing cylinder respectively drive the paper suction and the paper pushing of the cup cylinder paper; meanwhile, a plurality of toggle heads 352 are connected with the mobile transmission element 351, the plurality of toggle heads 352 divide the space between the cup and tube paper suction position and the cup and tube paper loading position into a plurality of sections of same distances, and the plurality of toggle heads 352 are respectively contacted with different cup and tube papers; each time the transmission element 351 is moved, the front end cup paper can be conveyed to the cup paper feeding position only by driving the cup paper to move by a distance which is equal to the distance between the adjacent toggle heads 352; the cup paper feeding device has the advantages that the cup paper pushing cylinder pushes the cup paper feeding to be a long distance between the cup paper suction position and the cup paper feeding position, the pushing distance required in the cup paper feeding process is reduced, and the cup paper is rapidly fed.
As shown in fig. 12, the cup holder shaping mechanism 33 includes a shaping driving assembly 331 and a shaping jig 332; the forming driving component 331 and the shaping jig 332 are fixed on the workbench, and the output end of the forming driving component 331 is connected with the input end of the shaping jig 332; the shaping jig 332 is positioned at the discharge port of the paper feeding rack 32, and the output end of the shaping jig 332 is matched with the cup tube paper; the forming driving component 331 is used for driving the forming fixture 332 to move; the shaping jig 332 is used for turning the paper in the cup cylinder into the shape of a paper cup and a cup cylinder; the forming drive assembly 331 includes a forming drive shaft 333, a forming cam 334, a forming bearing, a forming link 336, and a forming guide post 337; the molding driving shaft 333 and the molding connecting rod 336 are fixed on the workbench, and the rotating end of the molding driving shaft 333 is connected with the molding cam 334; the molding bearing is fixed at the tail end of the molding connecting rod 336 and is embedded in the inner groove of the molding cam 334; the forming connecting rod 336 is connected with the movable end of the forming guide pillar 337, and the head end of the forming connecting rod 336 is connected with the input end of the shaping jig 332; driven by the forming cam 334, the head end of the forming connecting rod 336 drives the forming jig 332 to open and loosen the paper cup cylinder or close the paper cup cylinder to roll the paper cup cylinder into the paper cup cylinder shape. The molded link 336 includes a first molded link 3361 and a second molded link 3362; the tail end of the first forming connecting rod 3361 is connected with the forming bearing, the head end of the first forming connecting rod 3361 is hinged with the tail end of the second forming connecting rod 3362, and the head end of the second forming connecting rod 3362 is hinged with the forming fixture 332; the contoured drive assembly 331 further includes a contoured bearing block 3311; a molding bearing block 3311 is fixed to the table, and the molding bearing block 3311 is fitted to the middle end of the first molding link 3361; the forming drive shaft 333 is driven by chain transmission; the form drive assembly 331 further includes a cup holder support member 3312; the output end of the cup holder 3312 contacts the bottom of the cup; the cup holder supporting member 3312 includes a supporting cam 3313, a supporting post 3314 and a supporting plate 3315; the support cam 3313 is fixed to the molding drive shaft 333; the lower end of the support post rod 3314 contacts the outer surface of the support cam 3313 via a roller, the middle end of the support post rod 3314 is fitted to the molding bearing block 3311, and the upper end of the support post rod 3314 is connected to the support plate 3315; the upper surface of the support plate 3315 contacts the bottom of the cup holder; the length of the support plate 3315 is less than the height of the paper cup cylinder; the shaping jig 332 comprises a shaping base 3321 and a shaping block 3322; the shaping base 3321 is fixed on the workbench, and the shape of the shaping block 3322 corresponds to that of the paper cup cylinder; the inner sides of the shaping blocks 3322 are respectively hinged with the shaping base 3321, and the shaping blocks 3322 are respectively connected with the shaping connecting rods 336.
The cup tube shaping mechanism 33 is in the working process: 1) the cup tube paper driving mechanism 31 conveys the cup tube paper to a station connected with the cup tube shaping mechanism 33; 2) the forming driving shaft 333 rotates to drive the forming cam 334 connected with the forming driving shaft to rotate, and the forming cam 334 rotates to drive the forming connecting rod 336 contacted with the forming cam to move upwards; 3) the forming connecting rod 336 drives the forming fixture 332 connected with the forming connecting rod to fold, and the cup tube paper is turned into a cup tube shape to complete the cup tube forming process.
The cup tube shaping mechanism 33 solves the problem that when the cup tube paper is shaped into a paper cup tube, two push-up air cylinders are adopted to respectively push two shaping jigs to fold so as to shape the cup tube paper into the paper cup tube, so that the cup tube paper shaping process is completed; the pushing accuracy of the cylinder is poor, and when the pushing cylinder is used for a period of time, a gap is easily generated between the pushing shaft of the cylinder and the cylinder body, so that the pushing shaft of the cylinder extends out and then deviates to the front position; therefore, the forming jig is deviated from the former forming position, which is not beneficial to the accurate forming of the cone paper. By providing a contoured drive assembly 331; after the cup tube paper is conveyed to a station connected with the cup tube shaping mechanism 33, the shaping driving shaft 333 rotates to drive the shaping cam 334 connected with the shaping driving shaft to rotate, and the shaping cam 334 rotates to drive the shaping connecting rod 336 in contact with the shaping driving shaft to move upwards; the forming connecting rod 336 drives the forming fixture 332 connected with the forming connecting rod to fold, and the cup tube paper is turned into a cup tube shape to complete the cup tube forming process. The shaping jig 332 is driven by a cam, the manufacturing precision of the cam is higher than that of the cylinder, and the lower end of the forming connecting rod 336 moves along the surface of the cam to drive the shaping jig 332 to rotate accurately; thereby avoided when the cylinder promotes because the cylinder promotes the condition that produces the gap between axle and the cylinder body and cause design tool 332 to take place the skew, guaranteed the accurate shaping of a glass section of thick bamboo paper.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for producing the paper cup with the structure adopts the paper cup machine for examination, and comprises the following steps:
(S1) punching and feeding the base paper: the cup bottom punching device 1 punches the conveyed cup bottom paper into a cup bottom shape and conveys the cup bottom paper into the jig conveying device 2;
(S2) forming the cup and the barrel: the cup tube paper feeding device 3 conveys the cup tube paper to a cup tube processing station, and the cup tube shaping mechanism 33 processes the cup tube paper into a shape of a paper cup and a cup tube;
(S3) connecting the cup bottom of the cup cylinder: the cup bottom processing device folds, rolls and rolls the cup bottom and the cup bottom on the jig conveying device 2, and connects the cup bottoms of the cup cylinders;
(S4) hemming the cup mouth: tool conveyor 2 carries the paper cup to crimping device, and crimping device carries out the turn-ups to the paper cup rim of a cup and accomplishes paper cup assembling process.

