A stabilizer bar 43 is arranged above the rotating roller 4, the rotating roller 4 and the stabilizer bar 43 are parallel to each other, a rotating cylinder 44 is sleeved on the stabilizer bar 43, and the stabilizer bar 43 and the rotating cylinder 44 are coaxially and fixedly connected through a connecting bearing 45.
Referring to fig. 5, both ends of the stabilizer bar 43 are fixedly connected with fixing blocks 46, through holes 47 are formed in the fixing blocks 46 in a penetrating manner in the vertical direction, and screws 48 penetrate through the through holes 47. The bottom end of the screw 48 penetrates through the through hole 47 to be fixedly connected with the stabilizing block 41, a spring 49 is arranged between the stabilizing block 41 and the fixing block 46, and the spring 49 is sleeved on the screw 48. The top end of the screw 48 penetrates through the through hole 47 and is in threaded connection with a nut 481. The spring 49 is always in a compressed state to provide a vertical upward supporting force to the fixing block 46, and when the nut 481 is rotated, the fixing block 46 slides up and down along the guide rod 51, so that the distance between the rotary cylinder 44 and the rotary roller 4 can be adjusted.
Referring to fig. 1, the output end of the first belt conveyor 1 is provided with a second belt conveyor 6, and the turning roller 4 is located between the first belt conveyor 1 and the second belt conveyor 6. A third belt conveyor 61 is arranged above the second belt conveyor 6, the input end of the second belt conveyor 6 is close to the output end of the first belt conveyor 1, the conveying direction of the second belt conveyor 6 is the same as the conveying direction of the first belt conveyor 1, and the conveying direction of the third belt conveyor 61 is opposite to the conveying direction of the second belt conveyor 6. The second belt conveyor 6 and the third belt conveyor 61 each have a slower conveying speed than the first belt conveyor 1. The gap between the second belt conveyor 6 and the third belt conveyor 61 allows a small amount of stuck cartons to pass slowly.
Referring to fig. 1, two rotating wheels 62 are arranged above the second conveyor belt 6, the two rotating wheels 62 are both located at one end of the second conveyor belt 6 close to the first conveyor belt 1, and the outer side wall of each rotating wheel 62 is in contact with the adhered paper board.
Referring to fig. 6, a transmission rod 63 is connected to a central axis of each rotating wheel 62, the rotating wheels 62 rotate relative to the corresponding transmission rod 63, a horizontal rod 64 is fixedly connected to one end of each transmission rod 63 far away from the corresponding rotating wheel 62, and the horizontal rod 64 is fixedly connected to the frame of the third belt conveyor 61.
The implementation principle of the above embodiment is as follows:
during the carton packaging process, the paperboards are sequentially placed at the input end of the first conveyor belt conveyor 1, and one side of the lower end of each paperboard is conveyed to the brushing device 11 for brushing under the conveying of the first conveyor belt conveyor 1. After brushing, one end of the paper board brushing slurry is turned over by the first lifting rod 12 and the first pressing rod 14, the other end of the paper board is turned over by the second lifting rod 13 and the second pressing rod 15, and one end of the paper board brushing slurry after turning over is positioned below the end without brushing slurry. Under the pressing action of the first pressing strip 2 and the second pressing strip 3, the brushed paperboards can be bonded. The rotating cylinder 44 presses the glued paper sheets further together as the paper sheets pass the rotating roller 4. The cardboard will then enter the second conveyor belt 6, pass two rotating wheels 62, and rotating wheels 62 will untwist the cardboard stacked together, make it disperse and enter between second conveyor belt 6 and third conveyor belt 61, cardboard will be further compacted between second conveyor belt 6 and third conveyor belt 61, guarantee cardboard is sticky and stable.
The pressing state of the first pressing wheel 22 on the first pressing strip 2 can be adjusted by sliding the first threaded rod 25 in the first sliding groove 27, and then the position of the first pressing wheel 22 is fixed by the first nut 28; after the second threaded rod 35 slides in the second sliding groove 37, the pressing state of the second pressing wheel 32 on the second pressing strip 3 is adjusted, and then the position of the first pressing wheel 22 is fixed through the first nut 28, so that the adaptability of the packaging machine to different cartons is improved.

a first pressure lever (14) is arranged on one side of the first lifting lever (12), and the first pressure lever (14) is arranged along the length direction of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1); a second pressure lever (15) is arranged on one side of the second lifting lever (13), and the second pressure lever (15) is arranged along the length direction of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1); one end of the first lifting rod (12) close to the input end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is positioned below the first pressure rod (14), and one end of the first lifting rod (12) close to the output end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is positioned above the first pressure rod (14); one end of the second lifting rod (13) close to the input end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is positioned below the second pressure rod (15), and one end of the second lifting rod (13) close to the output end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is positioned above the second pressure rod (15); a pressing piece for pressing and pasting the paper boards to be pasted after brushing the pulp is arranged on the first conveyor belt conveyor (1);
the pressing piece comprises a first pressing strip (2) and a second pressing strip (3), and the first pressing strip (2) and the second pressing strip (3) are respectively positioned on two sides of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) and arranged along the length direction of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1); one end, close to the input end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1), of the first pressing strip (2) is located between the first lifting rod (12) and the first pressing rod (14) and below the paperboard, and one end, close to the output end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1), of the first pressing strip (2) is located above the paperboard; one end of the second pressing strip (3) close to the input end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is positioned between the second lifting rod (13) and the second pressing rod (15) and below the paperboard, and one end of the second pressing strip (3) close to the output end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is positioned above the paperboard;
the first pressing strip (2) and the second pressing strip (3) are both elastic pressing strips, and adjusting pieces used for keeping the first pressing strip (2) and the second pressing strip (3) in a contact state with the paperboard are arranged on the first pressing strip (2) and the second pressing strip (3);
the output end of the first conveyor belt conveyor (1) is provided with a rotating roller (4), and the rotating roller (4) is connected with a rotating motor (42); and a stabilizer bar (43) is arranged above the rotating roller (4), a rotating cylinder (44) is sleeved on the stabilizer bar (43), and the stabilizer bar (43) and the rotating cylinder (44) are coaxially and fixedly connected through a connecting bearing (45).