A paper cup machine is characterized by comprising a workbench, a cup bottom punching device (1), a jig conveying device (2), a cup tube paper feeding device (3), a cup bottom processing device and a curling device, wherein the cup bottom punching device, the jig conveying device, the cup tube paper feeding device, the cup bottom processing device and the curling device are fixed on the workbench; the corresponding stations of the jig conveying device (2) are respectively connected with the discharge end of the cup bottom punching device (1), the discharge end of the cup tube paper feeding device (3), the discharge end of the cup bottom processing device and the feed end of the edge curling device; the cup bottom punching device (1) is used for punching the cup bottom of a paper cup; the jig conveying device (2) is used for conveying paper cups in the processing process; the cup tube paper feeding device (3) is used for feeding and processing the cup tube; the cup bottom processing device is used for folding, rolling and knurling the bottom of the paper cup; the edge curling device is used for curling the edge of the cup mouth of the paper cup;
the cup bottom punching device (1) comprises a cup bottom paper feeding mechanism (11) and a punching and pushing mechanism (12); the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism (11) and the punching and pushing mechanism (12) are fixed on the workbench; the input end of the bottom paper feeding mechanism (11) is connected with the bottom paper feeding hole, and the output end of the bottom paper feeding mechanism (11) is connected with the feeding end of the punching and pushing mechanism (12); the discharge end of the punching and pushing mechanism (12) is connected with a cup bottom feeding station of the jig conveying device (2); the cup bottom paper feeding mechanism (11) is used for feeding cup bottom paper; the punching and pushing mechanism (12) is used for pushing the punched cup bottom paper into the jig conveying device (2);
the jig conveying device (2) comprises a jig driving mechanism (21), a jig rotating disc (22) and a paper cup pushing-out mechanism (23); the jig driving mechanism (21) is fixed on the workbench, and the output end of the jig driving mechanism (21) is respectively connected with the jig rotating disc (22) and the paper cup pushing-out mechanism (23); the output end of the paper cup pushing mechanism (23) is connected with the jig rotating disc (22), and the output end of the paper cup pushing mechanism (23) is in contact with the inside of a paper cup; the jig driving mechanism (21) is used for driving the jig rotating disc (22) and the paper cup pushing mechanism (23) to rotate; the tool rotary table (22) is used for positioning and conveying the paper cups; the paper cup pushing mechanism (23) is used for pushing out the processed paper cup;

The paper cup machine according to claim 1, wherein the paper cup ejecting mechanism (23) comprises an air tank (24), a paper cup ejecting cam (25) and a paper cup pushing rod (26); the air tank (24) and the paper cup push-out cam (25) are connected with the output end of the jig driving mechanism (21); a paper cup push rod (26) penetrates through a paper cup positioning jig in the jig rotating disc (22), one end of the paper cup push rod (26) is in contact with the surface of a paper cup push-out cam (25) through a roller, and the other end of the paper cup push rod (26) is in contact with the bottom of the inner side of the paper cup; the gas tank (24) comprises a plurality of gas outlets (241); the paper cup push rod (26) comprises an air inlet (261), the air outlets (241) are respectively communicated with the air inlets (261) of the paper cup push rods (26), and the air inlet (261) of the paper cup push rod (26) is communicated with the output end of the paper cup push rod (26).
4. The paper cup machine according to claim 3, characterized in that the middle end of the paper cup push rod (26) is movably matched with a positioning jig of the jig rotating disc (22) through a linear bearing;
the output end of the paper cup push rod (26) is in a disc shape, and the size of the disc is the same as that of the bottom of the paper cup;
the paper cup pushing mechanism (23) also comprises a mechanical valve (27); the mechanical valves (27) are respectively fixed on the air tank (24), and contact switches of the mechanical valves (27) are positioned at the joint stations of the jig rotating disc (22) and the curling device;

the jig turntable (22) comprises a jig main turntable (221) and a paper cup positioning jig (222); the tool main rotating disc (221) is connected with the output end of the tool driving mechanism (21), the plurality of paper cup positioning tools (222) are respectively fixed on the tool main rotating disc (221), and the paper cup positioning tools (222) are respectively matched with the paper cup cylinder and the cup bottom;
the jig turntable (22) further comprises a pressing roller (223), a pressing shaft (224) and a pressing block (225); the pressing roller (223) and the pressing block (225) are respectively fixed at the lower end and the upper end of the pressing shaft (224), and the pressing shaft (224) penetrates through the corresponding hole position of the main turntable (221) of the jig; the pressing roller (223) is contacted with the surface of the workbench, and the pressing block (225) is driven by the pressing roller (223) to be contacted with or separated from the bonding part of the paper cup and the cup barrel;
the jig turntable (22) also comprises a compression spring (226); two ends of the pressing spring (226) are respectively contacted with the upper surface of the pressing roller (223) and the lower surface of the main rotary table (221) of the jig.

The paper cup machine according to claim 1, wherein the cup tube paper driving mechanism (31) comprises a cup tube moving chain wheel (34), a cup tube moving head (35), a cup tube sucking chain wheel (36) and a cup tube sucking head (37); one end of the cup cylinder moving chain wheel (34) is connected with the driving chain wheel, the other end of the cup cylinder moving chain wheel (34) is connected with the cup cylinder suction chain wheel (36), and the output end of the cup cylinder moving chain wheel (34) is connected with the cup cylinder moving head (35); the output end of the cup cylinder suction chain wheel (36) is connected with a cup cylinder suction head (37); the cup barrel moving head (35) comprises a moving transmission element (351) and a plurality of toggle heads (352); the plurality of toggle heads (352) are respectively contacted with the plurality of cup tube paper; the toggle head (352) comprises a toggle base (353), a toggle rotating block (354) and a toggle spring; the poking base (353) is fixed at the output end of the movable transmission element (351), the poking rotating block (354) is hinged with the poking base (353), and the output end of the poking rotating block (354) is in contact with the rear end face of the cup paper; the toggle base (353) and the toggle rotating block (354) are respectively contacted with two ends of the toggle spring, and the output end of the toggle rotating block (354) is higher than or lower than the rear end face of the cone paper when the toggle spring extends and compresses.

The paper cup machine according to claim 5, wherein the movement transmission element (351) comprises a first movement link (3511), a second movement link (3512), a third movement link (3513) and a movement guide slider (3514); two ends of the first movable connecting rod (3511) are respectively hinged with the cup barrel movable chain wheel (34) and the middle section of the second movable connecting rod (3512); two ends of the second movable connecting rod (3512) are respectively hinged with the workbench and the tail end of the third movable connecting rod (3513); the head end of a third movable connecting rod (3513) is hinged with a slide block in a movable guide rail slide block (3514), and the slide block in the movable guide rail slide block (3514) is connected with a toggle head (352);
the cup cylinder suction head (37) comprises a suction connecting rod (371), a suction guide column (372) and a suction block (373); two ends of the suction connecting rod (371) are respectively hinged with the movable ends of the cup suction chain wheel (36) and the suction guide column (372), and the movable end of the suction guide column (372) is connected with the lower end of the suction block (373); the upper end of the suction block (373) is contacted with the output end of the cup paper feeding mechanism;
the cone paper driving mechanism (31) also comprises a paper pressing plate (38); the paper pressing plate (38) is fixed on the paper feeding rack (32), and the lower end of the paper pressing plate (38) is connected with the cone paper;
the connecting end of the paper pressing plate (38) and the paper feeding frame (32) is in an arc transition shape, and the paper pressing end of the paper pressing plate (38) is in a plane shape;
the distance between the lower surface of the paper pressing plate (38) and the upper surface of the paper feeding rack (32) is the same as the thickness of the cup paper.

the forming driving component (331) comprises a forming driving shaft (333), a forming cam (334), a forming bearing, a forming connecting rod (336) and a forming guide pillar (337); the molding driving shaft (333) and the molding connecting rod (336) are fixed on the workbench, and the rotating end of the molding driving shaft (333) is connected with the molding cam (334); the molding bearing is fixed at the tail end of the molding connecting rod (336) and is embedded in the inner groove of the molding cam (334); the forming connecting rod (336) is connected with the movable end of the forming guide pillar (337), and the head end of the forming connecting rod (336) is connected with the input end of the shaping jig (332); under the drive of the forming cam (334), the head end of the forming connecting rod (336) drives the forming jig (332) to open and loosen the paper cup tube or close the paper cup tube to turn the paper cup tube into the paper cup tube shape.

the length of the supporting plate (3315) is less than the height of the paper cup cylinder;
the shaping jig (332) comprises a shaping base (3321) and a shaping block (3322); the shaping base (3321) is fixed on the workbench, and the shape of the shaping block (3322) corresponds to that of the paper cup cylinder; the inner sides of the shaping blocks (3322) are respectively hinged with the shaping base (3321), and the shaping blocks (3322) are respectively connected with the shaping connecting rods (336).
9. A paper cup production method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(S1) punching and feeding the base paper: the cup bottom punching device (1) punches the conveyed cup bottom paper into a cup bottom shape and conveys the cup bottom paper into the jig conveying device (2);
(S2) forming the cup and the barrel: the cup tube paper feeding device (3) conveys the cup tube paper to a cup tube processing station, and the cup tube shaping mechanism (33) processes the cup tube paper into a shape of a paper cup and a cup tube;
(S3) connecting the cup bottom of the cup cylinder: the cup bottom processing device folds, rolls and rolls the bottom and knurls the cup cylinder and the cup bottom on the jig conveying device (2) to connect the cup cylinder and the cup bottom;
(S4) hemming the cup mouth: the tool conveying device (2) conveys the paper cup to the edge curling device, and the edge curling device curls the rim of the paper cup to complete the paper cup assembling process.
